Steve, Chris, Shannon and everyone here have always taken phenomenal care of me and my vehicles. They they all go above and beyond with care for my car and educating me on the issues that come up. They show me parts when they have concerns and when they need to advise me for an additional repair than what I originally expected they explain it in a way that I can understand and keep the knowledge for future reference.

These guys saved my trip when the rental car got a nail in its tire: Shannon was so kind, got it plugged and us back on the road quickly, even called ahead so we could get it torqued at the next locations and be on our way to make a flight. Honest and helpful team.

I called for an oil change and they were able to work around my schedule for an appt. When I dropped my car off they pulled it right in and called when it was finished. Steve at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend their services

Had a huge nail stuck in my tire. Called Mavis up and Chris was able to squeeze me right in. Wasn't sure if they were gonna be able to patch it due to size of the nail but they were able to get it done and sent me on my way. Very down to earth and Chris was just awesome. Thank you so so much for getting me right in. Appreciate you and you will always get our business.

This place was great! The manager Shannon was knowledgeable and courteous. He was patient and very helpful while I shopped for the right tires at the right price for my vehicle. The service was fast and complete. Steve was also very helpful and courteous. I never felt pressured or rushed. These two guys were the best! I will definitely go back for all my tire needs. Thank you Shannon and Steve.

I was traveling last week with my 32 foot house trailer and experienced a tire blow out on the Interstate outside of Dansville NY. I called Mavis tire and spoke with Chris and Steve about my situation. They were absolutely professional, helpful, understanding and offered me great pricing and advice! They had all 4 tires changed and balanced within 1.5 hours and we were back on the road home to Canada ! Highly recommended . Great people

The service was excellent, and they got everything done in a timely manner. I had oil changes previously at another place where they lost all of my clips To the undercarriage. After getting them from a dealer, they put them on for free with no charge.

Nothing but positive things to say about this location. Great customer service, great prices, reliable and fast service, and they re always honest. I drive all the way from Nunda to get any work done here. If you re looking for a trustworthy place to get work done on your car I highly recommend this place. All of the employees are extremely kind and will help you with whatever you need! I spoken to Steve and Chris and then Patrick got my car in and out they are pretty good I would recommend friends and family to go there if u need help ..

The manager Steve and all of his crew genuinely do a good job and try to assist with what they can. I don't like all big chain car shops. This one is good.

Went right before closing time for a oil change. The old man in the office was very friendly and got me in and out. Techs were very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicles to mavis.

Had complete brake failure right next to Dansville Mavis with our newborn baby on board I was so hesitant to trust anyone around my sons moving crib. But with the. Brake failure possibly ending a long positive future for both of us. I knew Mavis was the choice since the other garage had just got busted on a Crack run In a customers car. The manager at Mavis immediately put his guys on fixing our brakes and even made newborn baby latte feel like he was part of Mavis team by yelling at him to change tires faster. I know now that our family vehicle is safe and we are part of the Mavis family.

I got my oil changed here and they were able to get me in the same day I called, very thankful for that! When going over my car they discovered I need my breaks done soon as well. They went over the concerns with me and I will be booking again for that!

We needed front brakes and rotors done on our Escape. Mavis got us in quickly and the repair was completed quickly. No nonsense or trying to upset because I'm female. I do appreciate that!

These guys that work here are amazing and wonderful, Shannon at the front counter is very polite and nice. They explain things before they do it and communication is key I believe . We will be back with our cars.

Great place to have your car or truck worked on. I needed a tire fix done and some pricing info. Shannon and Chris were quick about it and took care of my questions with ease. Back on the road and very happy.

I came in needing to get I tire mounted and Spoke with Chris he was very kind and professional Shawn did the mount and did a great job I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were both very kind and professional I will definitely be coming back in the future and thank you again Guys!

I called to reschedule my appointment before my original appointment at 10am, it was rescheduled to 2pm them same day and they said I was good to go just had to show up to get the work done, I show up to get the work done and they didn't update their system to show I called to change the time of the appointment and told me that they couldn't get to me today after they had already agreed to the change. Definitely not good business practices.

i ve decided this is literally the only place i ll take my car! been here more times than i can count and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. they offered to fix a mistake that the mavis on jefferson in henrietta did, free of charge and no complaints; but the best part is they kindly educated me on what the problem was to be sure nobody else does it. as a young woman it s always daunting when my car needs brought into a shop, but at the dansville mavis i feel comfortable and confident in the work and not being taken advantage of. 10/10 service every time.

The manager, Shannon, was very professional and helped us right away. We needed a rim fixed. He looked everything over and shared his knowledge. Then he was able to show us we needed a new tire. We bought 2. He proceeded personalizing our experience by putting on the new tires himself. Great customer services!

Called ahead to see if they had tires to fit our travel trailer. Shannon said yes bring them in and we ll get to them as soon as we can. Took me a couple hours to safely remove all 4 wheels off a 7,000+ lb. trailer. Brought them in and 20 minutes later they were mounted, balanced, and back in my truck. They double checked the old tires to make sure the new tire specs matched, and asked how hard I run them before inflating to my desired psi. Great. Service. Thanks everyone!

I've always had good luck with Mavis, but the Dansville shop went above and beyond the call of duty today! My car battery was too dead to even jumpstart and they sent someone over to help me get it started so I could drive it to the shop. Thanks guys! You're awesome!
