Could I give this place 6 stars?! OMG! They were amazing. They did an excellent job repairing my car at a fair price. There were no gimmicks, hidden fees - just honest! Tom was OUTSTANDING - told me the car would take 4 days and he got it to me in three. They even coordinated my rental. Hands down best ever!!!!

Amazing job! The after is beautiful. Paint looks exact and they even cleaned and waxed my car. Spectacular attention to detail and friendly staff. Very kind and thoughtful through the whole process. It doesn't even look like I had a dent on my car. Thanks again! The before and after pictures show your hard work! Definitely recommend.

Over the past 30 years my family and I have brought our cars to Radiance Auto Body for auto body repairs and they are the absolute best at their craft hands down. You deal direct with Tom, the owner, and Lucille in the office and are treated in a professional and friendly manner. Tom takes his time explaining the work that needs to be done and his estimates and time needed to repair the car are always on point and given back to you in showroom condition. I will never use another company and feel fortunate to have such a great company right here on Long Island. If you are looking for an auto body repair shop this is definitely the place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give Radiance a 10 star rating, I would. Their service and professionalism is unmatched, and their work speaks for itself. They kept me updated every step of the way, and I could tell they care about their customers. They are the first place I will recommend to anyone who asks for a great auto body shop!

Very good experience!! Got into an accident and I thought I was going to be a long wait to get my car back. Tom and everybody at Radiance Auto Body made my life so much easier, they kept in contact with me through the whole process and my truck was back to me in no time! Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs any work done Tom does great work!

We have used Radiance for years and every time Tommy and his team over exceed our expectations! Their body work is unmatched, and your car always comes back absolutely perfect! Highly Recommend Radiance Auto Body, Where else do you see 5 star reviews from every client! Tommy, Margaret and Lucy were outstanding to deal with! My car looks better than new! I Cannot say enough good things about them! They went the extra mile! You wont be disappointed if you use them. 20 stars all the way AA+++

Been going to Tom for years literally grew up getting all my body work here for my friends and family. They have the best service, the work is amazing you can never tell your car was ever damaged. Quality repairs, great service, great price and just a straight forward honest place!

Radiance Auto has been the only body shop I have ever taken any of my cars to. In total, 5 cars have seen the inside of Tommy s shop. In addition to myself, my father, mother, aunt, uncle, sister, brother and cousin only go to Radiance Auto as well.Radiance helped me from the beginning of my claim, all the way to the end. In between the drop off of my car and the pick up, Radiance (Lucy) helped me get into a vehicle at Enterprise, called me during the week to give me any updates, and returned my rental vehicle for me once my car was finished.If you want a place that is straight-forward and does a great job with great customer service backing it, Radiance Auto Body is the place for you! You won t be disappointed. I personally cannot thank you guys enough for the kindness and the great work.

Radiance Auto Body Corporation is awesome - as much as I regret having to go there for my car, Tom always makes it better with the terrific work that is done. Fairly priced, and amazingly talented, I am always happy with whatever they do. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs work done get it done here....you will not be sorry!Ken B.

Unfortunately I have been at Radiance Auto more than I wanted to.But I have to say the professionalism and expertise there has been nothing short of excellent. I am very impressed with their work,honesty, and most important to me their price for work. If you need work for any car Radiance Auto is the place to go. BTW Tom is the wonder and also a great guy

Tom does outstanding auto body work and I can't say enough. He's honest, fast and will work with you. I promise you, you will never receive 5 star plus treatment anywhere else. I highly recommend that anyone who needs auto work done to go to Radiance. Do yourself a favor and go here! You will never regret it!

Tom and his team at Radiance are the best! Being a five car family we have used them multiple times. They are always super helpful with insurance companies and car rental companies etc. The work they do is top notch, they always have the car ready when promised and always exceeded our expectations!

