I had the best service experience with Royal. I can't say enough of the professional and friendliest experience for a car dealership. The two people that assisted me, Stacy and Derek of the service department are the best. They are honest and very informative with my car problems. Even Keven their lead Nissan mechanic was helpful and informative. Great company to do business with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just like all the rest: Hassle, Razzle; but no Dazzle. Don't be fooled by catch phrases and TV blooper reels. Remember, they are proverbial car salesmen.

Wasn't happy the way they didnt help me with a nissan product. Called another nissan dealer they where more than happy to help. Don't use them.
