I was desperately in need of a new windshield wiper before the snow storm so that I would be able to drive back home to the city safely. This place was recommended by a university police office at my college. I went there while they were closing unfortunately but I was able to talk with James who kindly squeezed me in for the next day. He helped me and worked around my school schedule so that I could get my car fixed. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I was extremely grateful for the help. If you need work done to your car in a quick and effective way this is the place to go!!! Thank you James

The expirence of having my car fixed at mid county was beyond easy! They are true craftsman,fair and HONEST! Showed a true understanding of a horrible situation that James put me at ease about with his knowledge and obvious care ! Car looks amazing ! Absolutely fantastic folks who are helpful, friendly, straightforward, and very good at their jobs! I had cracked radiator cores supports and these guys got the whole bumper taken apart, everything fixed up and put back together in about a week. They also fixed an issue with my hood opener which showed up once everything was back in place. Really great experience and really honest people. Thanks so much, y'all!

Very professional business with great customer service! Employees are great very helpful and honest! Excellent work I have had business done there multiple times already. I'm always amazed at the qaulity of work! Would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of auto body work or any type of body work!! Ask for Jim he's a great guy.

Awful experience here. They destroyed my car! Took it in for passenger control arm and every time I called the car wasn't ready....for 2 months! When I said I was coming to get my car I paid a $500 deductible only to find out that the mechanics broke the engine block. I was referred here by a local. I wouldn't dare tell anyone to come here. The owner swore my car was fixed and it started leaking oil. I had to get a whole new car.

I love this place, which is not something I would usually say about a business. But they are always friendly and helpful and that is rare in a business. I have had maybe four occasions to bring our van into them and every time I have turned to my partner afterwards and said "they are so great".

I went in to get my windshield replaced. It was all together a terrible experience.They said to leave it overnight and it ll be ready the next day. When I come back, they say my car won t start and to bring my spare key because they think it s something with the alarm. At this point, my windshield wasn t even fully back together. After bringing the spare they say my starter is bad, they need to keep it another three nights to fix it. I get a call just a couple of hours later saying it started when they tried again, after I asked my mother to call because it was so shady.I still had to pay extra for labor, even though they did nothing to make it start besides turn the key. I have since turned it on and off multiple times with no issue just like before I dropped it off.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don t go they add more than one hour to beef up costs. I had a simple bulb replacement costs $156 they don t accept credit cards and only cash I already reported to IRS for an illegal operation ! Total rip-offService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

As honest as they come. When my Toyota dealer was going over $500 for a muffler issue, they came in at less than 1/5th the cost by repairing rather than replacing. Big kudos for honest mechanics!

They have no clue what they are doing, no common sense, and no care for customers saftey. I had my windshield taken out to be replaced, found out after it was out they ordered the wrong replacement part, and instead of gluing it back in, they slapped a few strips of duct tape over the glass and sent me on my way.

Don't bother even taking your car there. I took my car there after hitting a deer and they just threw the bumper back on in such a hurry that it started coming right back off again. So I had to take it back to have them fix it.

I never even knew these ppl existed. They replaced my windsheild & did a very good job. A bit of a nickle & dimer lol but all in all I'll be returning

I took my work van here to change the muffler and they went above and beyond they noticed my oil pan leaking and changed that also but I wouldn't have known about it if they hadn't noticed it and I would most likely be stranded somewhere with a blown up van.
