I ve been coming here for years. Joe Riscicas Repairs is a place you can trust to give you the best care for your car and the best price. They are truthful and will let you know what needs to be done and what can wait, they don t take advantage of you unlike other mechanics looking to make a quick buck. Your car is always in good hands here. They are the best around. I would recommend to anyone.

Love Joe s! I ve been coming here for a couple years now and haven t looked elsewhere even with moving away. Everyone is super helpful here and send you everything to be approved before doing any work. I trust them with my car always and trust their expertise always.

The service at Joe Riscicas Auto Repair is terrific. The shop is run very well. It is organized and the workmanship is top notch. The people working there are also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Pete at the front desk is terrific.

Joe Riscica's Auto Repair IncHas probably given me the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic. From the work done the customer service all top notch ..my car had a laundry list of things wrong and the guys tended to them as they found them kept me up to date every step of the process and give fair pricing can t recommend them enough definitely my go to mechanic from this point forward car problems and don t know where to go call Joe thank again to the guys there

I'm so pleased with this auto repair shop, you never have to worry about being ripped off, very honest and respectful shop!!They even offered to take me home if i needed a ride., i was in and out just like they told me.Best yet , it was valentine's day and i went home with a beautiful flower made my day totally, thank you Joe Riscica's

Best Auto Repair shop, they are trustworthy and don t rip you off like most places do. They form a relationship with you and are willing to work on getting things fixed little by little! Would absolutely recommend! I just moved to Connecticut and they are still my go to place even tho I have to travel a bit to get to them now it s worth it 100%

Great people, who do great work. You can tell they are genuine and willing to help their clients in any way they can. Honest people not pushy you can tell they have the skills and years of experience. Only auto shop I would EVER trust on LI. From suspension to engine work, engine work to generally maintenance these guys are top notch.If a new issue comes up Joe Jr makes it a point to personally call and explain/discuss the situation.They won t push you into something they truly don t think you need and they are honest with their numbers.The whole crew is professional.Bottom line is that good mechanics are hard to come by in NY. This place is expensive as I was charged $400+ for a cooling system diagnostic, flush and state inspection. The vibration and engine noise issue on my car was not resolved even though they drove it twice and gave the car back to me literally on fumes meaning 4 miles to empty . Don't recommend and will not go again. Disappointed.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Joe Riscica s for three years now. Every time the repair is done in a timely manner, with excellent telephone communication, and for the quoted price. If there ever is a complication, I have always received a phone call, explaining the problem in detail.They have taken excellent care of my vintage 97 Jeep Cherokee, and 98 Ford Ranger, and they keep my 04 Toyota Corolla in great shape! But, I believe Joe Riscica s best quality, is their service. Everything is repaired correctly the first time to the manufacturer s standard.I have used other mechanics, and National chain companies for brakes and steering alignment, and they don t compare to Joe Riscica s. The alignment they did on the Jeep was better than when I bought it twenty years ago!

Good, fair, honest mechanics here. They are top certified mechanics and don t charge any extra.But seriously, please pay for the repairs you take. There have been complaints that customers try to come here for free repairs because they think their 400 dollar repair job or something is non-billable or non-chargeable...No, it does in fact cause a bill and your pay WILL be garnished by collections if you don't.Please pay those before or on their due date. Nobody likes expensive customers here.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I use Joe Riscica's for my business vehicles and personal vehicles as well. Joe and Pete always go above and beyond. They are professional, courteous and genuine. They provide fast service and always keep us abreast of any issues that arise. They are very cognizant of not doing work that may be under warranty from the dealership and do their very best to give the best pricing. I highly recommend them.

Best and most honest shop I have had the pleasure of using. Me and my wife have solely been using Joe's for 6 years now and won't go anywhere else. We recently moved out of the neighborhood and will continue to go out of our way to only use them. Integrity goes a long way with me, and these guys, especially Pete and Joe have it in abundance.
