I had them install a back up camera for me and ended up turning into the biggest headache.When I made the appointment and also when I dropped it off I made it extremely clear that I wanted the wire for the camera ran behind the plastic piece that housed the license plate lights. They put nothing in the computer or work order stating this and their tech drilled a hole right thru the middle of my trunk. They then offer me $100 off to take care of it myself. (Estimates were about $600 to repair correctly). They did end up paying to fix it after weeks of calling them numerous times.A couple of days later when i picked my girlfriend up the passengers side seat belt didn t work. They ended up getting the seat belt wedged between the body of the car and b-pillar panel and damaging the belt. Had to be replaced.They left dirty/greasy marks all over the interior and the way that they ran the wires was not anywhere near a professional quality install. Also broke two clips off of the dash kit for my head-unit.Finally I m not sure why but they unplugged my dash camera also.I know my car is 10 years old, but it is clean and well maintained they treated it like it was a rotted old junker and just seemed to quickly slap together the job.Do not recommend and will not be returning.

Daryll's Car Audio is nothing but pure professionalism. I had the pleasure of working with Chris. He got me setup with a phenomenal sound system in my Rav4 at an impressive price point. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the process. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else, and highly recommend that you do, too.

I have been a loyal customer here, for years. Everyone gives top notch service. I've gotten three remote starters here and I have come in with many different questions about my system. I never feel like any of my questions are dumb and I leave for a smile.

A truly fantastic experience. I was having a lot of trouble with the stock radio and speakers in my car from 2007. They explained everything thoroughly and got the work done in a timely and honest manner. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else now after all the help they were able to provide. The radio and speaker upgrade was flawless and I have had no problem with the work they ve done. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle in if you want an experience above the rest with technicians that actually know what they re doing; the price is 100 percent justified by the quality of work that they do. If I ever have a problem or desire to upgrade anything with my current or future vehicle, I will not hesitate to bring it into Darryl s.

These guys really helped me out with some issues regarding my Intoxalock device and battery drain. They went above and beyond to help me out. Mark is a professional and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

All I can say is, absolutely terrible, not only do they make you drop your car off all day instead of fitting in scheduling windows, they install the equipment and my A/C doesn t work anymore. I called and asked if they could fix it, and they said that I have to drop it off ALL DAY again, and then they make no promises to fix the mistake they made. They couldn t even remember the day that we scheduled and they took no notes on what I told them on the phone call prior so they are completely useless. I d go somewhere else if I could and I will now.

I wanted a remote start and back-up camera on my 2014 Toyota Camry that didn't have either.I called ahead to confirm their ability and spoke to a informed and friendly member of staff. Scheduled a drop-off and put a deposit down.I returned about 5-6 Hours later and was explained how the remote start button/app would work as well as the camera. The remote was (Higher End Remote) $400 (Must have in Buffalo winters!) and the camera which was $300 (Important to have on vehicles).Other car people mentioned how professional and secure both the camera and remote start were installed.Just know the camera is a basic camera and does not have parking lines or tire trajectory!Will be returning if I get any vehicles without either.

I was a walk in customer and was helped right away. I did research and looked at another local audio store with no luck. I actually was told I had to install a new system. They got me our the door in under 5 mins. My girlfriend is going to be so grateful she wont have to freeze in the morning anymore !

I have been using them for years, but was told today that their scheduling process is to have 8 or 9 people drop their cars off early in the morning, get their own ride home, and they call them when the car is ready. When I said it would be more convenient to wait onsite (we don t live nearby), they said they don t have a waiting room anymore and don t allow it. It s nearly 2023, so COVID doesn t seem to be the driver for this decision. The customers needs didn t used to come last there, but apparently they do now. Really disappointing that things have changed, I can t use their services this way and I wouldn t recommend them anymore.

I had a remote started added to my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek manual transmission. They were great! Answered any questions I had, explained how the remote start works in detail, kind and considerate. The best! I definitely recommend and will be back!!

Professional and efficient service. I had a remote starter installed that reaches farther than expected, as I work quite a distance from my parking lot. Joe and the whole staff were pleasant and courteous through the whole process. I would highly recommend their great service and products.

I had a terrible experience! And upon walking out, another customer exp the same dilemma. I had a camera that needed to be installed and programmed. As I have not a clue on what to and/or how to do it! I payed 200plus dollars for just the install. On a 2010 Hyundai! I was left to find another person to program it and spend additional funds. The owner was upset, I didn t buy their camera system and only knew how to program the products they have. Wish they would have mentioned this before! Complete rip off! Half the job! They will promise to complete the job and when it comes time to pay, I assure you high regrets.

I've come here three separate times. They were very professional and they made sure I was happy with the outcome. I got a dronemobile remote starter installed in my car just over a year ago, and it's been great mostly. In the time since, I've had to take it back to these guys a few times and they're always super understanding of whatever issue I have going on, and sometimes fix the issue in under a minute. They stand by their products and their work. I'll definitely be coming back for upgrades on my current car, and any future cars I may own

I installed an aftermarket radio incorrectly, so I contacted them to fix my mistakes. They went above & beyond to make everything flush & look nice. Would highly recommend

My buddy use to work here for a long time. So naturally I started to use them for work. Even after he left I still have had work done. The prices are not terrible and the products are good. They will even order or sell you a part if you do it yourself. They are very knowledgeable and can usually get you in pretty fast.

Find out when I pick up my car!! And they did a great job. My new radio, cd, blue tooth is awesome. Totally inexpensive compared to a new car manufacturer!! Highly recommend. Outstanding professional customer service!!

Update: second car I've had done by Darryl's. Speakers sound amazing.Very accommodating. Listened to what I wanted, and not only made sure I got it but didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very happy with my new system and the experience overall.

Employees very nice. Called earlier in the week because of car starter problems and they told me that I don't need an appointment and to just bring my vehicle in. The Tech tried my auto start and within 3min said....."Let's make an appointment to look at this for you.....". I stood there in amazement thinking it's not easy to make child arrangements and not have he use of my vehicle (for even an hour) but I didn't have the energy to argue and made my appointment.

Just got my new car starter installed last week. The guys working here are absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and customer service driven. 5 stars. Absolutely recommend.

waited almost two months for an appointment for a sub woofer installation, worked two week then the sub blew ( I provided the sub and amp they just did the wiring). worked for whole two weeks on and off then just started to cut off middle of the music and then just stopped working. If tuned properly this shouldn't have happened. Kinda disappointing.

My husband got an amp and subwoffer installed in our 2020 honda civic. Not only was it a resonable price but they did an excellent job. If your looking for a trustworthy establishment to install your system this is the place to go. I would give ten stars if I could. Highly recommend daryls in west seneca.

Went there for a major stero upgrage in a 2014 subaru crosstrex. They know what they are doing on a big job. Gave me a price on installing everything. Pricey, but will be done right and everything hidden. Excellent service and job done professional.

Darryl's is the place to go for anything aftermarket, good service. Had an issue after four years of a reverse camera being installed and they fixed it as part of their install warranty. Won't find that at Best Buy!

Missed an appointment due to a break down an instead of just charging me a few more bucks they wanted to keep my car an extra to punish me lol very juvenile an won't be returning as their very expensive. Shop online
