My friends brake light came on driving over a gravel road (wash boarded). They treated him fairly and quickly! Great experience! BTW we went to Shelly's Roadside for lunch while they did repair!! Highly recommended...get Missy as your waitress.

Very friendly and great customer service. We popped in unannounced with a car issue on our way to Roswell, and they did what they could to make sure I didn't miss, or was late for my appointment.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my car, so I could transport my kayak with my small haul master. The staff at Kless Boys, Delevan, N.Y., was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the hitch; and, the service was very professional, efficient and fairly priced. I trust this business completely and would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Really friendly staff. After a deer ran in front of my son's car they did everything needed so he could still drive it safely until his appointment about 6 weeks later. A fun showroom to walk around and look at the cars on display.

Was looking for a car on and off for about a year. I found one at Kless Boys and their sales person, Billy, was extremely helpful and worked with me to set up a time to come out and see the car. They put it up on a lift so I could look at it, were honest about everything.Their service was great, the owners are extremely friendly. The overall experience was wonderful. I have bought a few used cars in the past and this was by far the easiest, most thorough and most enjoyable experience.Thank you Kless Boys and thank you Billy.

Kless boys are amazing. I was a first time buyer and completely clueless on where to start! They were patient and help me a lot. I absolutely love the car I bought from there!! I worked with Austin and he helped me make sure everything was in place so I could get my car!

I had a pretty good experience with Kless boys while selling and buying a vehicle.I was made aware by the car fax it was in an accident. I was told EVERYTHING was replaced with OEM new parts and done 100% correct.Unfortunately 15k miles (50k total) later after purchasing I needed a new transmission.Most frustrating part is not even a year later I started getting paint chipping and hairline cracks.Now I ve got multiple spots where you can see bondo cracks from the OEM new parts they used A bit annoying after spending 40k on the truck.They were friendly as most are when making a sale I had a great experiencing through the buying process and trading in my other vehicle. However I would be cautious on trusting what they say if any work was done.

Brought my jeep in for collision work after getting into an accident in February. Matt in service has been nothing short of amazing. Always kept me up to date with what was going on. There was a few things after picking up that needed to be fixed but Matt went above and made sure it was fixed.

Everyone here is wonderful. From when you step inside, the receptionist greets you with a hi and a nice smile. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. They found the problem first time and got my extended warranty to pay for it.

Bought a nice Dodge Stratus and before buying I heard a loud thumping noise when going over any bumps (was anti roll bar), I asked if they could fix it before I bought which they did right on the spot! They still are very great to me as my battery died early on due to me leaving lights on and they sent someone to start it for me! I wouldn't buy a car from any other place from now on! Kless Boys has great dealership and Amazing mechanics!

Amazing place to get your car fixed, my husband and I have gone to Kless Boys ever since our Pt Cruiser got hit by a deer when we got our car back you couldn't even tell it was hit by a deer they did such an amazing job. Now we take our car to them for everything we need done they make you feel at home with a nice place to sit while you wait convenient appointment and they are so good about explaining everything to you it give you a lot of piece of mind that your car is in good hands =)

i just got a jeep wrangler and couldnt be happier. Working with Bill was easy and comfortable. I was in a situation and he worked with me to ensure i had an easy enjoyable experience and i must say i had nothing but that. He didnt rush anything and kept options open until i was ready to decide. Im grateful to have stumbled upon this dealership and i hope others do to.thanks again for everything!

They were happy to show off the fine undercoating job they did, but that cosmetic fix hid a badly rusted frame that they knew was a safety hazard. Luckily, the frame broke while I was in a parking lot and not traveling at highway speeds. Not only did the put me and my family at risk, but I'm stuck owing over $7000 on a vehicle that will never be road worthy again.

does it really matter,usuall stuff, just put over5000$into vehikle,never replaced radiator,wich leaks,no air box or air feed tube,window resiviour., o but i did get a sweatshirt, would not pro mo tere bizniss. actually true story
