I feel bad doing but, other than the sales person, I have been completely dissatisfied with the service and after sales care from this dealership. Uncle Bill will do a good job but be careful about any after market service plans they try to sell you and, if you re buying a used car that s not a Subaru or Nissan, be prepared to take your car to another place for service.

Very pleased all around!! Very fair with prices and all paper was done when I came to sign for the car. Just a sign and go. I will proudly do service with Royal Nissan Cortland again for sure. Devon and Matt were great to work with.

Though I seem not to have good luck with Royal's sales staff (have yet to buy a Subaru from them), I've never had a problem with the service side of Royal Subaru, and have brought all 3 of my Subarus there since 1987 for warranty work and other issues. So far I have not detected any dishonesty, and it's always done when they say it will be done.

My issue is not with the service I received but with the quote I was given for repairs. I find it beyond ridiculous that you would charge almost $500.00 to fix a fill neck that on the cheap side for a plastic part costs $14.00 retail, or on the high end aluminum (which we went with for $45 retail and it s a 5 minute fix. Sad that you would take advantage of a customer like that. I can guarantee that we will never be back to have you work on our vehicle again.

Appt. For oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Crosstrek. The day after I realized that the tires weren t rotated. Went the next day 3/1/24. Asked if my tires were rotated service said yes. I said I don t think so, they said they were definitely rotated. Went to Mavis, they said they were not rotated and they rotated them for free. So the $103 I spent was only for an oil change. I will never come back to Royal Subaru in Cortland. I k ow I m only 1 customer it I will never recommend this dealership to my friends or family.

I went in with bad battery needed to be replaced they were very busy but fond a way to fit it in take me home and picked me up when finished. They went over and above for me. Thank you do much I will never make my emergency yours again. Subaru are great so are the men and women that work there.

DO NOT buy a car from Royal Nissan. They are crooks and charge illegal fees.You cannot trust them - buyer beware. Buy your Nissan from somewhere else. Royal staff is AWFUL!!!

The car only had 18,000 miles for over one month I was lied to. About what was wrong with the engine. No rental car, your consumer line was terrible his name was Evan he hung up on me never heard from him again. This was my third car from Nissan, never will I own one again. I went two and half months it was crazy. The only good thing was ONE staff member from Royal her name was Stacy she was just wonderful. What makes it worst was the day I got my car back. I read articles that Nissan knew there was something wrong with this 3 cylinder motor in the rogue. I had to answer that work was done the first time, because there is no question that says too soon to know.

Since I was planning on traveling the next day, they got me in immediately. Tried to get the replacement for my flat tire to match the others, but couldn't. Got the other 3 tires in a couple of hours and stayed a bit late so I could get there to pick up my car. Also gave me a loaner to use for the day while they had my car so I could go home and continue packing. I am so grateful.

I went there to get a very specific subaru crosstrek....and Ciara assisted me! She was phenomenal! The whole process was flawless! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have purchased several cars over the years and I am beyond impressed with this dealership and Ciara! I am OBSESSED with my new car and love that I made a new friend along the way! Kind, friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient! We had a transmission issue while traveling, and the wonderful service dept staff got us back on our way. And called later on to make sure we reached our destination. Fabulous!

This place blows. They manage to screw up not one, both both of my subaru vehicles. Came in for a brake job, can't roll off the lot because the tire is flat. Come in with a flat tire, spend $1,000 and leave with a trashed vehicle with my stuff thrown everywhere and covered in salt. They shirk responsibility for their mistakes and take forever to fix. Still sitting here waiting for them to put air in my tire so I can leave this trash bag of a dealership.I bought subarus so I could have reliable vehicles, not so I could get screwed every time I pull onto the lot.

In June I was told I would need brake soon, so I attempted to schedule a brake service with my inspection. I was called and told they already did that in June (paperwork said otherwise). I dropped off my car, told them the story, and was told okay . Upon pickup, 7 hours later for just an inspection, I was once again told I needed brakes. I find it mind boggling because I tried to get them replaced and was essentially told no. On top of that, the biggest safety issue is that they failed to close the hood of my car. Had I not gotten the notification I would have gotten on 81 with an unlatched hood. If I could do 0 stars I would simply for safety.

Hands down our best experience with a dealership. We will absolutely be recommending Royal Subaru, and our salesman Matt Bennett. Our situation was challenging in many ways, Matt and the team went above and beyond to help our family get into a great vehicle at a great price; their value of our trade was more than fair. The power steering line had a leak, Nissan dealer did not have the part, I was without vehicle for 2 days for a simple part and work. In addition the technician rates are super high and I strongly believe I was over charged. This job should not take more than 1 hour at most to get it done I was charged for 2.5 hours of tech time. I was quoted about 1 hour on the phone as well.
