I took my BMW M6 apart to replace the starter. I had parts everywhere. I was busy between work and side hustles. My girlfriend had a reference to BMA from her friend. I called, explained my situation, and asked if they could help. The person said absolutely. No sales tactic, no extra conversation, just a confident response. We spoke a couple of more times. I was comfortable and towed my car from queens. My car is back to me now with no complaints about the service.

I had a PPI done at BMA and Marlon and the crew were fantastic. Very thorough and talked through everything they found. Even helped ballpark an estimate for some work which might need to be done in order for me to negotiate from an informed position. Highly recommend them for PPI

I researched many shops before coming to this place. And now this place will be my go to shop with my Jag. F-type. Jose and his crew of mechanics really know their stuff. Besides being very professional and honest, they are very friendly as well. Anyone with a European car should bring their car here before taking it to the dealer.You will not be disappointed.I give this shop an AAA+ in my book. Excellent quality service as usual. Jose and his staff are friendly and professional. He Replaced my front brakes and rotors on my 2008 Mercedes Benz R350. Had a bad experience with BMA .. call me to discuss.Having the same issue prior to giving you my car and you changed shocks and reset the code to make it look like you replaced parts. Jose is phenomenal! They are responsive, appreciative of your business, efficient, and competitively priced. As a car novice I try to research prior to making an appointment, Jose made that research a breeze by communicating quickly and effectively. I felt beyond comfortable with his knowledge, experience, and ability. The staff was courteous and kind too. They took the time to record the issues found so I could understand visually, as well as explaining it in terms I could understand. All around accurate and appropriate pricing for services provided. They were recommended by my mechanic. I explained the problem and he said he knew what was causing it. They checked it out and it was what he expected. Jose was great, very professional and did an amazing job. I'm definitely a customer for life

After dealing with an inexperienced mechanic for several weeks, I did some research and found BMA Specialists. While I described my issue over the phone, they took the time to explain the problem, possible solutions and to bring the car in right away!Once I arrived, I had the pleasure of meeting Jose and was pleased with how he explained the specific care and attention my car needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly detailed about his work. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks but it was well worth the wait, as Jose and his team worked diligently to get the job done right! Now it runs better than ever and I couldn't be happier with the results!I will definitely recommend BMA Specialist to everyone I know. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After the BMW dealer told me I needed my transfer case replaced and quoting a ridiculously high price to get the work done, I found Jose and the guys at BMA and took my car to them. What first impressed is that Jose took the time to speak with me when I called them, other repair shops just rushed off the phone with a "just bring it in".They did the due diligence and took the time to find out what needed to be done to address the issue. Jose was able to find the and fix the issue. I cannot be happier with the service received, the problem is gone and my car drives great. I have found my new mechanic if he will have me...lol. thanks again Jose!!!Service: Transmission

I am very happy with BMA Specialists - I originally sent my e92 to them and now my f33 and Audi Q3. With the top notch quality work/parts, everything is also always explained in full detail and guaranteed, and the best part is you are not nickel and dimed. Had to bring my vehicle in to them for second opinion after the dealer charged me an arm and leg and the problem return in 1.5 weeks. Jose is courteous and knowledgeable and educated me on some issues with the vehicle the dealer didn t pick up on after having the vehicle there for 2 days. Glad we found them trustworthy and honest. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW brand. I've been servicing my X5 at BMA for over a year now and would never go back to the BMW dealership, there's no need! Jose has had years of training and certification by BMW and can perform every repair/maintenance for my X5 at a fraction of the cost. I trust his knowledge and experience. I'm happy I found the perfect mechanic for my car, just annoyed at how much money I've wasted at the BMW dealership before meeting Jose.

I came for brake fluid and cabin filter replacement for my BMW. Jose is truly a master M technician and has excellent techs working in the shop. This is the best specialist shop on the island hands down. Jose and his team are very honest and extremely knowledgable. His prices are straight forward and lower than his competitors. Thank you BMA for keeping the E39 M5 still rolling strong.

This was the first time I visited BMA Specialists and I was impressed. Jose was very professional and true to his word. The repair estimate for my e30 cabriolet was fair and turned out spot on. I m very satisfied with the work and with two classic BMW s, I will definitely be back.

I have brought my E36 M3 to Jose at BMA a couple of times. I am very particular about servicing my M3 as it has a highly modified suspension and is used extensively at the track. They have done a terrific job and have been very fair with pricing.They have also been very thorough and helpful with their suggestions and recommendations.I recommend them without hesitation.

Jose and crew did a super job of repairing my cracked headlight assembly. They gave me a complete written estimate and did exactly as they promised.Definitely a knowledgeable and honest repair shop that I would recommend.

I ve taken my car to BMA many times over the past few years and they are the absolute best shop I ve ever been to hands down. I ve had a 2008 335i and a 2017 430i xdrive. The 335 needed everything from injectors to belts ( not the shops fault) and the 430 had issues also, everytime I got my car back it felt brand new!!! Even my passengers would tell me. Jose is the most knowledgeable technician you can talk to about these cars. If your considering going to a dealership think again You will get the dealership quality and treatment for a way better price. (I ve done both trust me) take the chance and go with them you will not be disappointed. I will never use another shop ever again.
