Had the misfortune of my car breakdown on a recent road trip but the fortune of bringing it to Proper Service. They were transparent; got the parts same day; and got me back on the road. They were a godsend .. would highly recommend!!!

Proper Service of Croton Falls has been my GO TO auto service center for years now.NEVER experienced anyplace better.Danya is very accommodating at the desk, and each and every mechanic is knowledgeable and courteous.

I can t say enough how when I reach out to folks at Proper Service I know I m in good hands. Sometimes I m in an absolute quandary & they say go, do what you have to do, we ll take care of your vehicle & catch up later WHAT? How great is that? And, that s exactly what they do!

My front tire started loosing air on I-684 so I had to get of the exit 8. The shop at the gas station by the exit was not open and they suggested to go to Proper Service. This was a great recommendation! I had my tire fixed in about 30 minutes at a reasonable cost and I was back on the road :-) Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

Looking for a mechanic can be something that gives me anxiety. I have spent money realizing I would never go back to some shops. If you re looking for a place to create a relationship with, to really build trust and have your vehicle(s) serviced and maintained this is the place! I have come here for the smallest of issues and the level of care is amazing. Quality professional service even for a safety inspection. The integrity and honesty of everyone on staff is the icing on the cake for me. There isn't enough praise to give Danya and Dave. They are truly the best people ever. My and wife and I truly do not know what we would do without them. Even with high mileage on two of our cars, they run as if brand new thanks to Danya and Dave. We love them! Recommend Prosper to everyone.

I'm giving them two stars rather than one, because they did in fact fix the initial problem with my car, but other than that I am very dissatisfied. Prices were questionable at best (20 dollar part quote for a lug nut), and their detail staff damaged my car during cleaning rendering the driver's seat inoperable, all after tacking on an extra 50% to the cost because my car was "extra dirty".Overall, the level of service provided did not match the premium prices they charge.

Great people, great service. I had an irreparable flat tire on 684 in the middle of a trip from CT to PA, and was lucky to find this place off exit 8. They gave me a ride to a local rental place so I could make my PA meeting and put on new tires at a reasonable price while I continued the trip with the rental. Dayna and the rest of the team did a great job making a rough situation bearable.

Love this place. I have always hated to bring my car in for service. I never really knew if I could trust the service people trying to sell things. I used to think hmmmm, so I really need new brakes ? With this place the mechanic actually takes a video and walked you through the car, shows you fluids levels, tire treads, plugs etc. Sadly, I needed all new tires, but I took comfort in the fact that the mechanic actually showed me the dry rot on the inside of the tire walls. I would recommend this place to anyone. The girl in the office is fantastic too!!!

Back in December I purchased 4 new Michelin tires from Osceola garage. Upon purchasing the new tires I received road side assistance and hazard coverage. When leaving work today day I noticed my tire was completely flat! Our tech David explained the scope of work. We left feeling reassured and confident we were in good hands!

I have to say, I stumbled upon this garage while looking for a NYS Inspection Station. What warm people! Danya and the rest of the crew were fantastic, and although I only received the inspection, I would happily return for any repairs. They really make you feel like family!! See you next July, if not sooner!

I am very excited and trilled that Osceola Garage has taken over the Croton Falls Auto Center at 1 Center Street as the NEW OWNERS as of March 2018. Their work is impeccable, the staff is professional and they go the extra mile for you. Can't wait to bring my vehicle in for an my regular scheduled maintenance and back again for my Auto Detailing.

My car had a pretty serious problem on the highway last week at the beginning of 6 hour drive and I was unable to keep driving. I pulled off of the road and landed in this wonderful auto shop-- it was the closest to me. My luck went from bad to excellent. Mr. Soo Chung was able to not only repair the issue that afternoon, but it all seemed fair and reasonable. I couldn't have inched my car into a better situation. Thank you!
