First time and the last time. From the minute the hood was open staff under the hood and under the car were complaining about the brand oil filter and it was on to tight. The man under was complaining the drain plug was on to tight and couldn t get the socket on and he told someone else he tried a breaker bar and someone else told not to use a box end wrench. At one point he put an impact on it! After all the belly aching the man the was on the computer said sorry but your drain plug is rounded off. I said it wasn t rounded off when I got here! I told he I changed the oil last and put the filter on hand tight and drain plug on with a ratchet hand tight. I asked if he heated up the drain plug? He said I wouldn t do that. All he could say was sorry. I got home and was able to loosen the oil filter by hand with it being hot! It s the holidays and not having time to do it my self trying to save time. Now it s going to cost me time and $$

This is one of those drive-through oil change places, but has an excellent staff, and they take great care of your vehicle! The staff did not try to push anything on me, and let me simply know what was going on with my vehicle, and make my choices on what I would like to have done. They replaced all my air filters, my oil, and a few of my fluids are topped off. Great service! Fast and I was able to stay seated in my car, while I did some work on my phone. I highly suggest it! The only problem is at their prices are a little bit high, but it's worth it for the convenience. You do not need an appointment to come here, the guys are great and will take great care of you! Check the hours before you try to go, because they are closed at strange times.

I've been to this place at least a half a dozen times, but after my last time, I will not be going back. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my engine oil and did not properly refill either. I sat there for at least an hour and half waiting for them to fix their mistake. Then my check engine light was on, so I went to the Subaru dealership and found out my transmission fluid was a quart low and my oil a quart high. Xpress Auto Care would not give me a refund or a discount on my oil change - promised me my next one would be free instead. Soooo - after my trip to Xpress Auto Care, and then the unexpected trip to the Subaru dealership my simple oil change cost me $300.Service: Oil change

I have been taking my vehicles to Xpress Auto Care for a number of years. I think that the prices for a simple oil change are fair, as long as you don't let them sell you all the extra which in my opinion a significantly over priced. My experience has also been that the staff is friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

I visited here over 1 month ago for a quick oil change. I knew I'd be paying more for the speed, but I was not prepared for how much. After the guy told me my car required more oil and I would be looking at a bill of $50, I told him never mind. Unfortunately, the guy under the car had already drained my oil. He "did me a huge favor" by taking a whopping $9 off my bill. After all was said and done, my girlfriend was livid. She spoke to the manager after a few hang ups who called me a liar. The District Manager called her back and supported the liar story. She set him straight right away letting him know it's bad practice and probably illegal to do the work before I authorized it. My entire bill was refunded. When I went to pick that up, the manager was very rude. Once I got home and looked over the service order, I saw everything that wasn't done. They stated they checked all my fluids, the windshield wipers and my air filter. I ran out of wiper fluid the next day. They never went anywhere near the wipers. And my air filter requires jumping through a ring of fire to get to it. So no, they didn't check anything. Needless to say, I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

They had no clue, about anything! Couldn't reset my dash after oil change. Did not top off fluids and tried to charge me 73.00 dollars for a basic oil change

Staff is always extremely helpful. One of the guys noticed my oil plug was leaking from the previous shop who should have checked it. I'm a regular and I'll be back again very happy

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. My car is a stock/race car and requires specific and hard to get oil. We brought it and a filter and they handled it all no problem!

Oil was changed quick. Gave a list of certain things that could be done their to that my car needed. Overall decent an the price was cheap.
