I brought my Wrangler , which I had purchased there, in for it s last free wave oil change, tire rotation and an inspection. A few days later as I am washing it, I notice that the front passenger tire was not rotated/moved. How can I tell? It has a plug in it. The only tire that has one. So a rotation was not done. I did not get charged for it since it was supposed to be a free service, but they most certainly charged Chrysler. I travel 45 minutes to get to this dealership because I wanted to deal with a small dealer, only to be treated this way. They offered to do a rotation when I called but I certainly don t trust them to do it. The tech offered no apologies, the head service guy did but he wasn t the one who didn t do the work. I will never recommend this dealership again.

I recently purchased a previously leased 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. I found Lenny to be very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car. I found the price to be fair and received an excellent value for my trade. When I picked up the Jeep, it looked brand new inside and out. I haven't had the opportunity to visit the service department yet, but hope that the quality of the sales department carries over.

Great place to buy a vehicle! Jennifer was awesome to deal with and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. Very calm atmosphere with no high pressure sales tactics.I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again!

Stopped at this dealer when I got a flat on a road trip very early in the morning - before they even opened. They immediately took my vehicle in and replaced the tire. Truly the nicest people. I don t even live in Dansville but I m close enough that I would come back here to purchase my next vehicle! Absolutely amazing service and wonderful people.

I am not one to normally complain about a business nor would I do so without strong consideration. With that being said I wanted to share my experience with Dansville Dodge. I brought my Ram 3500 Laramie to them for a recall which was the replacement of a fuel pump and a transmission tune through the computer. They had it a few days and originally I thought the process was painless. Here's where the issue arises. After washing my truck today and noticing that there was damage on my front bumper which was clearly not there before I took it to them. To top it off they tried covering it up with a horrible touchup paint that didn't even match the correct color.I confronted them about it and I told them I knew it was them who did it as I have proof and still they denied it and the Manager even came out and started yelling and getting in my face about it. His exact words were "even if you came to me the next day I wouldn't of covered the damage". This is not the proper way to do business, especially on a $75,000 truck which didn't even have a single scratch on it before they got it. I feel as if everyone should know about this issue and how they treat their customers before anyone takes their vehicle there to get worked on.

The sales woman that helped me was very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. She knows what she sells and everything about it. She asked me some good questions that most other salesman don t ask like what am I gonna use the vehicle for how am I gonna tow it behind my RV is it gonna be a trailer or is it gonna be a flat tow? These are questions that other salesman have no clue about and she knew exactly what to ask. I m still tossed up on what I m getting but that s a me problem.

Found the jeep we were looking for at a fair price. Happy with the entire experience. The salesman was attentive and made the sale easy for us with a good trade-in value. The salesman took the time to orient us to our new vehicle and its operation. We have purchased vehicles here in the past and.will do so again.

Experienced mechanics and reliable service...parts availability, time lines and prises have a lot to be desired. But over all service is fairly good.

I spoke with the owner of this dealership.. his name is Graham and he's not a good guy to do business with he continues to cut me off mid conversation saying I don't know what I'm talking about essentially they are giving me the go around on the vehicle super upsetting I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.. the better business bureau will be contacted about this matter.. the "mechanics" and "technicians" claim there is nothing wrong and it's a "dull" area in the vehicles performance...

Wish I could give them a negative star review!Let's start at the beginning. I called and ordered a special order exhaust part for my Jeep. I stopped by and picked up the part and took my truck to my favorite local shop to have it installed. The shop informed me that the part I purchased was not necessary so I then took the part back to the dealership. I had my recipe, paid the 10% restocking fee on the part and when it got to the register is where things got a bit more interesting. I originally paid with my debit card when I picked up the part, I didn't have it with me that day so I asked for another form of payment. The woman scoffed at me and continued to act like a child through the remainder of the transaction. She determined that writing me a check was the best she could do. After asking for all my info including name, address, phone number, ect she then bluntly tells me that I WILL just cancel the charge on my card for the purchase amount and not pay the 10% restocking fee. I just brushed it off until she went to print the check and less than 5 yards away from where I was standing, she is talking loudly ABOUT ME to a colleague. The conversation consisted of her "venting" how angry she was with me that I wanted another form of payment and saying that I am going to screw the buisness out of the 10% restocking fee. I told them I could hear them and she was quick to tell me that she basically did care that I was standing there listening to her bash me. Feeling angry and offended I took my check and walked out. I will never go there again for parts or services ever, they for sure lost me as a customer!!!

I have purchased vehicles all my life for myself and my family. I even used to sell cars, so I know every trick in the book. In most dealerships, you have to keep your hand over your hip pocket when you enter and count your fingers if you shake hands with anyone (pre-COVID). This dealership is a genuine exception.A small town local dealership, they earn their business by treating people courteously and fairly. The sales team bends over backwards to make you feel comfortable, and there is no pressure. When you visit, you feel like you have made a good friend.I traveled from the Vermont border in upstate NY to purchase a vehicle I had found at the dealership online. They handled all the details, sent me numerous pictures, answered questions, and when I agreed to purchase the car, they did all the paperwork. When I came to the dealership, the process was simple, straightforward, and relaxing.It's worth the trip to visit this dealership. If nothing else, you will part friends.

Jennifer and the team at Dansville Ram changed my view on car buying immensely. From the very start of inquiring on a vehicle to the day we picked our new truck up, my Wife and I felt as though we were working with a friend or family member. Jennifer was so patient with me, answered all of our questions in an unbiased way and gave us tons of options to consider. At no point in time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. This is exactly what buying a vehicle is supposed to be like. We will return to Dansville Ram for all of our vehicles from now on, it is well worth the drive for such a hassle free and enjoyable experience. Thank you all so much!

Phil Tracy was my salesman, and he went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. He really listened to what I wanted and the type of car I needed for where I live. I have never had someone who would work so hard to find exactly what I was asking for and within my price range. It was the best experience at a dealership that I have ever had!

While on a 7 hour drive from Toronto to Rausch Creek, my Jeep went into limp mode and all of the dash lit up. I pulled in and they diagnosed the problem, sold me the failed sensor, and showed me where it was located on the engine. They reset the codes and I was able to drive to the hotel and replace it myself.
