The staff at Diederich's RV Mart were wonderful to deal with. I am thankful for a dealer who will help out, even with a trailer they did not sell. I will definitely use them if I ever need any work on my Escape trailer. They replaced a recalled window and did an excellent job! When we picked it up, they even helped educate me on the hot water heater, which I was new to using, and answered all my questions. Thanks again!

I made an appointment for my bus and it s sat there for two weeks nothing was done that I gave the list of to be done. And also they didn t even have the consideration to plug-in the bus so all my food in my freezer and refrigerator went bad. When I checked on it last week it was plugged in I go on vacation and come back nothing has been fixed or plugged in now I have a mess to clean up and all my food is bad .very unsatisfied.This totally unacceptable .

We have been working with Diederich s RV since we bought our RV in 2010. They have helped us at every stage of ownership since.As our camper ages, the maintenance responsibilities naturally increases. Their guidance, honesty, friendliness, family-feeling separate them from everyone else. They truly offer the best advice and service we ve ever experienced. Great from start to finish. Very nice people. Dropped off my Jayco camper for routine maintenance and a couple issues. I forgot to tell them about a leak in the bathroom until I picked it up. They took it right back in and fixed it on the spot!My brake lights were one of the reasons I brought it in. They tested good in the shop but weren t working properly after hookup. They came right out and assessed the problem. (Mud bees in a junction box which made it a spotty connection...)They apologized, which wasn t necessary, then fixed it in the parking lot. They smiled and watched me leave to make sure the lights were working properly. Great and friendly customer service. Thanks!Ps. I don t leave reviews ever but thought I should write this. Deidrich s is a very good family run business. Nice to see!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is no good. Rob is rude and has poor people and customer service skills. Only wants your money and all of it. If things don't go exactly his way or if you have questions they can't handle it. Seemed ok in the beginning when they were going to take 17k on my money, when i stated i wanted to only give half and not all money upfront as instructed by my insurance company that was it for them i guess. Not going to give all the money and have my rig tied up all next year. Especially after reading other reveiws about rigs sitting for weeks and weeks with out being touched, and not being fixed correctly, this place taking people's money and not doing proper reapirs. Rob has the worst attitude ever. He and this place is no good! Glad i didnt bring the rig to them glad he couldnt do it...BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!P.s to your reply. Yes indeed I called Rob and only Rob an As$%$le because it's the truth. And said after repairs were declined and talked to with attitude by Rob..So Yet another lie.

Rob was very responsive to all my questions. I was able to drop off and pick up with all the work done without seeing one person. All coordination was done via email. Which works very well for me. They fixed my gas leak and other items I added to the list. I will definitely go back for more service in the future.

Had their mobile RV guy come out to my RV park maybe a month and a half ago, just now riding my review. They do great work and service. They can sometimes walk you through a problem either over the phone or through email because they don't always have time to come out immediately to your RV. Their mobile repair service has about a week and a half to two week waiting list to get out to the RV park.

Very polite and friendly people. Had a great experience dropping off the small airstream but the repairs didn t fix the problem and made it worse. I reached out and got a delayed response but then nothing further. Disappointing and expensive.

Small family run RV dealer that goes well beyond others to provide outstanding service. They are within a mile of Camping World ( formally Gander), in Coxsackie, a much bigger operation but yet they survive. One big reason SERVICE, and helpful advice.One example. I had relied on Diederich for parts and service for 15 years while camping nearby. Last year I had to move well beyond their service area. I needed a part for my RV . I attempted to get it at two other dealers , including Camping World in Kingston. They told me that part was no longer available. I went out of my way to try Diedrich's. They checked and said they could have it the next day.So even if it is a bit inconvenient I go to Diedrich for all my RV needs.

Rich did an excellent job at diagnosing an issue we were having with our mobile office trailer. While ultimately he was unable to fix the problem (the issue required an electrician and not something an RV shop normally deals with), we were pleased with his diligence.

This place is awesome!! They go the extra miles to make sure your repairs are done in a timely manner and it's done right!! Given the absolutely horrible track record of Camping World & Gander Mtn, they put those guys to shame without even trying. Knowledgeable and honest... Give 'em a +10!

Without a doubt, they are the bestThey went above and beyond to help me with a water valve problem on my camper. Knowing that I was leaving to go on a long trip they had the valve overnighted and worked on it late that day and early the nextI can't say enough about how they treated me and fixed the problem. And that wasn't the first time. They're the best.

