A relaxing and well-stocked store. They were wonderful and instantly helpful to me and my family. Very patient as the key fob batteries were slippery and the little buttons came out and they made sure it was put back right and functional. So nice the whole time! I was trying to leave them a tip and they said they don t take it and it s all part of the process.

Excellent customer service! Yesterday morning my windshield wiper snapped off. After a very difficult day dealing with funeral arrangements, I finally went to get a replacement. They replaced the broken clip and put it on for me. The manager of the store was outside. I turned on my wipers to check them and the blade was fine, but Alex said "What is that noise' a banging noise that I have driven with for nearly 3 years and multiple blade changes. No one could ever figure out what it was, I just lived with it ever since I changed the manufacturer blades. 'That just isn't right' both of them agreed. They went inside and decided to replace both blades with an upgraded version of the ones I had on. Guess what? No more banging noise! They certainly have my future business!! Thank you Alex and staff for making my day better! Making my future drives SO MUCH BETTER! you deserve a 10+/10 rating!!!

I walked in and got in line (what I thought was the line), and a worker immediately asked me how he could help. I wasn t in the store 10 seconds before Aaron offered to help me with getting a new battery for my Lexus. This young man made my day, and I told him so. He tested my old battery, explained the problem, gave me price estimates, then went ahead and replaced my bad battery with a new one. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I tried accomplishing the same thing at Firestone the day before, but they made me wait 3 hours (with a scheduled appointment) and never even touched my car. Big shout out to Aaron at the Autozone location in Depew, NY on Walden Avenue!!!!! Thank you so much for your help and your professionalism.

My light went on today, Monday at 4p.m and I stopped at Auto Zone in a rush in the middle of a poring rain.There was I believe the only African American guy at the register close to the window.He came with me right away. He looked at the dashboard and checked everything.For no more than 2min he figured out that the engine oil was low he did everything for me.I would like to thank him from the deepest of my heart that he was so wonderful and personable.That was in the middle of a poring rain.Please, recognize this wonderful gentleman his care of customers and the PIECE of MIND that he gave me to go on with my day.09/18/23I should have taken his name and mention it but everything happened so quickly and the rain totally made me go in a rush and not think about that, which I apologize.Thank you again for your care!!!!

Quick friendly helpful service. Good attention to detail.....jug of oil was leaking, he noticed and replaced it immediately before checking me out. Made sure I didn't get any on me and even offer hand sanitizer wipes to wipe my hands just in case.

Walden and transit , Depew NY .....bought a new duralast gold battery this morning , the gentleman installed my battery today account I just had my neck fused and having issues with it , he went above and beyond helping me with my modern Chevy garbage ...dude I forgot your name , i,ll be back , but thank you , awsome dude ty !!

I used to go to advance auto until I had a water pump break off my truck some years ago. Someone from AutoZone came and tried to help and even ended up towing me to AutoZone and lending the tools I needed to finish fixing the truck. He spend around 4 or 5 hours helping and refuse any sort of money for his help. He alone showed the values of AutoZone and from that day I recommend AutoZone to everyone and I go myself. They also have great warrantys on parts. Make sure you have an account with your current address and phone number so they can look up your warranty if you lose a receipt.

I have gotten a battery here, had them run diagnostics and suggest a product that fixed the problem, but the best experience was just the other day when Nate offered to install a rear tail on light that had burned out. It may sound like a little thing but I didn't have a clue on how to I access the light and didn't have any tools. Nate was gracious and very personable!

I was stuck downtown after work, freezing in my car for 2 hours because my battery went. Had to wait to get it jumped and then I went over to Autozone on Walden Ave not knowing what to expect. Being a single mom of 3 and not many to help me, the amazing men at Autozone went above and beyond to take time in the freezing weather after this nasty storm to help me. I only feel bad I didn t have cash on hand to tip them! They saved my night. Thank you.

Unfortunately the service is poor. I sent my daughter to get a new battery as I am out of town. They say they won't replace it for her. It's literally loosening two bolts and swapping out. If you call, they just leave you on hold forever. If you go in, there are 3-4 guys in the back talking and no one willing to wait on customers. Sorry but my business is going to advanced auto for now on. And please, stop blaming covid for a lack of work ethic...

Everytime I'm hear, I receive terrific service, esp appreciated when i need help finding solutions to challenges associated with building a gasser/street rod. I've been a customer here for a number of years. Yes, there have been times I've had to wait a bit but i know when its my turn, ill be taken care of.

I called for an alternator. Said it was in stock they put it in the back for me to pick it up. Got there no alternator not in stock. Ordered an alternator they said the next day it will be in. Went there picked it up it was the wrong one. Now I have to wait for another day hopefully to get the right one. Not good waste of my time want the right part.

We stopped in here on our way home to Dunkirk. My husband is in his 50s with a pacemaker, he got out of our truck and fell on black ice 10 feet from the door in the lot.We had a good scare but the guy inside was rude and just shrugged it off mumbling that he'd get somebody out there.We were having some car trouble and asked for help to check a couple things. He was bored, indifferent and just nasty. I don't like to review like this but with my husband falling as hard as he did this employee never even checked or asked if he was ok. The whole thing was just so wrong.

I had a tough time with my Subaru headlight and Michael Minich went above and beyond with helping me replace it.After discovering that there was a mixup with the year, he exchanged the bulb I bought before without any fuss and then proceeded to help me change the bulb. To change the headlight on the driver side, he had to remove the battery, just to take the burnt bulb out. He also took care of a few stubborn rusted bolts in the process.All in all I can't express how grateful I am for his help and customer service.

Shaun C is such a knowledgeable guy, not only did he fix my motorcycle, but he did it while on his lunch break outside! I was stranded and he told me what to buy and I bought the items needed, he then loaned me a tool and walked me through the process of diagnostics and charged my battery for me. After going through the bike he noticed a crimped wire and all fixed! Started right up and saved me hundreds of dollars and a tow! I offered to send him and his store a pizza and he refused and told me this is what we do here at Autozone and we will always help people get back on the road! Thank you Shaun C for your dedication to your job and Autozone! They should be proud to have such a good employee who went above and beyond!

I had a problem with my online order (wrong parts)so I contacted this store. The associate who spoke with me was helpful and knowledgeable and suggested I come in. The manager went above and beyond to rectify the issue and helped me to exchange them. I was so happy to leave with the right parts!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Do not purchase radiator from them. Bought two both leaked went to dealer paid 100 more problem solved what a headache never again
