Brought my car in due to it being in an accident and got it back looking better than it did before the accident! Definitely recommend!! Tony and Kathy helped me out so much getting my car back together always keeping me updated and asking for my approval for certain things. They made sure to keep me posted on parts and all the work being done in general. I appreciated them for giving their input on parts that were needed and what i should and shouldn t get and what would and wouldn t look good on my car. They took very good care of my car!

I just had my Tahoe truck done by Tony and his team at Sansone Auto Body and I couldn t be happier. My truck is 5 years old and it looks like it just drove it off the dealership lot! From Cathy up front to the guys in the back, this was an awesome experience! They were professional and their work is impeccable. Cathy made dealing with my insurance company and the rental company a piece of cake. I d 100% recommend Sansone Auto Body to anyone that needed work done on their car!

On several occasions I ve had the unfortunate mishap of being involved in an accident with my vehicle and every time I call Sansone they are professional, prompt and on top of every aspect of the insurance process including estimate of damage. Not a single detail has ever been overlooked and everything down to the rental arrangement is assisted by their amazing team! I ve been given prompt updates on the status and completion of my car and everything is seamless. They take the stress out of an otherwise chaotic situation. I would recommend their years of experience over any Autobody on the island!!

I just had to get my car inspecedt when I switched insurance. I quickly noticed how many places were not available on Saturdays or were not willing to assist because the weather called for rain/snow. I'm so glad I went to Sansone. What a wonderful experience. If I have to find an auto body shop I know where I will be going.

Had no idea where to find a reputable body shop, until a dear friend introduced me to Sansone. The day I was taken there, I met Amanda first, Kathy was on a call. I didn't know what to expect, but then I met Kathy after she came off her call, her beautiful spirit and the way she greeted me, spoke volumes, I was at the right place to get the help I needed. Kathy was awesome in putting all the pieces of information needed together to accomplish the goal of getting my vehicle taken care of appropriately. I will not bore everyone with all the details, but I can sincerely say, with a huge smile on my face and a great thank you in my heart, "THEY DID IT, THEY ARE OUTSTANDING". How they welcome everyone, respect your business, and produce results above and beyond what is expected. As a professional, I can say, that if you receive exceptional treatment at the front from those greeting you, and representing the business, then the result is "top shelf". KATHY, thank you for all you do, you give customers the confidence that the results will be better than expected, and AMANDA thank you so much for following-up, of course, the results were like brand new. Toni and Kathy are both genuine and sweet. I got in a car accident and left my car off at Sansone, where Kathy took care of everything. She contacted the insurance providers and even arranged for a rental car for me. She kept me updated on an almost weekly basis throughout the entire process. If I had any questions, she would answer them. Her communication skills are excellent, and she is really professional. They did an excellent job on my car. My car looks brand new with everything blending in perfectly. Thank you for your patience and for performing such an excellent job. I highly recommend this body shop.

Sansone Auto Body shop is an incredible place with even more incredible people. Unfortunately I have had my car repaired here more than once, but fortunately they made tough situations a lot less stressful. I don't even think words could describe how amazing Cathy and the whole family is. They are understanding, knowledgeable and willing to help, which meant the world to my family. Every car that has been repaired by them has looked newer than the day I picked up brand new. I really can't say enough about this auto body shop. If you are in need of an auto body shop look no further than Sansone Auto Body. I never thought my tears of stress walking into the shop would turn into tears of joy and relief due to their help!!!!

Tony and his crew are awesome. Took great car of us after a car accident and fixed my BMW up as good as new. The office staff is great too. Kathy helped us navigate the hassles of an accident. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about these amazing beautiful people at Sansone auto body!! From the beginning, when I was just looking for an estimate, the service I got was awesome! Kathy was very friendly and helpful in every way!. I had to wait a couple months to finally get it fixed after being rear-ended by a horrible woman and her husband. Kathy was there for me helping me and walking me through everything! I am forever grateful for her! If I could give 100 stars I would. Service, labor, EVERYTHING! You don t get that just anywhere! If I ever need work done, I don t have to look anywhere else. Sansone family got my baby looking brand new!!!!!Again! I m so grateful for this team! I never write a review but I now know this family for 8 years, and I had to. Cathy and the whole family are a bunch of amazing people!! From Cathy in the front office to the workers in the shop, the craftmanship is impeccable. Their finished products are always to perfection. Too bad google reviews stop at 5 stars because I would rate them way higher than that. CHOOSE SANSONE, you won't regret it!!!!

We have been customers of Sansone Auto Body for over a decade. Getting into an accident is always stressful but they really go above and beyond to make the whole process as painless as possible. Cathy is an absolute doll and so knowledgeable. She deals with the insurance companies, arranges for rental cars and really does a great job of keeping you updated plus she is just a pleasure to talk to. And the work that Tony, Mickey and their team does is fantastic! They are a family business that takes great pride in their work, and it shows! My bumper was a disaster with multiple holes from the previous license plate bracket. They made it look factory new. The Sansone s are amazing at what they do and for a great price but most importantly Mickey, Tony, and Cathy always treat us like family! Thanks again guys!

Used Sansone Auto Body for some repairs through my insurance. They were amazing! Fast and reliable. Dropped my car off using their drop box system. They worked around my schedule for me so I can have my car back in a timely fashion. Got my car back without complaints. Looked good as new. Everyone was super nice and understanding, which is always a good thing when your leaving something valuable in someone else s possession. Thank you again Sansone Auto Body. The best body shop and it honestly isn't even close. They treat you like family and makes sure you're taking care of every step of the way. Cathy is simply the best and her expertise with handling insurance claims and rentals is amazing. Micky, Tony and all the guys in the back do the best job at getting your car back to 100%. Amazing body shop. My vehicle was hit and Cathy in the office handled every single aspect of the process. I only had to pick up the phone once to tell them what day I wanted to drop off my truck. She did all the paperwork for the insurance claim, she set up my rental car and they were all so friendly. When I dropped off my truck they had a rental car waiting for me that they set up with the insurance company, they kept me updated through process and it was such a quick turnaround to get my truck back. My truck came back looking brand new ! I am still amazed how smooth the process was. I highly recommend this shop. Top notch!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kathy and Sansone Auto Body deserve INFINITY Stars! (This should be an option by the way for businesses like this like the golden buzzer, they should go directly to everyone s top pick when looking for an Auto repair shop!) I cannot say enough good things about Sansone. I was in an accident upstate and had to have my car towed back to LI for repair. A friend recommend Sansone, and I immediately called and spoke to Kathy. Not only did she help me navigate the disaster that is insurance claims customer service, but she did so with kindness, knowledge, patience and a sense of humor during a stressful time! She helped me get into a rental car, and helped me navigate conversations with my insurance claim reps. Which BTW -kids stay in school .Do not become Insurance claim center customer service reps. I give those people negative stars. I will forever fangirl over Kathy at Sansone and while I hope to NEVER have an accident again, should I be so unlucky too -this will be the only place I will ever use .For reals!! They repaired my car which had substantial undercarriage damage quickly and with expertise. Outstanding, outstanding!!!!! Hands down the best Auto Body shop in the world- family owned business. I have been going here since my first accident 20 years ago. They have always made a stressful situation INTO a worry free experience and confident it would all be handled. I am extremely blessed to have met this family business so many years ago!

Best body shop EVER! You will NEVER get ripped off and your car will come back to you nicer than when you 1st bought it!!! They help you with everything from beginning to end which is so comforting during a really stressful time. I would NEVER go anywhere else
