They towed my F-250 and 24' enclosed trailer when I broke down on 90 West. The driver arrived within 20 minutes from when I called and he had me off the highway quickly. They had a diesel Tech that knew Fords very well and diagnosed the problem quickly. The required part was in stock at Napa, which is attached to their shop. The truck was fixed and I was back on the road 4 hours from the time I broke down. I would highly recommend and will call them if I ever need assistance in Syracuse.

Cost over $600 to get my car back from an accident that they towed. They towed 1135 pm on a Saturday. Left message on a Sunday never called back. Finally got through on a Tue. When I said I called and left message but never got a return call they were like yeah we were busy. So basically I paid for their business

Fantastic experience doing business with this shop. Our car was not drivable so I used my roadside assistance to have it towed to this location, they actually picked it up on a Tuesday evening for its Wednesday appointment, my vehicle was done by Thursday. Impressive to say the least as the vehicle needed an alternator and they had to deal with the warranty department to cover the bill. Scott and everyone else that I spoke to was very professional, we will be back when needed.

My daughter brought her car in for the cams. Was told her engine was cracked. Quote one price and then it changed. Went to get her car they charged me almost a grand and they didn t even put the engine back together. The tow truck driver was in shock and even said what the heck!!!! I was on my way to the airport with my daughter and had a car issue on the highway. I called AAA and Northern Lights came to our rescue. I can t say enough good about them. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made a stressful situation much better for us. Luckily it was a minor issue. Unfortunately I live sn hour away from them or I would use them for all my car needs. I thank them very much for their help!!

Although the tow truck driver was friendly and punctual, my towed car ended up getting lost! I called the shop where it was suppose to be to see how things were going and they said the car wasn't there. I was aghast and frantic! I called the business and the dispatcher gave me a different address for where it was dropped off than the one I gave. I asked the dispatcher if they would go and pick it up and bring it to where it was originally suppose to be taken, since a big mistake had been made. He told me that I would need to call my insurance company to get it straightened out. Not wanting to argue, I called the insurance company and they ended up filling out a new claim after realizing that they could not add this problem to the old one. They then called another towing company. My phone rang about 30 minutes later and it was the new towing company operator who was now at the address where the original tow company told me that they dropped off the car. He told me that he was in front of an apartment bldg. and the car was not there!!!! Panicking, I asked him if I could call him back after I called the original tow company to see what was going on. He said that was fine and he would continue looking for the car. I then called the company demanding to know where the car had been taken. Finally, after waiting on hold for what seemed like forever, I was given the name of an auto shop which was in the vicinity of where the car was expected to be. I then called back the new operator and he told me that he was within minutes of the place and would get the car where it needed to be. 20 minutes later the phone rang, it was the auto shop calling to tell me the car had finally arrived!!!! What started out as a simple problem devolved into a 5 hour fiasco of who's on first. The next time I need a tow, I'll be asking my insurance company to call the tow operator who found my lost car!

These guys really helped out the weary traveler! I had an incident on I90 and had to have my trailer towed there on a Sunday night. The authorized thruway tow company highly recommended this place and said "They're good people!". I decided to stay the night in a hotel on the off chance they could fix the trailer the next day (Covid waits and all, I was concerned I would have to wait for parts and I would have preferred to be in my own bed, but... I took the chance.) When I called early in the morning, I asked for Scott (because Sean, who happened to be in the shop late at night at 10pm, took my key and told me to ask for Scott). Anyhow, Scott said morning was tough but afternoon they should be able to get me a quote. I went to the shop at noon and Kevin said they were able to get the parts and they'd have it done in a couple hours. That was great news! And while I waited, I was able to use the wifi for some meetings and get some work done. The bill came in and it was very reasonable for such a fast job. Great that you can find an honest shop when you are on the road and need some help! I'd like to dedicate the review to the memory of Todd Young, one of their coworkers must have died from a tragic accident on the rode. His foundation is dedicated to remind people to move over. I've never met Todd, but he must have been a great part of a great team. Remember ever one MOVE OVER.

