Nice people working here, had a mix up with appointments not on my end and was still in and out on time. Minimal overspray & minimal oil in vehicle after rust proofing. Hard not to get some in places unintended. Will continue to come here yearly.

First and foremost, I want to take this opportunity to thank you personally for the unbelievable job you did on my 2014 Kia Sorento SXLimited ! Every one of the staff that I interacted with had a very positive, helpful attitude. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Highly recommend Schmidt's. This was my first time needing collision repairs, so I didn't have a shop I knew I could trust. Now my car looks like the accident never happened and I'll definitely go to them in the future.

They did an amazing job fixing my scratched/dented door. Other places told me I needed to replace the whole door, but Schmidt's was honest and was able to fix my existing door. The paint job was amazing too! They also only blended just the door, where others had told me they needed to do the entire side of my car. I couldnt be happier with how my car looks. You would never know anything ever happened to it. Very honest business, wonderful work, and fair prices! I highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. The estimate was honest and convenient. I was told to just bring it in before close. Neil was helpful and worked with me to see what would work best for my damaged bumper. Once I was ready, they were able to book my appointment for repair and they have a rental agency right on site. My jeep was done in the estimated amount of time and looks like nothing bad ever happened, good as new! I had rust stop applied and will be back next year to have it done again. Nick was helpful, kind and patient with my numerous questions. I am very impressed and while I hope I never need the collision services again, I would highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with repair work, customer service, and price. Best estimate out of 5 obtained. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of my entire vehicle, as it had been detailed both inside and out.Would highly recommend Schmidt's for your collision repair.

I had an outstanding experience with Schmidt s. After damaging the front end of my car, I arrived and received a quick estimate of time and cost. After a couple of days I picked up my car and can t even tell there was any damage. Cost was very reasonable for the level of detail they provided. After speaking with several employees, it is evident that they all take a lot of pride in their work and offer a level of service I am not used to with auto repair facilities. They do not take shortcuts. Thanks again for all of the help, I hope I don t need their services again, but if I do I don t even have to shop around!

8 months ago when my car was first damaged I brought it to another collision center who couldn t be bothered with me. I decided to bring my car to Schmidt s because they were right down the road from me, and boy am I glad I did that! I am absolutely blown away by the work done on my car! I ve never had collision repair done on a vehicle before, so I didn t really know what to expect. My car looks AMAZING. They even detailed the inside which I totally did not expect. I cannot thank the Schmidt s team enough for treating myself and my vehicle with the utmost respect. Hopefully, I won t have to come back but I will forever refer friends and family. THANK YOU!

I have had multiple vehicles in the shop for RUSTOP application for undercoating and highly recommend them for protection from corrosion damage caused by the infamous salt filled roads in winter. This is not the hard undercoat.. it's the good waxy/ oily stuff that works as intended.

First time using Schmidt s cane highly recommended and I can see why. Not only did they handle all arrangements for my rental during my service and work around my schedule but they went above and beyond to help me with other car issues outside their expertise. Excellent customer service.

The crew did an unbelievable job polishing and removing a couple scratches from my bumper , and they had the truck back to me in a day. I would recommend their services to anyone. I just wish I was able to show a before and after of their work. The bumper looks brand new.

I had the misfortune (so to speak) of having to visit Nick and Co. 3 times last year with the last one being significant damage due to a cell phone abuser that smashed my new car. Nick and his team are extremely good at what they do, and I was very satisfied each and every time - my car looks GREAT! They handled it all from the towing from the scene to the pickup from the impound and the insurance follow-up. Excellent customer service - would never even consider another shop!

I got in a small fender bender earlier this spring in my 1992 dodge stealth RT turbo. There were scratches deeper than the paint and some chips on the rear bumper. My car was there for over a month so I went to go check on it and they said it just got finished. THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH MY VEHICLE!!! I had to have someone come out of the shop buff out some of the marks. There is still three big noticeable scratches on my car along with chipped paint. Their reasoning is "we couldn't get the lettering for it." Where it says "dodge" and "Stealth R/T." So they charged me 1200 bucks and all they did was buff out what they could right in front of me in their lot. Never would I ever recommend this place and I can see why the business is declining/closed other locations. I've contemplated taking them to court over this.

I had my vehicle treated with Rustop rustproofing every year since it was new. It is now 11 years old and there is no rust despite western NY winters. I've tried other rustproofing treatments on previous vehicles and none have performed as well as Rustop. I just bought a new vehicle and immediately brought it to Schmidt's for a Rustop treatment. Thanks for your great service!

These are the nicest people. They are always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Work gets done promptly and well, with a minimum of hassle. You couldn't ask for nicer people to do business with and I recommend them highly!

Thanks for making a terrible accident a thing of the past and my baby (GMC Acadia) new again. Nick and his whole TEAM did an amazing job reducing my stress by keeping me well informed on all the details I needed to know. Flawless body and paint work and a great detail job. I would highly recommend Schmidt's on Broadway / Depew location to anyone who knows me and how fussy I am.

Nice friendly atmosphere, our appointment was rescheduled until October 22. Last year we also had our vechiles undercoated for orotection.
