I just recently purchased a motorcycle from Maddie's. I was impressed with Garrett; from initial negotiations to pick up. I had a bunch of follow up questions, he was quick to respond and I'm was completely satisfied. They made me feel like a valued consumer. My friends also deal with Maddie's for maintenance and won't take their machines anywhere else.If you're in the market for any of their equipment, I highly recommend you allow them the opportunity to earn your business.

The team at Maddie s Motorsports was terrific! They made purchasing my Can-am Spyder so simple, and even held onto it until my schedule lined up with a somewhat nice day to drive it home (as good as you can get in Early March). I would highly recommend Garrett and the rest of the Maddie s team!

Can't say enough about Garrett at Maddie's in Dansville! He was extremely professional and helped me through the entire process of purchasing our side-by-side! He was not pushy at all and contacted me step by step through this purchase! I encourage anyone who is in the market or might be in the market in the future to stop down and see him!!

Fantastic and friendly folks to work with. New customer and purchaser of a 2023 Polaris General. I worked with Casey at Maddies as my sales person. She was fast to call me and understand what I was looking for, got my financing fast, and took plenty of time go over all features. Logan who handled my financing was fantastic. It was a nice experience to sit down with each of them, talk business, but also had fun doing it. It was a super positive experience, and will be returning with business. I had the pleasure of working with Garrett in sales and Brittany in the finance department. I found it extremely enjoyable to buy my ATV from them. It s extremely personal and I enjoy the way they make you feel like you re apart of the gang. I left there feeling great about the machine I purchased and like I made a few friends. No pushy sales tactics to make you feel pressured into buying something. No overselling you accessories or addons. They just treat you right! Please go to Maddie s and have as great an experience as I did! You won t regret it.

Need an Inspection. Came to maddies. Found out I needed a brake light actuator. Instead of doing ebay I said, hey can you order this part for me. Paid for the part. Was told it'd be there by monday which was odd because you weren't open Monday. I believe I came by two more times and called three or more in the I believe nearly two weeks until I got the part. I'm real big on honesty. And this situation I left feeling like I should have gone with ebay. Because at least when I'm given a timeline. They pretty much never have an issue. I work a lot. I don't have time to go back and fourth. At some point over the phone I said something. I believe I drove the point then. I was treated just fine after and even did an inspection as it was literally the last day before it expired. . Didn't really want to have to go out of my way and cut it that close. Maybe for some people it's a hobby they can go without but for me. It's different. I live to ride and I don't do things so I can wish or think about it later. . So the three stars is because someone selling me a product wasn't completely honest about how long it would take and it almost cost me time on my bike.

I had a great experience in purchasing my new side by side. Garrett was great to with and made the purchase easy. I received many texts regarding the status of my new machine. Brittney made the final purchase and pickup of the machine easy. There were others that assisted and they were great. Would definitely go there again

I bought a 2022 Indian FTR1200 S last year from this location and the bike has been a blast to ride. My buying experience was pleasant and straight forward. I would definitely buy another motorcycle from this location. The parts/service department has also been very helpful and pleasant to work with. I have ordered multiple accessories for my FTR within the last few months and it has always been a quick and easy pick-up process. I recently had a seat that I ordered that ended up having a weak welded-on nut on the mounting bracket that broke off while trying to thread the mounting bolt through and they ordered a replacement seat for me with no hesitation.

Jim Day and the Team at Maddie s Motor Sports in Dansville have 2 customers for life!! Jim took a LOT of time with my self and my son Anthony to make sure he had everything he needed to be safe when riding his new 4 wheeler. He went over the 4-wheeler until he was sure I knew all about it and knew all the safety features on it to keep my boy safe while learning to ride. I won t be going anywhere else to get any power sports equipment. This was the first of I m sure many trips as he grows up to Maddie s!! Thank you Jim and the Team at Maddie s for making my son and my Christmas this year! These pictures say it all.

I just bought a new ktm motorcycle at maddies in dansville. The staff at maddies made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The salesman, Garrett, did an excellent job at getting me squared away with all the new features on the bike. Also... the bike is completely awesome! Thank you guys!

Great experience! Truly felt welcomed and nice I walked into the store! Casey did a wonderful job and was very helpful from start to finish! Brittany was very patient and answered all questions I had throughout the process. Highly recommend going to and seeing Casey and Brittany if you are in the market for an ATV or UTV.

Garrett was the first person who greeted me. Within just a few minutes of entering the store. I let him know what I was looking for, and he proceeded to assist me. Long story short, after much discussion between us, I decided on what I wanted to purchase. Garrett was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the process, and within a couple weeks, I had my Ranger. I think I texted him, what seemed like several thousand times, and each time he responded almost right away. Garrett was/is beyond helpful. I very much appreciated his efforts. The day I picked up my Ranger, all went very smoothly, efficiently and quickly. The whole experience was very good, and I would highly recommend Garrett and his team if you re looking for a new toy to purchase.

Dealt with Casie Crosby and my experience was Exceptional. Had to return for a recall and it was handled perfectly. I live 4 hours away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and Casie is the girl that you want to see when you visit
