At autopro you will find the mechanic everyone needs and is looking for. The mechanic Ed is a stand up guy and Kacie at the front desk is a sweetheart. After moving to New York from California I know where I ll be going for any auto repairs. Big thanks to everyone at autopro

Went to this auto shop after getting 2 very different opinions about my brakes. Not only were they super helpful, friendly and professional but I got my car a day earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend!!

I went to a near by auto service place, they took a look at my car which was a damaged muffler and told me to go somewhere else to get it done, a muffler specialist. Autopro was surprised and so was I since the other auto place didn't want to fix my problem. I decided to give Autopro a shot, it was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised, great customer service, and I was even shown the damage to my muffler and given in detail what they had planed to do to fix it and how much it would cost which was a very reasonable price in my opinion. I needed it fixed due to how much noise it was making when I drive. What was even more surprising was that he told me he could get it all done in the same day (a 2-3 hour job). He didn't sugar coat anything and told me the truth that my muffler was on its way out and what I got was essentially a patch job. I was fine with this and when the time comes I'll address that issue at a later time. I highly recommend Autopro and will definitely go back again.

These people are very friendly, honest, and helpful. I've seen them twice now, once for something pretty big, and once for an oil change. Both times, they made the experience far better than I'd worried it'd be. Thank you so much!

I have been visiting Autopro Automotive Services Inc for years now. They have always done great work at reasonable prices. This time I visited for a scheduled oil change and reset tire monitors for my Rav4. Bob and the staff always go above and beyond with their customer service. They manage to always do the work within my schedule. I recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend Bob's AutoPro to anyone who wants a professional, competent, knowledgeable and honest Auto Mechanic to service their car.Bob and his team have serviced my car for eight years now. My sister recommended Bob's AutoPro to me. She has been a customer 30+ years.Bob is a pleasure to do business with. He maintains excellent records of my car service and future needs and sends reminders for oil changes, inspections, etc. Bob listens to my concerns and will diagnose problems.My car has many miles on it yet drives like a dream. Recently went to Autopro in Deer Park. I was having an electrical problem and had been to a few automotive repair shops. No one was able to figure out what the problem was and couldn't even give me an estimate for repairing it. I went to Autopro. The technician diagnosed the problem in a timely fashion, gave me a reasonable estimate and in two days, I was able to pick up my car. The repair was flawless. I highly recommend this company. I used to go to these guys since they were right down the road from me. They advertise in our local newsletter as having discounts for Quail Run Condo residents. Not once did they actually give a discount. I also left my car with them for a routine inspection. Turned out the car's computer wasn't ready so I was told by one of their mechanics to put some miles on my car so that the computer can be read. I paid for the inspection anyway and was told that I wouldn't be charged when I came back in. A few days later I come back and finished the inspection that I already paid for and they charged me again even after I told the owner that I was told a few days before that I didn't have to. He didn't care. I've been to them several times and planned to use them several more times this summer (I do a lot of work on cars and go to them when I don't have the equipment to do the job) but it looks like I'll have to find another auto repair place instead.

Originally said my estimate was 400 dollars, ended up being 1400, He is not a smart guy. He's stupid, and really knows how to get the most money out of people by not looking at problem that could be caused in the future and than charges you when he does. I would give it one star but the staff was helpful, but I am never going back here again. Bob is scam artist.

I've been going to Autopro for over 10 years. I am a visiting nurse and travel all over Long Island during all times of the day and night. I wouldn't trust anyone else to keep my safe in my car.
