I can't say enough positive things about this location. Shane is fabulous! I needed an engine put in my T680 and his team did a terrific job. They even worked with my 3rd party insurance when they didnt have to. Also liked the tow guy (sorry I don't remember his name-hard to forget him). Then, I happened to be in the area again and needed check engine light and oil leak looked at. Shane said bring it in. He looked at it, diagnosed, and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you for such wonderful and friendly customer service!

Just wanted to say thanks for the tow, had a bit of a wait but there were a lot of accidents during the storm, the price was cheaper and the guy was courteous

Just for a part number they send the road service and they charged us $445 and they did nothing, they didn't even know how mutch will cost the part. But we called to dealership and foud the part number and the price for zero money.They don't know anything, They just want to rip people off

Had a nice friendly attitude and also turned around on highway after I realized my battery died and jumped me free of charge.The only problem was the price was pretty high.

We had driven up to the Finger Lakes region for our anniversary and made a trip out to Stony Brook park on a Sunday. Our car decided to break down on us, so we called AAA and they dispatched T&R Towing and Service.They arrived within 40 minutes if I recall. We found a Honda dealer in Canadaigua and asked to be towed there. I don't recall the young man's (early 30s) name that helped us, but he was very professional and super friendly. He allowed us to ride with him in his cab (my wife and I had masks on and kept the windows cracked) and gave us and our car a ride up to Canadaigua (he had a tow truck with a car carrier, which is the best way to go in my opinion. Beats having your car towed behind a tow truck).I can't say enough for his help that day. Had he not allowed us to ride with him, we would have been in a real bad spot with it being Sunday and needing a ride back to Geneva where we were staying. So kudos to this young man and T&R Towing for helping us out of a really bad situation.

Semi broke down and got towed to their shop. They were on top of my repair the whole time. They even ordered the part I needed before they were 100% sure and so they were able to get it that day. Staff was very friendly while I waited and were very conscious about getting updates from the mechanics. I would make this place my garage if I lived here.

Very helpful and pleasant to talk to on the phone. On another occasion they were very prompt and helpful when they towed my 1 ton Chevy from Almond New York to my house in Dansville. Very professional.

Horrible services , employer doesn t know how to treat their costumers , they are rude , they don t have any ethic , they don t care about their Customers, I paid 2k for a tow service and for the mechanics to fix my truck and they said they fixed and the next day the truck broken again and with the same problem, when I call back to them they were really rude and yelling at me because they literally told me if the truck leave the shop working we dont care if brokers 2 miles from the shop that s not our problem I am very disappointed in this company , I do not recommend this inhuman company that only cares about money and don t have a good costumer service or mechanicsService: Car towing
