Went looking for something they didn't have, if no fault of their own, I didn't know they didn't carry that brand, but I felt slighted, as he told me it didn't exist. I've been buying the product from a competitor for years. He was helpful getting me what I needed, I just wasn't happy that he treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

The gentleman who attended me was friendly and helpful. He checked the status of my car's battery (free at NAP) and got the product I was buying from the shelf instead of trying to tell me where to look. Excellent service.

Very lackadaisical crew even for upstate NY. We only go there when we have no other choice. Most of the time we take the ride to Oneonta so we dont get annoyed. Luckily for them they are located in Walton with little to no local competition, if they were to do business in the 4 boroughs they would be out of business in a few months.

I'm by no means a mechanic but the staff always seems to know what I am trying find and gets it quickly. If you're looking for real parts and not just chrome trim and muffler paint like others stores sell, this is place to go. No judgement of the novice either. Check it out.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. If they don't have your part it usually can be ordered and most times is in the next day.
