Oof, can t thank Martinez enough. Took a nightmare situation and made it so much more than right. Customer service was amazing and almost brought to tears by the work done. Cannot thank them enough!! Excellent work. Never had to return for something not fixed. Everything is in writing and they handle all of the estimates with the insurance. Staff is very friendly and professional at all times. Need any collision work done I recommend Martinez Auto Body Shop.

Martinez is THE best auto body shop in the county, heck I d say the state. Me, my family, and my husband s family have used Martinez for generations and they have consistently been there for us when we needed them.

Martinez was a pleasure to work with. My Mazda went to them with significant front end damage and the end result is more than I could have asked for! Due to delays in receiving authentic Mazda parts, the repairs did take longer than expected. However this was at no fault of the shop. Trish and Stephanie were always pleasant to speak to and kept me updated throughout the process. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So happy with Martinez auto body, they did a fantastic job with my car after a trailer truck backed over the front of it... Yeah... Car looks like new! They even detailed the inside for me! Extremely happy and will recommend them to anyone who needs quality body work done

What a NIGHTMARE!! Last August I brought my F-150 in for minor voluntary work. It took three months to get my truck back. Covid issues I was told. Okay, sure, worth the wait I thought. Their reputation is outstanding. After getting my truck back I found several spots of over-spray and work not done that I was charged for. The owner told me to bring it in and he would make it right. Four months later (again) I get my truck back after calling four times and still isn't right. More work was done I did not authorize. It cost me $300.00 more for inferior work and infinite patience. Very disappointed. Very expensive. Would NOT recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, my car suffed tremendous hail damage. Upon a recommendation, I called Martinez to make an appointment. From the initial call to the moment I picked up the repaired vehicle, I encountered nothing but total professionalism. They were amazing with communication, they did such an amazing job on reparing the damage, AND they completely cleaned and detailed my car!!! I have never ever been so impressed with a company. The car looks like it did when it was brand new! Thank you to Martinez Auto Body. It is so refreshing knowing that there are still people/businesses that take such pride in their work. You have a customer for life, and I will be telling everyone about my experience.

I was very much impressed at the work that they did to my car! My car looks better than it did when I purchased it. I'll be back soon to get more work done. This is a great place, I am so thankful for all of their help. They made the process simple and stress free. They know exactly how to conduct business professionally.

Beautiful work. Everyone was pleasant and professional from my first phone call to when I picked up my car. In addition to a perfect repair the interior appeared to be detailed as a courtesy! One always hopes not to have the need for a body shop but if you do, Martinez would have my recommendation.

I took my car to Martinez for deer damage after they were recommended by the Subaru dealership. Office staff was very pleasant. They weren't able to get me in for several weeks but it was clear they were busy. The person who worked up the estimate did 2 quotes for me. Work was done in 2 days. There were 2 issues. One was that the hubcap wasn't replaced, that was remedied on the spot when it was pointed out. The second was that a dent that was to be smoothed out hadn't happened. I didn't realize until I got home. When I called they offered to either work me in the next day or refund the labor costs. I chose the latter and had a check for the full amount the following day. I was pleased with the work that was done, price was very reasonable, and pleased with the prompt responses to the 2 issues that arose.

We took our car to Martinez to get a side mirror replaced. From start to finish the whole team was amazing! They even cleaned and washed our car and I haven t seen it look this clean since they day we drove it off the lot. Thanks so much!

Brought my truck here fo repairs after a traffic accident. For starters they did a really top notch job repairing my truck. They were courteous and pleasant at every step. They got paperwork done quickly for all the insurance stuff. They even chased down my rental company when they were late. They had the repairs done on time (4 days, amazing in itself) and on budget.It wasn t until a few days later I realized they had even cleaned off some spray foam I had accidentally sprayed on my drivers side. It probably wasn t a big deal for them, but it was to me. I run a business out of my truck and keeping up appearances is important. These guys really went above and beyond, and that s rare these days.Insurance would have let me take my truck anywhere, I m really glad I took it to Martinez.

These guys are great! Nice, honest, and so helpful. Quality work too. They repaired the whole front of my car after an accident and it looks as new. And they did it fast too. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Martinez you've got my lifetime business!

The best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I had no idea what I was doing. I was intimidated and overwhelmed by the whole process. Larry was absolutely amazing. He handled everything for me and made it painless and easy. I recommend this place highly. My car looks brand new and like nothing ever happened. They also detailed my car inside and out. Amazing shop. I recommend going there and asking for Larry!

Over the years I have used Martinez several time, always exceptionally pleased with the results. Most recently had some scratches and dentes on my 2018 Honda CR-V repaired. Got is back the other day looks like new. Could not be more pleased

First time I used Martinez autobody. Could not believe that the repair only took 2 days to complete. Excellent craftsmanship coupled with very courteous office staff made the experience a delight. When. I picked up the car it was like it was just detailed. This is a go to place!

Went over for estimate on damage due to accident. Ladies in the office were friendly and professional and the process was over and done in no time with them handling all the paperwork with my insurance company. Very impressive complex. They were recommended to me by my car dealership and while I was there saw the owner of another dealership who takes all his work there as well!They have an arrangement with Enterprise rental so you get the vehicle from their place without any hassle and return to them when work completed, Easley peasey!!!My car was returned to me cleaner than when I bought it!! Immaculate!! They even removed a spill from my fabric backseat!A One service from start to finish!!Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

If you want your car to look like new again after a collision this is the place you should take your car. Just had my vehicle repaired and the quality of the work done is more than top notch the area of impact is back to like new condition and in less time than intially expected. I am very happy with the service and would recommend this shop to anyone.

Chuck and his team are the best to deal with. When you're at the worst, a car accident, they are great to work with. They know exactly how to handle all the details, from contacting insurance Co to repairing the vehicle.

This shop is owned by our County Legislative Chair, Charlie Martinez. His son Chuck is who you'll meet, their family is absolutely LOVED here. They are busy, but it's because they do great work at a fair price. They also do towing at reasonable rates.

Great work! My caravan looks like new. They were able to also work through an issue with the motor. When we arrived to pick it up it was detailed and vacumed. I would highly recommend this business.

Not enough stars to say how much i love these people...supper nice...very talented..They go way beyond expectation...not to mention expert work. My 2020 escape was repaired with complete professionalism, factory correct i love this company and would refer anyone 10 stars.
