Angelo and Neil, both owners were professional and performed multiple services on my 2010 Toyota Prius at 1/4 to 1/2 price of any Toyota dealership. They're honest and do excellent work. Highly recommend.

The best. And HONEST. Been using them for 25+ years, as has my family and co-workers. They do excellent work -quickly, at fair pricing, and make the effort to find the most economical options. Most definitely importantly, they are honest and trustworthy.Around 2001, I put my truck on its side; dropped it off at e&t to give it a checkup. They could have claimed that something mechanical needed repair & I would have believed them...when I picked it up and asked what was done, Angelo said "we topped off any fluids that might've leaked out". That was all.More recently, my father's truck needed new tires. New ones were mounted, Neil test-drove, wasn't really impressed, and had Angelo test to confirm. These guys took the time to test-drive the new tires, remove & re-mount/rebalance a different brand's tires all b/c they weren't totally satisfied with how the truck rode with the first set.How many people have similar stories about their mechanics? These guys really take the time to do things right and make their customers happy. One of my top concerns when considering moving to another state in a few years is how I'll find someone local who can approximate the level of honesty and integrity that E&T have spoiled me with.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone! Fasle advertisement as well I asked if he was he an auto repair shop and he said no and hung up in my face I don t recommend spending any money with these nasty people !

When they didn't feel like they had identified the source of my coolant leak because they aren't a diesel shop, they returned my car with refilled coolant and a jug of emergency water to get me to another shop, all at no cost to me. Very impressed with their honesty.
