We stopped in when our car started shaking a few miles out from Burlington and they were able to get us in asap and back on the road. Super friendly and helpful! Even gave our kiddos some treats!

The mechanics were very friendly. The man filled out all my information for me which was great and he was kind. I got to stay in my car where I was warm when they changed my wipers. I'm sorry I don't have names. He also got a coupon for me. I have come here before, always have had a good experience.

As of recent I ve been on the hunt for better deals servicing my vehicle. After doing some research i decided to give Jiffy lube another shot as I ve used them for years for my oil changes. I usually go to the east meadow location but decided on Deer Park. The young man that helped me, Theo greeted me and took my info and directed me where to park my vehicle. He was very professional, polite and was willing to answer all of my questions i had many. The rest of the crew that worked on my vehicle was fast and efficient. I told myself I d start taking my vehicle to the dealer for oil changes due to cost but if i do take my car anywhere it will be to this jiffy lube.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They were quick with the oil change I'll give them that and they were very friendly. HOWEVER they put the wrong oil in my car, not even 1000 miles after the oil is dirty, they added antifreeze and charged me for it when they NEVER asked me or notified me, besides the fact you should never never top off antifreeze, AND they added a fuel treatment for $20 for which I didn't need and was never asked if it could be added. And then after the fact never even told me that they did these extra things I was charged for. So an $119 oil changed turned into $171. I'm livid.

Super fast, everyone was friendly and Hope put a big smile on my face, felt like my car was in good hands and I ll definitely come back to this jiffy lube in the future with my other cars

They didn't have the air filter for my engine and told me that my current air filter is good, when I know it was not! The air filter for the cabin cost $30 at the auto store, but they charged me $70. They didn't want to do more than the minimum to get me out. They were not rude, but they really needed lots more training. The oil change was very overpriced, but the lack of knowledge and training was worse! Good Kids, Bad Service

Zero stars. Had the Shelburne Road location perform my last two oil changes. They cracked my oil filter housing, resulting in a $714.80 repair bill. Went back, with the damaged parts and the bill. 'Crew chief' Hunter would not allow me to speak to the manager. They took a picture of the part and a copy of the bill. Someone up the food chain was supposed to get back to me.It is now 7 days later, and I haven't heard from anyone. Stopped back in, again asking for a manager. Spoke to Kyle. All he can say is that hearing back 'doesn't happen overnight '. It has been A WEEK. SEVEN DAYS. Three days without my car, over $700 to repair. I believe that some communication back from them is in order.

Definitely live up to the name Jiffy . Stopped in on the fly for an oil change and was in being worked on almost immediately. Great staff and very helpful/ attentive.

the place was dirty, office was in poor condition. I asked about headlight brightening that was on a sign in the lobby and was told they didn't do that service. i asked why the sign was there and got a silly response from the kid manager. watched the service tech wipe the oil dipstick on his pants between his legs. thought that was poor. overall seemed like kids running the place without management. the good is they got me in and out quickly, reset the oil change timer and gave me a sticker for my window. was blown away with the $150 charge, but that's my fault, I should have asked first.

Please do not go to this place!I am honestly disappointed at the services that were done for my vehicle. When I got into the store, I asked for an systentic oil change and tire rotations. While I was at the waiting area one of the workers came in and showed me that my car's cabin filter needs to be replaced and since my car has high mileages he said I need to get my spark plugs done as well. I told him how much would the total cost me and he shows me in the computer as $300. I said that is good for me. After awhile I got the bill and it was $342 not the $300 he said it was going to be. And the worker said he could not reduce it below that amount. I was disappointed but I said okay whatever. Then when I got the receipt they did not even do the tire rotations. I was baffled by this and the worker said he forgot to add it to the charge and if they will going to perform that service as well it was going to cost even more than I paid. I will never go back here ever again.

My name is Norma, I visited jiffy lube at Deer Park Avenue, to get an oil change, within 5min, the vehicle was ready, the windshield washer was not refilled ,the filter wasn't changed the, no form of inspection was done to the vehicle, I'm not new to having an oil change done to my vehicles, just seemed so hurried, I also asked to have air put in my rt rear tyre, I was told that was done and it wasn't,I had to go back to have it done the rt left rear 42psi the lt and front tyres had 38psi each the rt rear had 29psi the correct air pressure is 33psi for all tyres.im so so disappointed with the service I received today for $95 I could have done way better.

Came here for an oil change, literally when I drive up they tell me well clean your windows, fill up some air in your tires and do an oil change I thought oh how nice how that s included. They give me the price ($130 for Honda HRV oil change), my jaw kinda dropped and he saw that and the guy goes I know hon it s a lot but that s before the coupons, I ll take care of you and lower the price. So I say whatever cause I m already there and I figured it s not gonna be cheap but at least it ll be cheaper than 130 the girl does my oil change and she was good so I tip her of course. And at the end give me my receipt and it was $130.00 . No air in my tires, no cleaning of the windows, and no coupon applied like they promised. Such a scam. Only reason why I gave 2 stars was because it was quick. Otherwise, go somewhere else unless you like paying an arm and a leg for a simple oil change..Service: Oil change
