5 star experience. Joe took it upon himself to put a great set of door speakers in my hands. Not to mention he gave me incredibly useful information. Backbone of my operation. I recommend!

Very nice staff, they didn't start installing until about 45 minutes after my appointment time, and they forgot to plug in the connection to one of the control panels, so I had to pop the bezel back out, and reconnect the one plug (I acknowledge that this could happen to any technician working on any part of a car). Installation of my stereo was about 1 and a half hours. Overall, a very fair price and install time, and I think 4 stars is also fair, all things considered.

THIS TRANSACTION COULD NOT HAVE GONE BETTER !!!From meeting with Jake on Monday to Adam's excellent install on Thursday, it was easy. Jake asked me a few questions regarding my remote starter needs and then suggested the unit that best suited me. Dropped my car off at 9:00 am and it was done by 4:00.Highly recommended and appreciate the great job. Thank you !

Great guys!. They did an awesome job on my sound system upgrade hid the wires very good!! Job was done so well you can t even tell what s been taken apart! Definitely recommend these guys!! Thank you Jake for keeping it straight with me on everything appreciate it!

I've been a customer for 17 years and I do not even think about going to another place. I recently had issues with something drawing power from my batteries. After diagnosing it is not the alternator, batteries, and fuses I thought I'd take my car to Darryl's just to see if they can figure out anything. As luck would have it the day I took it there they were able to work on it and figure out the problem. They rewired the sound system from a previous shop and now all my components operate at the normal voltage and looks way nicer. You can't put a price on a piece of mind. I wish I could write more because I have so many other great experiences and all of my friends said they do too when I refer them. I highly suggest anyone who is looking for any entertainment work to their car (radios, remote starters, subwoofers, lights, tint) to stop in and talk to them.

I had another terrific experience at Daryll's Car Audio.I had a remote starter installed today.Torre got me an appointment quickly. He explained everything I needed to know about the starter and it was done within a few hours. I will again recommend them to anyone who may need their services. Thx again guys. Good job.

My car starter has worked only sporadically at best since it's been installed. Even after another visit to the shop to fix it it still doesn't work right. Today I will be late for work due to being surprised with the task of chipping ice off my car when I should have been leaving my driveway instead of my car starting and defrosting itself like it was supposed to. I have had other automatic starters in the past that have worked just fine. I will likely never give Daryl's and more business and I will make sure nobody I know wastes their time and money by getting a starter installed from here.

All the staff here are very friendly and professional. Jake, in particular, assisted us. I had him install a new infotainment system in my wife's 10 year old Mazda and also a backup camera. I highly recommend them.

But remote starter here almost 3 years ago period wasn't working properly, they sent a text out to work on it immediately I was fixed in 5 minutes. A plus service

These guys are great. My car starter and key fobs weren't working after my mechanic did some work on my car. Brought the car in and they were able to determine the problem and fix it in no time. Jake was friendly and professional and explained the issue and told me to call if I had any more issues. I definitely would recommend.

Best remote start installer company around I went all in and they did everything perfectly and then some. They went above and beyond answering all my questions and being very patient with me I got remote start/turbo mode/passive locking/RPS touch/they even helped wire up my automatic power folding mirrors best in the state I love these guys there also the only ones to offer compustars 3 mile range remote to lock/start/etc from 3 miles away and drone mobile to do all this from your phone anywhere in the world.

Dave and his crew did an awesome job with both of my vehicles. The installs are extremely clean, look factory, and sound fantastic. They were priced better than their competition. At first I was hesitant to leave my vehicle (viper) overnight due to an unfortunate valet issue at another establishment, Dave ensured me the car was fine, and everything turned out great. These guys can be trusted! Will be taking my 3rd vehicle back here in the spring for a major sound upgrade. Awesome work!

Another great experience at Daryll's Car Audio making sure my remote starter is ready to go for winter. I have Drone mobile works with my iPhone and can start my vehicle from anywhere as it is satellite-based! My personal favorite is starting my truck before I leave the Sabres game nice toasty oven waiting for me!

Daryl's car and auto provided great customer service! Didn't have to wait long to get a system put in my car which was a plus. It was my first radio system so I didn't know how expensive it was, but I was assured that I would be happy and I am. I would definitely recommend! Jake and Dave were two of many that really went out of their way to provide me with information and make me feel like I was taken care of. Thank you!

The Bluetooth on my car crapped out and I needed a replacement. Darryl"s had the unit I wanted in stock along with all the necessary components for a custom install. Even the steering wheel controls work exactly as before. They we're able to install the next day and were done by lunchtime. It Looks factory and works better. As an added bonus the price was extremely reasonable and $250 below the competition. I recommend them without hesitation.

These are great guys to work with and I don't see why anyone would have an issue with them...I personally don't recommend bringing customer supplied parts to anyone because if your stuffs faulty, people tend to blame it on the installer which some people in this review list have done ...anyway, I scheduled to get a car alarm and car starter for mine and my mothers vehicle on the 7th, 8th and got it done in the time frame in which they said and were very friendly (even despite my moms snappy mood which I felt bad and yet, comical to watch lol). I'm glad they helped to explain how the process works and ill probably get a better audio system soon from here

Purchased Radio's for Jeep, Car & Motorhome & had installed. Very good Crew there. Purchased remote starters too & comes Winter when it's SNOWING & Cold & Windy it's nice to start vehicle & let it warm up. Remember to leave heater on though when turning off vehicle, so when You start it the heater will start operating & warm vehicle. More than just radios there's have LED Lights & other stuff as well. Stop in & find out for Yourself. Ray and Margie H.

Daryll's Car Audio are #1 in Product knowledge & Price. I went in for an push button auto car starter. All options were explained..made an appointment. Came back today and in a few hours they were done. You would never know my Ford Explorer had any modifications. Torie the Sales associate was Top-Notch.....So I bought another for a gift! What better way to say I LOVE YOU! Than a warm car on a freezing day.....Highly recommend Associate Torie ! AAA+++ It like going to an automotive candy store for car, trucks, off road vehicles, truck bed covers....Just had my auto-correct starter installed 11/28..What a treat! It's a tool that you cannot live without in Buffalo.....See them ASAP! Make your life easier...

Have all my work done here. Many starters over the years. Wont go any where else. Never an issue always prompt and courteous. Jake and the test of the crew will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

I own a high-end European car repair shop. Not only do we send all of our customers here, but also bring our own cars here. Joe and his staff are a class act, do what they say they're going to do, and do it at reasonable rates.

My experience was great. They had a Home audio subwoffer splitter that best buy and the speaker shop did not have in stock. While there I started talking audio equipment with one of there techs. Next thing I knew I got to sit in his car that had a absolutely amazingly clear sounding bass. Was a great experience for a early sat morning. Nice staff lots of high end equipment JL audio. Cant go wrong.

These guys have went far and beyond Hospitality to make sure everything was up and running had a few hiccups with my satellite and took it back to them and they fixed it with no problem and I didn't have to pay anything also lost a remote to the radio and the guys look for me and got me another one for reasonable price. Had a car starter put in also The guys actually put the starter in and made sure it was working before I pulled off in the one thing I do remember is they always remember you when you walk in the door

Torie answered the phone when i called and was honestly the most patient, helpful, and knowlegable person i could've ask for. After helping with the parts i needed i asked if i could pick his brain and he said yes. I had him on the phone for 16 mins and the whole time he was beyond helpful and patient. answered all my questions like a champ.. now i know what i gotta do. thumbs up to this place.
