They are very fast, courteous and very professional at Mavis here! I needed state inspection and one of my tires was ready to blow out. They changed it, very reasonable prices and now I am safe and good to go for a year!

So I went to this Mavis on Tuesday they were busy and asked me to come on Friday when I went on Friday Crystal an employee told me to come today. When I went today she was very helpful and asked me to come a little later on calling an hour later another employee Carlos asked me to come in an hour and promised to get it done I went there on time and after two hours when I spoke to Carlos and asked him when is my turn He threw the key on my face, misbehaved in front of two other ladies, who were also shocked that he s behaving this way, I told him I m just asking and what s the reason of being rude he said you seems in a rush ok so we have other cars to do take your keys and go away I again politely told him that I m just asking because I m fasting and I have to go home and open my fast he brought the keys threw it on my face this is so bad. I was so polite and nice and how can you treat people like that . Mavis is such a big name and how you can treat people like that . I m so sad and upset of waiting after a whole I ve been treated like that . I m not going to this one anymore specially when he s there . Thanks to crystal at least she treats people well.

I got my tires here last year. I ve had flats twice (no fault of theirs - people keep leaving giant screws in the road for me or my wife to drive over) and each time they have gotten me in and out and back on the road super quickly. They are friendly and professional. It was such a relief on a busy day today to be able to get my tire fixed on my lunch break. (The bagel shop behind them makes good BECs, too.)

I went with my husband to fix the tires. a few other places didn't want to take us because they were too busy or too expensive. Kelvin took care of us right away, he was super polite Thanks to him we got 4 new tires and now the car feels so much better. Thank you Kelvin and team. Definitely will tell my friends to go to this location.

This location is my usual stop for tire changes and other tire care, and I never have had an issue here. Most visits are quick, even if I stop in on a busy day. And each employee at the desk that I ve encountered were always approachable and helpful.

Came here because my breaks light came on. The guys here are friendly and welcoming. The manager Shaun is very nice and knowledgeable. They fix what needed to be fix and I was out in no time.

Got two new tires and an alignment. The manager there i believe his name was Scott was very nice and professional. They got my tires on and rotated pretty fast I was impressed. Would go back there when I get my other 2 tires.

Super happy with the customer service I received from the manager Kelvin. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in depth. Definitely recommending this Mavis to my girlfriends!

I continually have great experiences at this location. Elaine and Kelvin were great to work with. Dealers charge 2-3X what Mavis charges for brake work. I have purchased the Mavis/Hankook Traction control tires for all my SUVs and they outlasted the Subaru OEM tires by far, and were less expensive. I will never use any other tire. The mgmt team at this location is great - they are fair, truthful and take very good care of you. Highly recommend!

Scott is the man! Before coming here I had some really unpleasant experiences at other Mavis on Long Island - but once I came here I knew I d be coming back! They never try to oversell you and Scott always shoots it with you straight about what s going on with your car. I can t recommend this place enough!

These guys are the best! My car was not running correctly, engine was revving and had no power. These guys quickly troubleshooted and found the problem: a broken hose. Honesty and integrity in a business were so many are shady. Thank you so much KELVIN AND MAVIS!

manager Kelvin was wonderful in letting me know the ins and outs of my car... most mechanic shops take advantage of females that really don't quite understand the whole process... but not once did any of the staff try and push things or " say something" was wrong when it wasn't. I came in for a simple synthetic oil change, and asked if they could clean my kn filter for me and they did just that. they didn't tell me any " extra " work needed to be done. pricing was fair , and all staff were extremely courteous. thank you very much

Great customer service. Mavis customer for a long time and so far this location has never dissipated. Oil change, inspection and tires my fault last minute call and they crushed it.

Scott at mavis was fast and professional. Checked my brakes quickly to let me know nothing was wrong with them. Only charged me for the balancing of tires I requested. Great experience for a Sunday morning that I thought would take all day:

Stopped in to the Commack Rd, Deer Park location Mavis, for a TPMS Warning light on my car's dashboard. Bryan and Kelvin took care of the issue right away, making sure my tires were the correct air pressure all around. Young man inside found the Nail in my rear passenger side tire, causing the tire pressure monitoring system symbol to pop up on my Dashboard. After patching my tire, symbol disappeared from my dash! The crew at this location are polite and professional... I definitely recommend, and if I have any other issues, I'll be returning to them. Thank you guys! Maria

Just wanna give thanks to the manager Kelvin and his crew in fixing my Bmw X1 to its tip top shape after getting into an accident. Suspension parts were installed carefully with precision and that they went above and beyond to a point even the manager Kelvin did the final inspection. Thanks again to the crew and I appreciate every single one of them.

Renetta was a big help with mr 2 vehicles that I brought in to be serviced. ** update ** the noise on my truck was not fixed , I went back to speak to the manager he said my truck was just old , My hubcap went missing after buying new tires they refused to acknowledge that . No response from corporate they kept routing my calls to the same store that was the root of the problem.
