Our waitress (Bobbie) was quite the character. Funny and nice.Admittedly, the food took a little longer than we were expecting considering it was early afternoon, not busy (2 other people there) but fortunately we were not in a rush.I checked the time stamps on my photos.We sat down at 1:46 and our sandwiches arrived by 2:17.but everything was very good.We had a club house sandwich and fries and chicken sandwich and fries.Check out the photos - doesn't this look delicious?!?Tons of seating.Bathrooms were very clean, too

Nice travel center! We stopped here on our way back home, and the store had a lot of options and merchandise, and some food options. It was mostly clean, and there was even a restaurant inside as well (which was closed at the time). But overall a decent place to stop at for a quick pit stop or to get gas!

Great place to stop and get gas and shop nick nacks .. Restaurant dinner was not so good... Everything was over cooked and my wife's dinner came to the table 5 minutes ahead of mine.. We got 20% off our bill,but never eating there again..

Very clean rest rooms.Very tight squeeze to get to unleaded gasoline and automotive diesel pumps. If you're in a large RV or pulling a trailer you're gonna have a though time.Fuel prices are competitive for the area. I picked this spot over other nearby stations with the same price, because there's a decent store and restaurant here as well.

Just believe me very hard to find good mechanics in all states but here I ve got really professional help. Good place and easy to parking.

My 5 star rating is based 100% upon the cordial young man who is employed there. TA Travel center is incredibly lucks to have such anenthusiastic employee.

Was Told By A Guy in Service Department, That Don't Have Special Tools To Do An Oil Change On A Hino Which Has The Regular Degular 6.7 Cummins engine And I Had My Own Filters.

Nice place to stop on a road trip. Store is cleaner and ok on food options. Gas is priced in line with other local options. Good show.

The waitress didn t even attend me at all. I came with a big family with our dogs. Everyone waited outside at a bench while me and my wife went inside to order to take out. The waitress told us to wait 15 minutes because she had to go around first to get their orders first.We were fine with that so we sat down and waited. Next thing we know, we were waiting there longer than usually. She gave people they check and everything and then when new people came in, she went and got their order. We waited so long and she didn t even bother to take our order.We were literally right next to her booth and she still didn t even want to take order or even look at us.

Stopped for supper & fuel my diesel truck. NEVER AGAIN! The commercial fuel pumps only accept CORPORATE gas cards! We ate supper in restaurant. Everything we ordered was from frozen & seemed like most of it heated in microwave! Ordered my "chopped steak" Medium to Medium Well. Came out blood dripping! Sent it back explained please just no blood but a little pink in center. Came out again with half WELL DONE & half VERY RED! Proof that the "cook" stuck it in microwave. The server could only handle 1 request at a time! And she only had 2 tables.The place was empty! The baked potato was over cooked in the microwave! CLEARLY TA TRUCK STOPS have dropped their standards all around! Beware

Very clean, well stocked store! We stopped here for fuel, bathrooms, snacks and car maintenance supplies. They had so many things inside for truckers or road trippers. I highly recommend this place

Stopped here 10/25/22 and I experienced nothing but outstanding service!! The showers were clean and readily available. The staff was amazing and kind! The Country Pride restaurant had great food and equally amazing service!! Heidi and Jake went out of there way to to provide great service and great food! It is worth the time and effort to stop at this TA! Also had plenty of parking for truckers like me!

As a truck/rest stop, this has always been a good, clean, and always pleasant place to stop. Good, clean bathrooms, good selection of snacks, great service always and a good private lot if you re having to stay overnight. Not as extravagant like some truck stops, but just what I m looking for when I m on deliveries and need to get in and out, and/or don t want to deal with a lot of people or traffic. Well placed off the I390.

Treated me way better than I deserve! Would use the word professional for the shop and the write up desk. However warning issued for worst ribeye i have ever had, $29 for a piece of shoe leather! Waitress was very good except steak should have been rejected b4 it left the kitchen.

Convenient truck stop with food, bathrooms, drivers area, laundry, showers, etc. Staff friendly. Bathrooms usually very clean, with the occasional issue. Prices are pretty good, but I've noticed their gas is always a few cents more than other gas stations in the area. They have lots of green space to walk you dog with poop bags provided. I stop at TA everytime I pass by.

Came in just for a retorque on my tire, one of the shop workers came out with some serious attitude saying I m parked wrong and didn t even try to be cordial. If you don t like what you do change professions, dont take it out on me. I didn t even stay, I wish pilots had truck shops way nicer overall

I'm reviewing the restuarant here. I'm no stranger to Country Prides as a driver. I came here with my girlfriend and ordered as normal. I received pancakes as well as she but hers came out looking more like crepes. This was my first time brining her here and it was a little meaningful to me for her to really enjoy herself and the food like I have in my career. At first, at best they were just going to take them off my order but then they decided to get more batter ready and made fresh pancakes for her as well. My review is long but I wanted to paint the picture of their kindness. I know sometimes things aren't stocked or ready in the kitchen which I why I wasn't too upset. They could've just taken it off the order but they went further than that and it's commendable. Thank you to our waitress and the kitchen staff. It's deeply appreciated. God bless.

One of the less nice TAs I ve been to. EXTREMELY small bathroom, 3 urinals and 3 stalls, cramped next to each other, had to bump into a guy to use the stall . Stall door didn t lock and also didn t flush. At least they had relatively cheap diesel and a huge amount of parking, since I don t think many people frequent this place.

So . . . My boyfriend is a truck driver and we had a 34 at Dansville TA. Worst by far. We ate here twice while we stayed and the first time we ate when we stopped , we got coffee and fountain drinks. I got a NY Strip Steak with a side salad and he got the Bacon Baffulo Burger. My steak came out cooked like I wanted in the middle. But the aftertaste was burnt and dry , and my fries were burnt from old grease I believe.He ordered his Burger with no vegetables and only meat cheese and bacon with the buffalo sauce. It came out at the same time as my steak and they put everything on the burger and not plain as he asked. The Burger was burnt and dry and the fries also. Was old grease.The second time we ate we ordered chicken tenders with fries and chicken fried chicken with coffee and side salad.All the chicken was dry , tiny and again burnt ribs from grease or whatever they did. The only decent thing we liked was one cup of coffee per person and my side salad that came from a bag.The cleanliness the night we left was horrible. The girl was lazy and did not check up on us at all but once while we ate maybe twice if that. No coffee refills. She was the only girl there but it was slow enough she could have cleaned tables one at a time. Near the end when we got ready we waited at least 30 to 40 minutes for our check.We will not be eating from here ever again. Expensive food and burnt food , dirty tables in the evening pending who is there and it takes forever to get anything.

I haven't been here in 15 years. It was small, neat and clean then with good food. It's still small, neat and clean with good food. Note their sweet tea is REAL brewed tea not a mix like most places have now. That alone is worth the stop for me

Professional, helpful and friendly staff.This is a busy place and the folks who work there always make you feel welcome and appreciated.From the fuel desk, to the store, the food servers to the folks in the shop, even the gang maintaining the place. They all make this a great place to do business, when you do business on the road.

Your rest stop made an impression on this traveler. And I don t usually take the time to write about rest stops but yours was the cleanest, most well cared for rest stop with a kind cashier and happy customers. I m sure the food is good, too but didn t try it this visit.
