Joe and his team were great! So accommodating, professional and competent! An oil change and inspection went smoothly. Joe advised me of what my Toyota will need to maintain it - now and near future. He followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction... and it was! Nice to find this service still exists!

I broke down on my way into work on the 495 on Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 7:00 in the morning. I called Stacks only because they were close to where I broke down and Google said they were open. I had my car towed there, and had my son drop me at work and Stacks had my car fixed before I left work for the day. The price was right and Stacks totally saved me from a four day weekend without wheels. I honestly got really lucky calling a mechanic I knew nothing about, and leaving there knowing they did right by me. Stacks is definitely my new auto mechanic. To me it's totally worth the 40 minute ride to know I'm getting good honest service. The guys were really friendly too. Felt like I'd known them for years.

I had an issue with some work that Stacks had done on my car and Joe took care of it. He corrected the issue in a timely manner. My family and I bring our cars to Stacks and are pleased with the work and the guys there.

They did a wonderful job fixing my 2018 Silverado they did a full suspension replacement how they managed to get it done in a day I'm not really sure how but they did I could not recommend them anymore strongly you won't be disappointed.

We got our appointment at the day and time that didn't interfere with our schedule. Joe called immediately when they saw some needed extra work. I brought my car to Stacks on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I did. The staff was so kind and helpful. They got my car fixed quickly, they gave me a ride to work And picked me up when my car was finished. Absolutely recommend. Great work, lovely staff, and they're not overpriced!

It s difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. The service department at my dealership where I purchased the car wanted to charge us almost $300 just to diagnose the issue. Stack s never tried to swindle me for just looking at the car and their repair cost was reasonable. No issues with the car after it was serviced. They are honest and don t try to scare you into unnecessary repairs.

Joe, the manager at Stack's, couldn't be any more helpful and called with every new thing they found or fixed, constantly gave me an update which i couldn't be more happy with. The services they provided were quick and very thorough. I had a tire blow out on the LIE this morning. Called Stacks and told Joe the tire information. Thanks to Joe and his guys who replaced the tire immediately so I could go on my way. First time @ STACKS. for repair. My car had been on & off idling weirdly shaking when at a full stop. I was due for an inspection and passed at another garage( apparently no warning light , no issue) Joe listened to my situation , and discovered my spark plugs needed replacing ( the car is 10 years old) Repaired & driving smooth.. even at red lights!!! Thanks Joe! I hope I don t need repairs soon but will recommend & return if needed . Susan
