just came in to have my battery checked, employee John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and advised me of what I can do in the future. Made me feel very confident that I will always go to this store

Went in for a battery. The kid helped me and installed it for me but didn t tighten it and later that night my car wouldn t start. I had it towed and in the morning the mechanic said it wasn t installed correctly. Talk about unnecessary costs. I should ve known by the kids nerves that he didn t know what he was doing. I probably won t be back for an install. This was months ago so maybe he s learn a bit more now .

Their A/C supplies are excellent. Highly recommend the all in one A/C kit. The retro kit for my 1978 Lincoln Mark V. Has me cool.

Omg i felt like i was being detained walking into that place. It was a terible entrance and packed into what should have been a news stand. And the store for storage!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. They are rude and refuse to help you with anything. When I asked a question the employee was ignorant and actually yelled in the store AT me. I wanted to buy a part but they refused to sell it to me or help me with measurements. I left and went to AutoZone in Walden Ave and received AWESOME customer service! They were glad to help and took great care of me. Will never go to Advanced Auto again.

Stopped in, asking for assistance. A staff member was kindly willing to help locate and determine if a fuse was the issue... Friendly and helpful. If I am in the area again, I'd shop Advanced Auto , again.

I have a very old Chrysler New Yorker they give me helpful advice through my work on it these people are very real but nice that work they usually get produce there within a day or two if they don t have it and specifically a worker there that s helped me a lot and is very friendly his name is dirk staff around him are also friendly it s an actual auto part store I enjoy going to

Nice people, went to get a replacement for my rear wiper but wasn't sure how to replace it since it's a new vehicle and looked nothing like I was used to seeing. The young lady at the counter admitted she knew nothing about replacing it and got a guy from the back that did. Worked out well.

Staff is definitely a step ahead of most other locations..Seems to be a centrally located hub for surrounding stores based on availability of parts .

Engine light was on and they said it was my cylinder 3 miss firing. They suggested the correct part and now my vehicle runs great and I can get it inspected without spending a diagnostic charge from the dealership. Thank you Jim Bauer and associates.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a motorcycle battery and after 2 weeks the battery failed. I was left stranded 30 miles from house. Had to get motorcycle towed to find out they only replace the battery. A normal battery replacement just cost 400. Store sells poor quality parts and employees refuse to bring parts or provide service

Was going to buy a battery for my 2012 e v Prius. Before picking up the new battery we tested my old battery and found it was still very good. I appreciate it all the help that everyone gave me a both advance Auto locations I visited

Very helpful staff, my alternator went bad when I was 3 hours from home.The guy's charge my battery whilel I change the alternator and even called the store where I purchased the original so that I received full warranty on the part

Staff is very knowledgeable, they give you great advice even if it is a lost sale for them. I have worked on my car in the parking lot and they helped me where they could and helped with locating the proper parts for my 1997 lincoln town car. Prefer this location over the other auto parts stores like AutoZone and Napa.

So painful to shop here. The counter guy is a condescending imbecile. Wants to argue with you about what you're trying to purchase. Reasons why people shop online. It's just easier.

I am just leaving this location and the women currently working is very rude. I was buying 4 gallons of washer fluid and she yelled at me for taking the ones stacked in the front of the store and told me I should take the ones from the back of the store because she is sick and tired of restocking them in the front. Seriously?

Not only was I given the wrong pads and had to make another trip to the store they didn't honor my lifetime warranty on the brake pads so I ended up having to pay $70 for the step up and breaks because they didn't have the cheaper ones in stock so and all I'm not satisfied with my visit to the store to say the least

This store is a joke! Bring back Carquest! Lazy punks running the store with crappy customer service. Blonde hair grandma acts like she owns the Advance Franchise.
