Any time I call Dansville Chevrolet they are always courteous and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with them and I will continue with Dansville Chevrolet as long as they're around

The service advisor was great. Interested in what I needed and didn't rush me. When the service was complete a careful explanation of the service was provided and the cost was less than expected. They offer a great value!! Lube/Oil/filter was less than any "quick" oil change location I have been to.

A tire on vehicle started leaking air! WE were able to call over the holiday weekend and was told to bring in early next working day! On Monday with no appointment they were able to take in as soon as we got there! The tire was checked and taken care of! IT was greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!

Pierre was excellent at answering all of our questions related to the new vehicles on the lot! He was very thorough with his responses and made our first car purchase quick and efficient! He did not pressure us into our decision but made sure we were educated buyers. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

Collin and Tim did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with their work and my experience with them. It was a pleasure working with the two of them.The only problem I have experienced, which has nothing to do with the dealership, is that I was under the impression that I was receiving a free trial of OnStar with the purchase of the vehicle and my credit card was charged the day of my purchase. I made a point to check as when doing the welcome call for OnStar they asked for payment information and I have never had to provide that in the past. Again, not the dealerships fault.

The service staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and go the extra mile to figure out what is causing the issues that have triggered an engine light to come on with a squeal. When they were out of ideas they contacted GM directly gave the codes and came up with a solution and fixed the issue. They even took time out of their day to research and look through my service records in my glove box to see if the work could be covered under warranty.I visited other dealerships in the past and they never gave me 1/2 the service that Dansville Chevrolet has. We could not be happier!

Pierre was awesome. I never met the man and I feel like we are buddies now. So much fun!!! I stopped here one day to talk to Timmy Lauper. I told Timmy what vehicle I was thinking about. He called me when it came in, I drove it, I loved it, I bought it. I have never owned a brand new vehicle .I am so glad I said yes...I'm in Love:)Thank you guys

This was by far the most difficult car buying experience I have had to date. Purchasing a new traverse with my wife. Sales finance manager didn't want to accept my financing threw usaa. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles using usaa for financing with no issues (including here when it was still Wentworth motors). We went threw all the usual motions what with paperwork and plates, insurance and to then only be told we cant take the vehicle with us untill the funds have cleared the dealers bank account. Its been four days now and the salesman still has not contacted me. I will never again nor will I ever suggest anyone to ever deal with this place again. If I buy another vehicle I will just go to bath Simmons Rockwell (who owns this place anyhow). I purchased a brand new 2022 diesel pick up from bath in August with absolutely no issues and I was able to drive it home same day.

I took our Tahoe in because of the theft deterrent system being on, said it was because of my service side detection light being on. Quoted Mr 1800.00 with them being two totally different systems it sounded odd to me but they are the professionals. I mentioned about my keyfob and I thought maybe it was that. Nope it's side detection. So they ordered parts several weeks go by I heard nothing and they were suppose to call so I called because of leaving for a vacation. Tahoe gets "fixed" I go pick it up, I leave go to the store come back out and it won't start. Theft deterrent light comes on and service light for drivers assist. Took it back on Monday morning and I said I really think it's the keyfob. They said there was a motor in the seat that needed to be replaced and they also ran a history report and saw a code for transmitter miscommunication. Why wasn't that done the first time? So they quote me 384 to get this thing fixed in the seat and to bring it back Thursday and they also changed the battery in the keyfob. 8.00. Haven't had an issue since the battery was changed. After it got fixed the bill was in the 400s instead of the 384 he quoted. Really wasn't a great experience and more than likely will not return. Although all systems are functioning as they should with being fixed, I told them what I thought it was and they went for the big dollar items instead of the battery remote.

They tried to tell us that we had a bad battery. We assume they didn't want to fix the actual problem as it would be covered under warranty and they wanted us to pay. We got a second opinion and our battery is in fact just fine.

Very disappointed. I purchased a new vehicle and brought to this dealership for service as a certified GM service center. The diagnosis was a bad serpentine belt. Bumper to bumper warranty should cover everything except regular maintenance items such as wiper blades, oil changes and a few other items. A serpentine belt should last 60,000 miles. Truck only had 22,000 miles and less than three years, well within the 3yr/36k new car warranty. This dealership service does not respect the bumper to bumper warranty advertised by GM. I looked up the new car warranty on the GM site and belts and hoses are not excluded. I will not be taking my truck back to Dansville Chevrolet for service ever again.Update: After paying out of pocket for a serpentine belt, the engine noise continues. I'm going to take my truck to another service center to get it fixed right and this time it will be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty as it should have been.

nightmare. transmission issue they claim to not be able to find. 40k miles on the car, car lags upon acceleration, burnt transmission fluid. told there was nothing they can do, instead explained how this is actually nothing to worry about. now have to look at trading it in <10k miles after purchase. cars a 2020. terrible. do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I traded in my leased 2019 equinox on a 2022 equinox. Jim Day was my salesperson and he was awesome. I do all my service at the dealership and they have been great.
