Amazing customer care, first time dealing with an insurance claim. Guy and his team at Sissons walked me through the process step by step and answered any questions I had. They worked with me to get my plow truck back up and going for the incoming snow even with parts being back order and not available. Highly recommend them for any of your auto body needs! Thank you Sisson's Body Works for making my truck look showroom new again! Sisson's knows how to treat their customers from the minute you walk in the door to the time you pick your vehicle up. Beautiful workmanship done in a timely fashion. Everyone always has a smile on their face and so willing to help in any way they can. I absolutely recommend Sisson's Body Works and will now go nowhere else. So nice to see old friends. Thank you, Guy, Ellen, and crew!!!

Great Staff, Eric gave full explanation on what they were going to do. The rent car was ready. They did the job with outstanding workmanship. it was even done sooner than what they quoted. I needed to have collision work done on the entire right side of my car after an incident with my garage door, and the car looks spectacular, just like new! The work started when promised, I think a little under estimate and it was done earlier than promised! When I picked it up, it was like it was the day we bought it at the dealer.The staff was wonderful and they took care of everything with the insurance company as well.I will absolutely use Sisson's Body Works in the future if I ever need work done again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was damaged by a deer and I took it to Sissons for estimates. The process was very thorough and they explained everything to me. Rental car was really easy to do. When I picked my car up I had questions because the price was higher. Eric explained everything they did and showed pictures of the internal damage that couldn't be seen from the original quote. Thanks to Eric and the girls in the office for your outstanding customer service.

Best collision shop in WNY as far as I am concerned. And hit enough deer to know it. They have taken care of all my vehicles for the past 15yrs. Will not go anywhere else!

Everything from the estimate to the actual repair could not have gone smoother. I made one call call to the insurance company after getting an estimate and they handled the rest. The repair job was perfect, just like a previous job I had them do. We re fortunate to have a body shop of their caliber in a rural area.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Guy and the whole team at Sissons are amazing! I go there every time I need work done. I was very pleased when they were able to hear as a customer backed into my car. Guy called and had to explain that my car was in another accident. We still laugh about it till this day. They will go above and beyond to help you ! We joke about the fact I have "frequent flyer miles" bc I am a deer magnet. I can not say enough great things. They do quality work. I have gone back to them with questions or asked if they could fix the headlight setting. They were ALWAYS more than happy to help.

Super friendly and professional. My car had been rear-ended and Sisson's did the repairs. The car looks like it did when it was brand new two years ago! The quality of the work, which was A LOT, is perfect! I had a great experience at Sisson's. They carefully walked me through the different repairs that were required and my car looks fantastic after being fixed. It's a beautiful business and from my experience, that tends to mean they're doing something right. Highly recommended.

Wow! This place was so great! They took only two days to fix the front end of my car. Made look like new. and They also cleaned my car floors and dash. I had sand on my mats, but was so surprised to find out they cleaned it up! Made it smell and feel brand new! I will always use them now. Thank you Guys!

From the moment I walked into the office to the time my car was repaired I was very impressed with the friendliness, courtesy and knowledge of everyone. First: The gentleman that gave me my estimate was thorough and quick. It took him only 20 minutes and he came back with everything printed out on a work sheet. Second: The ladies in the office were also very knowledgable, very friendly, answered all my questions promptly and If I may say, seeing as how I'm old, they were all very beautiful. :-) Third: The estimated time of repair was 3 days, job was done in exactly 3 days. The repair was superb plus the whole car was washed inside and out plus sanitized. Awesome job! Fourth: They arranged for me to have a rental car that was provided for me on their site, extremely convenient. Sisson's did a wonderful job returning my 2019 Equinox to it's original glory after an unfortunate deer hit. Everyone was very considerate and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and keep me in the loop during my repair. I have used them numerous times for different vehicle repairs over the years and every one has been a smooth transaction and beautiful work. Thanks!

I hit a deer a few weeks ago, they were able to get my car in quickly, their office staff helped me figure out everything with my insurance and I was able to get a rental right from them. I didn't have coverage under my insurance, but they charged me at a discounted rate like what they would get from an insurance company. They kept me updated the entire time about the status of my car.Service: Painting

"Nordstrom-level" service. Absolutely every detail is attended to, communication on status of the repair is timely and consistent and all insurance company swerve balls are line drived back at them.
