The manage at the Transit store near Main, Mandy, was extremely helpful. She went of of her way to ensure the correct part, processing of the return core, and a veteran's discount. Professional, knowledgeable. Seek this store out.

bad service the child working the register hood up earpods in and talking on the phone clearly under no supervision cuz he was on the phone with his baby mama during the interaction cashing out, not the first time i ve have bad customer service at this location no damn respect

It was great! Winter tuneup on my daughter s snowblower change oil and spark plug.. boom all s good! They gave me good and friendly service.

The younger guy working was very helpful and assisted me in finding the correct oil for my Jeep- however the other associate (dana) made me feel like I was bothering him by 1 asking about the oil I needed, then 2 needing to cash out (I was more than happy to wait for the other cashier) , and finally 3, by me asking him to see if I had a loyalty card. He was not friendly AT ALL.

I approve of this location, always the best service. Both people I've dealt with there are excellent men. I like them both and Jon went above the expectations and helped me out with my battery, and answered any questions I had to ask. 11/10

Nice, friendly, helpful service! Many thanks to the Manager, Chris! Talk about GREAT SERVICE! Not only did Chris explain what the right product, but he literally came out to the parking lot and guiding me on how to put the fluid into my car! Kudos to Chris and Advance Auto Parts! Thank you!

Normally great service here but the kid behind the counter playing a game on his phone the whole time . Zero acknowledgment i had a few questions about wiper blades was to engrossed in his online gaming...well hope ya won at least..

Ordered a battery online to pick up at the store. Price was great, had 25% off coupon!! When I got there, I was greeted. I asked to have the battery installed, the gentleman said absolutely and grabbed his tools. We stood in the rainy, windy, snowy wind while he changed the battery. I truly appreciate Advance Auto offering this service and it's employees that do it. I could have done it, but why? Great job!!

The person who took care of me today was absolutely amazing and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name. The receipt says C. Marquise. To be fair he did give me his name and I forgot.

(Google suggested I add these pics I took of the sky outside, so... here ya go!)There's never any hassle at this Advance. The last few times, I've ordered online and picked up in store with zero issues. I'm in and out in less than two minutes - unless I have a question, in which case the employees never hesitate to help me out and explain everything. This is definitely a solid place to get your car stuff.

Visited here for some wipers and I forget the gentleman that was assisting me name. He's from the Philippines but been in Buffalo for a while. He was the most friendliness, pleasant, great help! His service was truly outstanding!

I was in there for wipers the other day and a young lady with blond hair took the time to explain to me the different wipers there were to offer and would best fit me as I was purchasing the wipers she also sold me an extended warranty with them and will come in handy she offered to install them for me as well and I couldn t turn down the offer she was very swift and had me on my way in no time I hope everything works or for he she is bright and i hope they keep her around she s a hard worker.

Make sure you buy your auto parts on the website. Then find a coupon code online and choose pickup in the store. Not only will you save a ton of money, but you will get points towards the rewerd program.

I went in to grab a light and the dude behind the counter was kinda helpful at first then because the manager was there he decided to get a lil cocky with me talking me down and trying to up sell me crap i dont need just to show off to his boss, just so all u parts guys kno not everyone is a nube to working on cars...!