Broke down on side of road in our pop-up. These guys were only people that had parts and fixed our issue with tire on the spot. Thought I would pay an arm and leg and was very happy that they did not take advantage of our situation. Great and friendly service

I had my fifth wheel camper repaired by Diedrichs after many issues with one of the big chain dealers. Highly recommend if you need a repair or a new camper stop in and see them. I've owned a few now and bought different places, I'll never go anywhere else ever again. Quality of work and communication are top notch. Customer service is dead after the sale at most RV dealers. Dealing with Diedrichs was refreshing, nice people who care about their customers. Don't give those other big dealers a second thought, I've been there, the chances you'll be happy with their service is slim, just call Diedrichs. They were recommended to me by another very happy customer of theirs and my only regret is not purchasing one from them to begin with. They also helped me a couple years ago with a brand new trailer I bought out of state, ac was missing a part from the factory. They got it for me in a couple days. Can't say enough good about things about Diedrichs, the world could use more business like this one.

We first went down there for one of their open houses - then when we needed work on the refrigerator in our camper trailer we decided to take it there. What a great experience! The part took forever to come in (NOT their fault) and they did a great job of keeping us updated. And the bill was much less than I expected. All in all, I wish we'd found them before we bought the trailer at a much larger dealer that I won't name but is in Latham, NY!

Great service. Professional. Upfront and personable. Thank goodness for the work they do. After having damage from tire blowouts, we brought our RV here. Done right. Everything is "back to normal".

Great service!! Wonderful staff, always willing to help. We had a couple problems, they came right out to help. The problems were not caused by them, one was a faulty refrigerator, which they immediately replaced.

Once again, the staff here has exceeded our expectations. RV brought in for annual maintenance, job performed quickly and was reasonably priced. We live in our RV fulltime and they were able to accommodate our needs and make it so easy on us. There's a reason we don't use any other RV repair shop!

My husband and I purchased a KZ Sportsmen travel trailer from Rob Dietrich at Dietrich's RV Mart in the spring of 2018.We had a wonderful experience at Dietrich's. Right from the start Rob has been so great and accommodating.He has gone over and above for us in many ways.We highly recommend doing business with them. We would never buy a camper anywhere else . We would also recommend any service you need to be done at Dietrich's.They are very professional and always put the customer first.

I took my RV to Diederich s to get a leaking black waste tank fixed. They put some lubricant down the system to make the valve operate more easily and told me that had fixed it. As I was leaving, I saw it was still leaking. The mechanic told me that was just residual fluid in the pipe and it was fixed. Two days later I still had an embarrassing smelly incontinent RV so I contacted Diederich s to let them know their fix had failed, assuming they would want to make it right ASAP, presumably adjusting the cost so I would not be paying for their misdiagnosis of the problem and effectively paying twice for the same job. But that is exactly what they expected me to do. They also expected me to wait 4 weeks, meanwhile depositing puddles of sewage wherever I went when they knew I am living in the RV. I expect good, honest mechanics to do accurate diagnostics before starting to spend my money, and if they get it wrong - they are only human - to make it right in a timely fashion without double dipping into my funds. I am not impressed and would not recommend these guys.

Amazing service from beginning to end. They made our lives easy with care and knowing their business! We've had repairs inside and out, with no issues whatsoever. Great team, great company!

We called and inquired about having someone come out & check our camper's AC & fridge (located in Phoenicia, NY). I was quoted "$125.00" as a "service charge"; and was never told there would be any other charges. Of course if there any work completed, I would understand if there were extra charges and would expect a quote of those charges at that time. Appointment was made, serviceman showed up 3 hrs late, looked at the AC & fridge, DID NOT perform any repairs AT ALL was there no longer than 30 minutes. Received bill in mail yesterday for $237.60! I called to ask why I had additional charges to my card, and was told: "the service charge was just for the repairman to show up, and then whatever he did while at the appointment would be an extra charge". What I find suspicious, is this appointment took place mid July and my card was charged $125.00 at that time. The most recent charge for the " labor & sales tax" was added on 8/11/16!! The woman argued that this charge was legitimate and warranted. What a bunch of scam artists!!! I wanted to warn others before they put their trust in these people!
