I have had great experiences in the past, but as of this time my experience was unlike the past few times. They were very quick with me and didn't answer my questions I had. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them. I'm not giving a good review this time. I've always had great service until this recent experience.

I filed a claim against a dealer who sold me junk that should not have passed inspection. Took it to these clowns for an estimate as the undercarriage was rotted out and had multiple mechanical issues. They were too stupid to look and see the frame and floor pans rotted out, even after I told them and they looked again. If they can not do a simple estimate to cover what is needed to actually fix the car, can they actually fix it. Perhaps they just give a basic quote to get the car tore apart, then bury you with overages.

Dave and Bridgett are outstanding individuals. I took my truck to them immediately after being t-boned and they wrote up a quote and sent it to the other gentlemen's insurance agency. They took care of everything and got my truck in quickly! When I picked it up after repair I was more than happy. It looked (and smelled) like the day I picked it up from the dealer (brand new) I would recommend EVERYONE that needs body repair go see Dave. He will take exceptional care of you and your vehicle. I will NEVER go anywhere else!