Tom and everyone at Radiance Auto Body were AMAZING with helping us out when my mother had to have body work done on her car. Unfortunately after 30+ years of accident free driving she had a slight bump accident that caused a lot more damage than we originally thought Tom, Margaret and Lucy were so so so helpful it made my mother, who is generally a nervous person, feel at ease. They worked around her schedule because they wanted to make it as easy for her as they possibly could. Like everyone had reiterated on here they keep you in the loop every step of the way. We couldn't be more happy with Radiance and will recommend them to everyone we know. Hopefully we won't need them in the future but if the circumstances are such, there is NO OTHER body shop we would ever go to. Thank you Radiance!

Tommy was great and very fair with the price and honest. Job was done clean and fast; my driver side mirror looks like nothing ever happened and bumper looks super clean lol. The office was very helpful and a delight. I highly recommend.

My name is AnthonyV and I didn't know anything about Radiance Auto Body or the owner Tom until I started searching for the right shop to repair my mint condition 1997 Special Edition Miata which has 75,000 original miles on it. It's not a very expensive car but it is one of the best examples of a traditional two seater convertible Roadster similar in feel to the MGB, Triumph TR6, GT6, and Spitfire, Austin-Healey, and Honda S2000 etcetera. All roadsters of yesteryear which have become so far and few between. It is very near and dear to my heart. Anyway the car got hit by a careless motorist who wiped out the drivers side front left fender, seriously damaged the door, as well as the molded fiberglass splashguards, molding,etc.I found out about Radiance and Tom through a referral that my wife had gotten by asking around in her office. My wife works in the school district and deals with people who live all over Long Island. After asking several people Radiance Auto Body kept getting mentioned by several different people. At that point I had already gotten two other estimates from two other very reputable shops. I decided to visit Radiance and Tom met with me. He was so genuinely sincere and direct that there was no question in my mind that he was going to provide me with the best work and service for an extremely competitive price. I just picked the car up today at 4 p.m. and he went over it with me and I can't tell you how happy I am with his work. Not only am I happy with his work, he also told me to please come back with any questions or anyting further that I would like to address with the work and also offered to help me put the removable hardtop on the car and adjust the brackets that hold it in place. Not once did he mention an additional fee for anyting. The man is an incredible business person and his family members, one of which, his sister Lucy who works in the office is as courteous and thorough as you could possibly imagine. What a great experience and what a great find. Can't say enough nice things about the operation and the quality of the work.

We had the best experience at Radiance AutoBody, starting with the friendly, accommodating staff. The work done to our car exceeded our expectations . Work was done timely and perfectly. I would definitely recommend for all your auto body needs.

The nicest people, the best price ,they are honest , and I am so happy with them .I would recommend them highly!!!!! My car came out like it was brand new. The best auto body repair shop I have ever come across, and I am so glad I did!:-):-) :-) :-) :-)

This body shop is the best around. Tommy and his team are great. I never come here feeling like I've been ripped off, taken advantage off or tricked. They're honest people and I trust them, which is important. I definitely recommend them.

Tom and the folks over at Radience do the absolute best work and go above and beyond whether or not your a first time customer , repeat customer for a small job or large the quality of work remains top notch. They work quickly , but with quality. That quality might take more or less time depending on your needs, but the best work around will be done as quickly as it can be while maintaining the utmost standards. Some of the most fair no bs rates around and they treat the work as if it were done on their own personal vehicles. I highly recommend Radience auto body to anyone and everyone that needs any work done for their automotive needs. If Tom and Radience can do it , no reason to shop anywhere else.

Couldn t be happier!! Everyone at Radiance was professional and super friendly! Tommy is nothing less than a wizard! He made my pickup look brand new after a nasty rear end accident. So if you don t believe in magic, just bring your vehicle to Radiance, and you ll be a true believer! Thanks Tommy!

My bumper fell off and seemed shattered when I brought it to Radiance. They fixed it in a day and made it look brand new, took out scratches too! Would definitely reccomend!
