Peter was a godsend! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he guide me to the correct bulb, but he installed them for me and made sure my headlights were working before I left! I am very grateful

I needed new windshield wiper blades and drove to AutoZone to purchase them. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Within a short time I had the new windshield wiper blades and they were even put on for me at no extra charge. I was very pleased with the service at AutoZone.

They replaced the part for free under warranty but I had to deal with repetitive and inappropriate comments about my age, voice, and body while waiting for it to get done. During the exchange, the man also joked that he d call me later using the personal information I was required to provide in order to use my warranty. Unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I won t ever be back.Side note: This was reported to the store immediately afterward who said they would address it. Not sure what actions were taken, if any, but I ll be avoiding this location in the future.

On two separate occasions, I have had issues at this store. I usually don t like to complain, but I feel something needs to be said.1. About a two months ago, I walked into this store for a quart of oil with my son that has a developmental disability. When we got near the back wall, I overheard Damien behind the front counter insult me and my son to another employee. Needless to say, we just walked out and went somewhere else that day feeling hurt and disrespected.2. A month later, I stopped to pick up a pair of wiper blades on my way home from work on a Sunday night. I saw an employee playing around with a gun behind the counter through the window, I never walked in the store after I saw it. I went back to my car, left, and went somewhere else the next day.I will be shopping at Advance Auto going forward, at least they care about their customers. I have reported these issues to the company and never received a response. The workers in the store need a MAJOR attitude adjustment. I know not all the employees are bad, but the company needs to take action and discipline the bad ones instead of looking the other way and ignoring the problem!Update: 6/28Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to stop here for a battery and Jack was making inappropriate remarks to another employee about me, I guess they ll just hire anyone. I should also point out that him and another employee have SEVERE body odor problems. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Stopped in a few nights ago for a set of wiper blades, and one of your female employees was giving off a condescending tone towards me and it made me feel uncomfortable, and I guess they let people park right next to the door instead of parking in a normal spot like most people do. I had trouble backing out of my spot since someone with a truck decided to park next to the curb which made it difficult for me to back up. Completely inconsiderate!

Tired of walking into a auto parts store that turns over employees like some change underwear and they all act like they know more than everyone else. Computers are amazing, because you have all the info at fingertips and still give the wrong product. Must be a company sales strategy.

Amazing service. I'm not sure what his name was but he was a really tall guy and he was working at 6pm on Sunday 11/12/21. Thanks for installation of my nice new windshield wipers.

Update of 10/27/2022.....just stop for calipers. Julian, the store manager, was actually EAGER to help me then another customer ! Very professional and courteous. Nice to see someone who understands the value of a customer !My sister in laws dad,Len, is 90 and a proud WWII vet. He ventured out the day for wiper blades. Immediately upon entering, he was greeted by Walter,the store manage. The FIRST thing Walter did was to recognize and thank Len for his service. Then he proceeded to walk him through which blades were best for the vehicle. After Walter installed the new blades, he AGAIN thanked Len for his service to our country. Our family usually drives by other auto parts stores so that we may purchase from this location. The reason being is that is the type of service we ALWAYS receive from Walter and his staff. Thanks !

Amazing customer service! Walter saved me on a Sunday night by installing a new battery even though they were about close in 25 minutes. Most places would probably just say we re closing soon, come back tomorrow. Not here. Thank you Walter!

This auto zone is friendly, clean and very helpful. I went in today for a new windshield wiper for the driver side. They told me the size I needed and I went and got one. They even put it on for me and took the old one. Great job!!! Thank you!!!

Had the part I needed... but when I asked for it, the counter person automatically brought out the highest priced part in stock (was almost double the price), and said they didn't have the other in stock. When I told him the online store said that it was Is in stock, he went and got it and tossed it on the counter in front of me.

After selling me the wrong size battery after I have them all the specs of the motorcycle . Returned it to be told it was a special order , Battery came in and was not the same battery as the original I was promised .I had to fill it myself, never done it before so I asked if they could do it for me since I was expecting a gel already filled battery they said no" you will be fine"! Wow thanks alot.a NEVER again will I shop here

Great service but still got the wrong parts.Edit: went in again for the first time since i was sold all the wrong Rotors and guess what? I told the employee the employee what I needed and he advice me not to buy it! I told him I needed it till I can get the car in the shop on Monday and he still said sorry. Wow. First wrong parts from one associate and now they think they are Mechanics and refuse to sell things.I wish I could give this store a lower rating because the condisending way they talk to people. F-

Auto parts. Love going. Had an issue with the wiper solvent, the product I wanted, all the bottles were already opened!! I questioned the manager, got a sketchy response. I didn't leave with wiper fluid. Make sure you check the seal on the containers of anything you buy!!!

The guys here are respectful, knowledgeable and really know what customer service means. They don't treat you like an idiot if your not a car expert. Overall good experience everytime.

Awesome folks working here. I was stuck with a dead battery with sleet outside and cold weather and these guys helped me pull the battery and install a new one. They even worked to help me way past closing time. Awesome people.

This Auto store was Very Nice! I went for Mats for my new car & they only had One, so the sales Person said he could order one & have it in the store by 7:30 AM the next morning, they even called me to let me know it was there! I was very pleased! Also suggested some items to me!

This location has gone way down hill. The employees that have been there for years are either great or they have another job now. The new guys need to learn alot as the one gave my the wrong brakes for my vehicle and had my vehicle disabled and had to take them back to yell at him and show him the right ones... even though he swore up and down they are correct!

I came in for brake fluid and asked the guy were I put it in. Come to find out it s power steering fluid and instead of me putting it in he did. Our car won t move now and hopefully the law case works in our favor. The kid was not smart at all. Should be fired.

Been using these guys for years. Have a commercial account through them and they are amazing. Usually have anything I need and if they don t they can get it in a day or so. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff

You can't beat Auto Zone. They have everything you need for your vehicles. The people working there are so friendly, knowledgeable and if they can put a bulb in your vehicle or need analysis on your battery or the engine on light they will take good care of you. We don't go to any place but Auto Zone, they are the best!

Walked into this auto zone 2 times and walked out both times nobody seem to want to move to help the 2nd guy said he was to busy to put on windshield blades left and went somewhere else! I like the one on Abbott

This Autozone has a great layout in regards to quick stops. However this Autozone store is quite small in regards to other stores in the area. The staff are helpful thou so if you have a question they usually are able to give you the correct advice and get you sent on your way. Great to get anything you need fixed and they do order for you if you need something!
