Great service! It was my first time buying a scooter. Kevin made sure that I knew how everything worked, how to take care of it over the winter, and he helped me out when I called a week later with more questions! I definitely reccomend coming here for your scooter needs, or if you need to sell your used scooter. The one I bought was used and the store gave it a tune up and made sure it was ready to ride.

I m a first time scooter buyer from an actual dealer. I learned my lesson awhile ago jumping at what appeared to be a GREAT DEAL online and let s just say it 100% wasn t. At Erie County Scooters Steve s knowledge and professionalism made my mind up for me. I will be buying a second scooter for my wife very soon and would trust no other dealer.

First time shopper here. Ordered a motorcycle helmet for my son and Steve called me and said the helmet was back ordered by 2 months but were willing to give me a different helmet for the same price. If I ever needed to get anything else I will be coming to Eric County Scooters. Awesome place! Thanks again!

You must be crazy. The scooters are inexpensive and low maintenance and cheap insurance. The e bicycle is the best value. No insurance no licenses needed. Stop by. The great customer service is worth everything. Call ahead for repairs because this is the best shop in western new York so the wait is a lil one

I bought a 50cc 2014 Bintelli scooter. It runs great to the day. The owner was thorough and friendly, making my buying experience a great one. I will come back here once I get my motorcycle license.

If your buying a scooter in WNY, it better be from this place, they sell quality Scooters at a decent price. The staff is friendly and will answer any question you have about scooters. The next time I get a scooter it will be from this place.

They only service the scooters they sell. Everyone else is out of luck. A zero score from to the scooter community.
