Inspection Pictures were a breeze in and out in 10 minutes.Fast and easy. Pull onto the concrete pad and he will come out to greet you. Don't get out of the car or move it unless he tells you to. he's old and grumpy but very nice if you follow all commands lol He is very to the point.By calling ahead you'll know if he will be there past a certain time.Reminds me of the soup natize from Seinfeld

Called ahead for an insurance photo inspection. Owner said come in at my convenience. I arrived and just had to wait about 10 minutes until he was done with another customer. Very cordial, professional and accommodating. We were done in about 15 minutes. Thank you. Don't understand the negative reviews but I had an excellent experience at Kosmas.

I just went for a vehicle photo inspection for Progresive insurance today, and he was very helpful and quick! Like a lot of people said I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

Fast and easy. Call ahead pull onto the concrete pad and he will come out to greet you. Don't get out of the car or move it unless he tells you to. By calling ahead you'll know if he will be there past a certain time. He is very to the point and respectful and I'm glad he's still open after all these years. He did my first inspection when I was a teen, he is very consistent.

I went in to get my New York State inspection sticker. And for whatever reason he did not do that he instead did a insurance inspection then was rude to me because I needed to quickly call my mother and ask the address on our insurance since it was recently changed. He said you people always waisting my time you see how busy I am I Don t have time for you to fine the information which at the time I was the only car in the lot so wasn t very busy at all. All out a bad experience and won t be recommending people to him.

This guy is incredibly rude and disrespectful, can t handle simple photo inspections without yelling at the customers. I didn t know the name of the insurance (I went through an agency) but had the policy # on hand, was on the phone with my agent getting the name of the insurance when he told me to GTFO and never return after. If you want to be treated with even an ounce of respect, I recommend you AVOID this place at all costs.

5/11/2023I went to kosmas for photo Inspection for my insurance company and I couldnt believe how rude this man was. He has absolutely no customer service skills and absolutely no people skills to be working with the public .Ins companies sending people to this man is bad for their business.Key word Bad for business!!! Stay clear away from this place take the extra drive if the next place is further than this one at least you may get treated with respect because this man has none!!!!!His company is trash

You're probably reading this because you need to do a photo inspection for your vehicle. No appointment is necessary, just call the day you plan to go to see if he's available. Seems like this is his main business, so he's very quick and can get it done in about 15 minutes. On the other hand, he's almost too quick and seems to rush you to get it done and often cuts you off and interrupts you. Didn't mind too much since he seemed like a nice guy.

I think it is not very professional inspection, and sometimes they would just put air damage description on your vehicle even though it is not

Went to get photos done for insurance, NICEST MAN! When I called he said no appointment needed and reminded me to bring my insurance cards. I only waited a few min while others were serviced and asked me to wait in my car and the whole thing only took 10-15 min. Very Quick and very simple.

Just a routine photo inspection for insurance. I called and he said come right in. I went, he was busy and I only had to wait a moment. He was very nice and quick at his job. Good experience.

Came here because geico sent me for car photo inspection. A guy came out to do the job, very rude person, I've never been humiliated in USA the way he did to me but anyways God bless you mf.

My new insurance company never contacted me about needing a visual inspection! When I received cancellation notice I needed this done immediately...he was kind,very reassuring,explained what he was doing,showed me how to get my copy of the report. Highly recommend.

Had to go either here or Fulton for Auto Insurance Inspection. He was cranky and dismissive the whole time. When I walked in he told me to wait in my car then he made me take my car across his sharp, rocky "parking lot". After pulling onto his concrete "inspection" area, he took a few pictures, asked little to no questions.We went inside and he completely breezed through the process, missing several features of the car that were supposed to be marked down. He then proceeded to insult the name of the car brand I was driving numerous times, because he couldn't spell it... Also it smelled like a high school gym locker room inside his front office area.Luckily I was out of there quickly at least though, so two stars. I wasn't done yet! He also put the wrong state down so I had to immidately call the 800 number and clean up his mess.If you have to go there, I'm sorry! If you have a choice point your car in the opposite direction from Kosmas!

I went to get my car inspected for my insurance company. This guy is awful I have no idea why his rating is a 4 star it really needs to be a 1 and under. He very rude it doesn t matter if your Cranky if you re a customer a customer should always be treated with respect if any customers come to any business and is rude that owner or worker asked them to leave and not to come back this man is the worse person ever and after my review I m going to call the Better Business Bureau his needs to be reported and by everyone he is rude or disrespectful to hit him in his pocket.and get him out of Mattydale ASAP!!!!!!Service: Air conditioning

I went for an insurance inspection on my motor vehicle. Kosmo's was super efficient. I just drove up, an inspector came out immediately and took photos. Then I went in and completely the inspection in the office. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Inspection was professional and staff was courteous.

My car was hit. I called to see if I can book an appointment for an estimate. A man answered. He is so rude and mean. He said they are closed for business. I didn t understand what he meant. Then he yelled at me and said he is retired and he doesn t do estimates for collision anymore. When I asked him what type of service does his store offer. He said: ( it is not your business). I was so confused. I apologized to him because I didn t know why he was getting upset. I just wanted someone to look at my car. Then he said that he ONLY does insurance inspections. So ALL of this could have been avoided if he was nice on the phone from the beginning and explained that!!!!! I don t know what his problem was but that was the strangest call I ever had with a mechanic.

Took my car for a routine photo needed for insurance. The guy was beyond rude. He was angry that I had not printed copies of my insurance cards. I had them on my phone. He only needed to see them, not take a copy. It s 2022 after all. Argued with me that my insurance agency wasn t real . He went ballistic when I had to take a phone call from the hospital my 84 year old mother is in. Kept yelling at me to get off the phone with her PA. When I got off the call I apologized for taking an urgent call. I then called my agent who assured him that their agency had been in business for 30 years, and was indeed legitimate. He then yelled at me that the website he was using had timed out, told me to GTFO and never return. My insurance agent was mortified. I ve been directed to another company. The woman at that company was not surprised at my awful experience. That guy is a complete asshole .

Better to call ahead to ask if the owner is in the shop or not. I did my insurance inspection. It was quick and free.

I called to set up an appointment for an insurance visual inspection. Whoever the man was who set picked up the phone constantly interrupted me before I got my question out. Then when I tried to set up an appointment for the next day, he told he he couldn't do it in advance and I would have to call again the next day. Then he hung up on me! I'll be taking my business somewhere else because this place seems totally unprofessional.

Walk-in only. And the gentleman was pretty good at getting everything done in a timely manner.