Went for an oil change and to get a sensor in my tire looked at. I dont know the gentleman's name but he was super nice, knowledgeable, and gave me great advice on what should be repaired now and what could wait. He did my oil change and gave me an estimate for the sensor repair and I said go for it. He ordered the sensor to make the repair to my tire while I waited. The only bad part was waiting for the part but that was nothing. Once it arrives he comes back about 15 minutes later and says all done and hands me a bill for the amount of the sensor estimate. He sees I'm confused and says sorry I made you wait for the part but I was able to fix the sensor! Talk about getting only what I really needed. This is actually my second time here and this experience was even better than the first. My truck will be at Northern Lights for any repairs! Thank you for being kind and conscientious, it is greatly appreciated!

They had my car for 4 months for a two-week job. I called corporate three times they are no help. I've had my car back 3 months the check engine light is back on and my windshield wipers not working again after paying them $1,000. they didn't inspect my car. I left there with the gas light on and no inspection, after they had my car that long. Scott Got caught in 3 lies. they will call you from a text app and threatened and harassed you if you file a complaint with them be careful. They are lazy and corrupt BE CAREFUL IF U FILE COMPLAINT THEY WILL THREATEN YOU

My sister got into an accident and her vehicle got towed here, The owners were FANTASTIC!!! They walked us through everything and were super informative and helpful! Would absolutely recommend everyone here!

They picked up my car before the 10th of April 21, didn't start working on it until 3 weeks after + the money up front. Didn't get it back till after the 20th of May.Two days after getting it back check engine light came on.They had numerous errors in communicating to me the price and time it would be done. If you want exorbitant prices and the run-around choose Northern Lights!

Northern Lights came out for my Emergency Roadside Service with Geico. I thought I needed my car towed to get fixed at the dealership but Nate went above and beyond and troubleshooted with my battery. He noticed the cables weren't connected properly so he did his best to tighten everything up. My car started!! Super grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond.

horrible experience where they towed my car from a spot that had no sign saying it was private property and then charged me over $1,000. Then acted like they were doing me a favor because nothing was stolen out of my car. Total rip off, which I imagine carries over to other practices in their shop.

This shop and the mechanics have been around for years. They service most everything and are the only ones that work on my Ford 7.3 diesel.Good guys. Busy place so you may need an appt.

I have taken my vehicles to Northern Lights Auto for years and also sent vehicles from work for repairs. The owner and personnel are top knotch, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They are the best auto repair shop that I've ever been to.

Was verbally assaulted by one of the tow truck drivers for yielding to a funeral procession. No compassion, No respect.Have never utilized the towing services, but would like others to be aware of the kind of people they'll be dealing with

Your drivers should be more cautios and courteous. Riding my bumper in a 35, backing off and then speeding right back up on my vehicle to pass me. Thought they were going to hit my vehicle, which had my children in it. Maybe you should train them better.

Totally ridiculous how they left my car on the street facing the wrong way trifling this is actually the 2nd time I had to do business the 1st time was out of my control they towed my car I was at work now my insurance company paid them to do lazy work

They are the Auto shop for New Millenium Auto Brokers. I went there to verify that the car I was sold indeed had rust through out the car. I was told I had to go to a body shop because they don't do body work. I did get new tires because the car tires were also balding. While there I spoke to another customer with problem s from same dealership and overheard a new buyer that bought her car there also needing repair work.

Excellent fried seafood. VERY FRESH, Of course. Excellent sides as well. Perfectly seasoned for all tastes. IMPORTANT !! Remember to BRING CASH, or you're Out of Luck. Never have found any bones in fish. Only about 4 or 5 parking spots in front on Brewerton Rd (Route 11) So, enter large lot on back side , SouthBay Rd. Carvels Icecream and other business located here.

They do good work.But way to expensive 350 dollars to replace a oxygen sensor and I ve been going there for 7 years.
