The easiest car inspection I have ever had done! I called ahead to see whether I should schedule before coming in and I was told I could come in anytime. I went right over and was immediately brought into the garage. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 20 minutes while they did an oil change, a many point overall inspection, changed the cabin filter and did the New York State inspection. The technician was so clear and helpful and the price was right. This will be my new go-to place for the types of work they do there. I drove 2.5 hours to Cortland today for a job interview when I heard an obnoxious rattling from my car. I pulled in and was instantaneously assisted by two men. They helped me remove my muffler for the drive home and provided me with instructions on what work I needed to get done when I returned home. I greatly appreciated their help today, their service was great!Service: Exhaust

I come religiously every 3-4k miles for an oil change. Mike and his crew are ALWAYS so kind and polite. This is the only place I ll come in town. The service is always done correctly and I m not stuck sitting in the bay for extended period of time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Was okay as far as staff and service. Price was high and the advertising was misleading. Said the cheapest was a synthetic blend but when I got to the shop they said it was conventional.

Great service! The guys were very thorough. Didn't care much for what I was charged, but would go back there, if for only the guys whom were very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable! Was not at all treated like I didn't have any knowledge about my vehicle (being a female).

They are wonderful! They give me a list of things that need to be fixed on my vehicle if there are any. They have a great sense of humor but still remain their professionalism.

Used to bring both my wife and I s vehicle and get great service and a friendly atmosphere. I have attempted to get an inspection 3 times. Each time the individual I spoke with was very rude and honestly disrespectful. I will not be back and no longer recommend this place.

Always fast and friendly service. Even when I brought my car in they ran out of my filter, so they sent a worker to the other shop to pick up more right then and there. They promised they'd always keep extra stock of my filter and have.

I had warning lights flashing on my dash when rolling out after my full service. My technician (Michael) tried to correct the problem before I left but wasn't able to. That evening he emailed me his diagnosis of the problem from his personal email, which diagnosis my own repair shop confirmed the next morning (a sensor had been left unplugged; my shop plugged it back in and test-drove the car and it was fine). I went back to see Michael the next morning, taking him up on his invitation to come in so he could make things right, and he paid the cost of the 1/2 hour of labor my shop had charged me. I think this was excellent customer care, for which I was very grateful, so I'm letting everyone know about it here.

The young technician certainly had his hands full with cars in both bays and his partner had called out sick. This was on a Saturday no less. His initials, on the invoice are DB. Thanks DB for your kindness and explaining everything you were doing...such a professional!!! And such GRACE UNDER PRESSURE!!! Hope the Blue Jeep and Ihave the pleasure of your company in the future. I always take my car here for oil changes for the past few years. Convenient, fast & the staff is great! Especially Mike he really knows his stuff my car is kind of a pain so I breathe a sigh of relief when he s there!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Usually love the service here, but today I drove from work to make before they closed. Arrived 15 minutes before close for an oil change, they shut down early couldn t and wouldn t help me. Was a loyal customer- not anymore!!!

Problems happen in business transactions. "Customer Service" is how you handle these problems. If you ever have a problem here, you'll find out that the manager, Mike, isn't good at his job. When you ask a question about the problem, he'll fly off the handle, angry and ill-mannered. It won't be a pleasant experience. And you'll regret all the business you've done here in the past.

Took my 2018 car in for a NYS inspection. They did something and triggered a check engine light which was not there prior to going in and they did not know how to fix it. So to fix it I had to go to the dealership for repairs. Because of the error they caused, they couldn't finish the NYS inspection but still charged me for it. Went in for a 15min inspection and left with a $22 bill plus $150 repair at the dealership. But they were pleasant to speak with.

Amazing service and truly honest and caring staff. They always go the extra mile and help the customers! I truly trust them with all of my needs. I recommend you go and try them you wont be disappointed!

Had an oil change one day later my oil pan dropped out. But they "see rusted out pans all the time" not their problem. Even said to me maybe we shouldn't be driving a car with rust. How immature and inappropriate. I was just asking why it wasn't pointed out. Must be defensive for a reason. Stay far away. Will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I am sure the guy that I spoke with doesn't care.

Excellent service, quick and easy. Drive through oil changes are the way to go! Plus Tuesday is Lady's Day Discount which is pretty cool.

Twice now I've used this place and both times, shortly after, I've had other issues pop up with my vehicle. Once, a coincidence, twice, nope the people there are purposely doing stuff to mess with your vehicle. Staff was very personal and I was given a small discount when the manager thought the staff was moving too slowly. I didn't think it had been too long, but I wasn't going to turn down a few bucks off.

This place will wrongfully fail your vehicles inspection and if your a woman they will try to convince you that you need a new vehicle. 10/10 would never go here again.
