Both clerks were extremely rude when I called about replacing the defective brake drums I purchased less than a month ago (not that it matters, but they were installed by an experienced, competent mechanic.) The drums are defective (warped), so there shouldn't be an issue replacing, but they also come with a warranty. They obviously don't think women should even be buying auto parts. I can only imagine their attitude if I'd installed the drums and pads. My order was placed through Advance Auto Parts, so I thought it was part of the chain. Nope. These are independent stores, so once you've purchased them, you're at the mercy of the individual store. Luckily the Advance Auto Parts other distributor is going to take care of the issue for me. Never again will I do business with Road Runner.

The Road Runner is a Cuba icon, in business, not quite forever (40 + Years?). When in Cuba, of course I visit to get any parts I may need.Another small family business that is the "Salt of America." Thanks Road Runner!

My less than a month old windshield wiper decided it had better things to do than stay on my car in the middle of a snowstorm and these guys got me hooked right up with a new reliable one and put it on for me (also still in the middle of a snow storm). 10/10 stars. I'd probably be in a ditch right now if they weren't open.

Always quick and friendly service. Fair prices and honest answers. The best place around for parts. There are bigger stores, but not better.
