Terrible Customer Service. Walked in and had to wait 20 minuets for someone to even acknowledge me even though I tried asking for help twice. Ordered my part and they said 3-5 days. Called back a week later and was getting throw around the phone because no one seemed to want to help. I get hung up on then when I call back they said they would call back in a few minuets. Never got called back. Received a call exactly 1 week later, 2 weeks after I was told 3-4 days and was told the part came in broken. Wasted 2 weeks of my life waiting on them when I could have went to another company. Absolutely shocking service would 100% NOT recommend.

Ace Auto Wreckers has excellent customer service, good quality products, and extremely quick shipping, considering I live out of state. Gunther was amazing to deal with, even though I drove him crazy. I highly recommend Ace Auto Wreckers!

The price were too high didnt like the customer service i didnt like it. the website said something and the price was different on phone. it was a very bad customer service

Had trouble finding panels/parts for my 911 carrera 4s convertible. After searching far and wide for parts with no luck my friend reccomended I try this place.The parts team are friendly, helpful and give you good service and the right advice and had everything I needed.Now i'll also tell all my mates if they ever need to get any work done on their cars, this is the best place to visit!Thanks guys.

Was having some issues with my TPMS sensors on my mustang GT. My good buddy Ami Nij recommended to try Ace. Amazing staff and saved me over $150 vs Fords pricing, thanks again!

Needed a part, called to confirm that had it. Showed up, quick service at the counter, guys in back brought out part to show me before paying. Part in better condition than expected. Overall, great to deal with.

To much expensive.they Charge me $75 for a venza 2011 sun visor 1 piece only ....Amazon have 2 sun visor L & R for $45 .......and they dont acept Returns...check Amazon b/4 get there ....ace auto wreckers so expensive. Plus the piece come so durty

A quick Google search led me to these guys who were close by and had some good reviews. I dropped the car and first thing the next morning I had a quote and a two hour turnaround time. They were fast, friendly and had honest prices. Not much more you can ask for.

the whole staff is unfriendly and lazy and will hustle you for every dollar you got. asked for parts got quoted brand new prices on interior parts that were rained on and moldy when their 10 dollars cheaper brand new online. go somewhere else.

Easily my go-to place whenever I need help to find replacement parts for my ride. The staff there are knowledgeable and just exceptionally helpful, especially the owner Nick. And more importantly, the items are fairly priced. I highly recommend this place if you haven't heard of em.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a used part for my 2006 Scion but had no idea what it was called and they were able to help me find one without issue by simply showing them a picture. Highly recommended!

I ve been having some issues and Nick was not only able to answer all of my questions, but he advised me on the best course of action on a few things that I knew nothing about! Great place to find what you need even if you have no idea what the part is called. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Nick personally took the time to help me find what I needed, he is a true professional in every aspect! Highly recommend to anyone in need of parts.

Ace did awesome by me. My car is a rare and needed a new fender. They were able to find the best part available and gave me an amazing price! They were purely professional and they didn't give me any run around prices.

I had been struggling to find some used parts for my 2010 Prius. I was able to find all 3 parts I needed and she's running great. I'll be able to make it to 350k thanks to this place. Nick knows customer service!

I dealt with Dave most of the time in the search for a part that was difficult to find. He searched far and wide and kept me informed while he canvassed the East coast. When the search was exhausted he got my refund on credit as soon as he possibly could. This was a unique experience in the age of poor customer service. Ace Auto was old school in their Customerservice. I would use them again without question and recommend them 100%.Service: Part finding & extracting

Me and my family have been going to Ace for years and i gotta say this is by far the best auto parts yard on Long Island. Everytime i walk through those doors i leave beyond satisfied. All of the staff are amazing and truly care about getting you what you need. I have never been encountered a yard that has better customer service and employees that truly want to help you. I would recommend this yard to anyone who needs reliable parts for their car or truck. And one of my favorite parts of Ace is their prices, you just cant beat them! Ace has the lowest prices for parts I've ever seen in my life. So take it from me, and go to Ace Auto Wreckers.

Nick is as helpful as they come. In this digital age, a personal touch goes a long way. Nick s customer service is top notch. He s patient and answered all my questions respectfully. Much better than trolling ebay and craigslist and dealing with rude idiots.

I stopped by last week on Tuesday at 1 PM. As soon I entered the store I waited around for ten minutes with no help from anyone that works there. Finally I saw one man on the left and asked him for help, he told me that someone would help me once they are done with their current tasks, however, nobody was working they were sitting around talking about fishing and making jokes. I waited another fifteen minutes and the guy who I previously asked for help, said hi can I help you? He hasn't been doing anything since the first time I asked him. I didn't know if he was joking or not. I mean I waited about 30 min for help and everyone was laughing and joking around. I looked him in the eyes and said are you guys running a business or just messing around and left the store. I do not recommend this businesss to anyone. They are not professional. They are disrespectful and have no regard for people's time. I felt uncomfortable and dumb waiting that long for nothing. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Wow...this place rocks. I have a 2014 Ferrari 458 Italia, and let me tell you that finding parts is not easy.I needed side skirts w/ carbon splitters,and Ace Auto Wreckers had it.This place came highly recommended at it did not disappoint .Top notch, friendly service. I usually do not leave reviews, but when I am this satisfied,I felt compelled.Even my son,Francois loved the place as the owner, Nick ,gave him a lollipop ...who does that!!!I will tell all my friends about this place. Thank you Ace Auto Wreckers!!!

Ace Auto has the best service! I needed parts for my Tundra and they not only found them but had my truck up and running in near record time. I've waited days at the dealer before. Not anymore. Highly recommended!

I had a car that was involved in a mini fire and insurance paid for it to be repaired. Unfortunately, the place I used to repair it used multiple after market pieces of inferior quality that didn't fit just right. One front fender even popped out after I drove over a small pothole.I was just going to leave it how it was but one of my friends had used Ace Auto Wreckers to get some pieces and told me before I decide to leave it just check with them and see. I did and I was amazed.They were able to provide me with the exact 3 fenders, a hood and a passenger side door exterior all for less than just one of those pieces would have cost me elsewhere. And the best part? They were all genuine! They ripped it off of a similar car. No aftermarket parts!Now my car is back to how it started and if I ever have a problem again, I know where to start my search.Thanks Ace and Nick!

Last year bought side mirror for ford escape limited .just for $25 .a perfect piece working 100% heated and just like New .. once got engine for hyundai sonata 2014 .. after a few weeks engine did work fine . this Business not only return the money but let us keep the engine ..these guys are super humble and seems are raised by good parents . very kind and well-behaved ...I would recommend my family and friends to do business with this place .

The guy Danny told me over the phone the price for my collision car, waited for 3 hours, near the end of the day, when the tow truck comes, not willing to pay the price he said. Wish I had known that in advance, too late! Not dependable, trustworthy. Dirty way of doing business!
