Honestly I'm surprised I'm being asked to review but here it goes never will I buy a car from here again I had to wait so long for warranty repair work to be done on my car we r talking since Oct 2023. Car sat there from December to January waiting for a out souce body shop to look at it cause theirs wasn't trusted. Them the man I bought the car from sends me a email trying to sell me another car but they don't wanna honer the extended warranty. I finally in April 2024 got the repairs done. These photos will show u the conditions I picked my car up in. I will just have to say place was ran much better when Joe was doing the commercials but now Colby doing them I feel the place went right to the crapper. That was at 1 time my only auto dealership I would go to but now if I stay with the Nissan family of cars I will go elsewhere. Thank you for the last few years of great service I just hope whatever bugs are hold this place back gets worked out. I just don't understand why they would give me my car back in this condition. Someone had to drive my car out then ram thru all my stuff and throw it all over the car including the drivers seat. Lastly I always keep a 20 in my arm rest on all my cars just incase if I need it and that was not there. I'm done thanks for the past good luck guys.

Bill was great to work with! He was very helpful and informative throughout the buying process, as this was my first time purchasing a new car from a dealership. Uncle Bill was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. He was attentive to my needs. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, just by asking me some personal questions about what I liked doing in my spare time. Uncle Bill took the time to explain the process not at all being pushy, I felt that he really listened to me. Uncle Bill was highly recommended to me and I will do the same recommending him to anyone wanting to buy a car. By asking me what I like to do in my off time he went out and found the perfect Forester for me. He couldn t have been more right about it. It has everything I like and more. Before coming in to see him I went through the lot and spotted a forester I liked and without telling him that is what I wanted he went out and brought that very one for the test drive. Ultimately it was the one I ended up buying. The whole experience was amazing! Everyone at Nissan-Subaru were friendly and welcoming especially Uncle Bill!!!

Bill made the entire process of leasing a vehicle very easy and convenient to us. He went above and beyond to get a great price for my car and had everything ready for us to sign and close the deal. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. Loved the experience of working with Bill. Bill helped get the payments close to our previous payments. He offered continued support if we have any questions or concerns with our new Buick Encore. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle he leased us and walked me through all the features on the vehicle. The entire process went very smoothly and by the end of the day we drove off with our new Buick. Bill is very professional and made the entire process of leasing a vehicle enjoyable. Bill was a straight shooter. He helped me understand more about the advantages and disadvantages of leasing vs buying and how best to utilize the equity that I had in my trade. He was accommodating through the entire process. I have bought numerous vehicle but this is the first I have worked with Bill. I would not hesitate to work with Bill in the future or to recommend him to any considering a new vehicle #subaru.

"Uncle" Bill is a great salesperson because he is not pushy. He asks if he can be of help and allows you to explain what you need or want. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are getting what they need/want for their trade-in and to ensure they are getting the new car they want. He has a wealth of knowledge about automobiles in general and knows many specifics about a lot of makes and models (not just about subaru vehicles). I will recommend him to any friend that is in need/want of a subaru. He also looked into many options to get the best trade-in value for my beautiful Nissan Maxima and he did everything in his power to show me the vehicle models and colors that I was considering. Bill even had a friend stop by with her new subaru so I could see a specific color in person. He took me on the best demo drive with my new 2023 Subaru Forester sport to show me the ropes! Wonderful man! Everyone at the Royal Subaru and Nissan dealership are very nice and accommodating. They make sure you have anything you need and do a great job of explaining the process. Michelle in finance was wonderful and helped explain the purchasing process and graciously stayed a little late to make sure we understood everything. Wonderful people!

This car buying experience was unlike anything I have gone through before. "Uncle" Bill took the time to walk me through every step of the car buying process. He could have rushed through and moved on to the next sale but he did not. At no point did I feel rushed, dismissed, or disrespected. He explained each feature of the vehicle I was interested in, went with me during the test drive to let me try each feature, and took me into an environment similar to what I would be driving in after purchase. He took his time, explained everything fully, and answered all of my questions. He was personable, easy to work with, and kind. Enough cannot be said about how truly amazing this man is and how grateful I am for all of his help!! After my vehicle's engine went (Kia Sorrento purchased used from a different dealer) I was beside myself trying to figure out what my best option was. I called Kia. The engine was under recall but a ton of hoops were needed to jump through in order to have it covered. The entire process could take six months or more. I did my research and made a decision to get a Subaru. I came in to Royal on a Saturday and asked for "Uncle" Bill. I spoke with him on a previous call to inquire on a Forester I was interested in. He was happy to help. He helped me go over my options and even explore options I had not thought of, but financially would be in my best interest. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle and by Monday evening I was driving my new Subaru Forester home! "Uncle" Bill made the process so smooth. I did not even need to go back and forth with the DMV and my insurance company!! Michelle in finance was wonderful as well. She helped get me an offer (better then I was expecting) and pick out the right warranty for me. The overall experience was truly exceptional. The building was clean, everyone was pleasant, and I did not feel pressured at any point. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Royal Subaru.

Bill has helped my family in the past so I thought why not go to him. All the good things you hear about him are absolutely true. From the moment I met Bill, I knew he would help me find a vehicle. "Uncle",Bill was the very best salesman that I ever worked with. He was very patient with my indecisiveness about what car was best for me. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the many options available. He is very knowledgeable about all of these vehicles.He is not pushy at all. He gave me a good price for my trade in and a good price for my new Subaru and did not have to go back to the manager multiple times to get it approved. I did not need to spend my entire day at the dealership to make a fair deal. He kept in touch by phone or text while I was waiting for my new car to come in. He thoroughly explained how all of the features in the car worked beforeI left with it. He even in troduced me to the service dept. From start to finish he made buying this car a pleasant and stress free experience . I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will be back again.

Bill listened carefully to what I was looking to solve with a car. Fitting my lifestyle, my dogs, my needs, and expectations into a new car. He did not sway me one way or another. He listened, offered some items to consider, and then made a couple of suggestions. The car I bought fit all of the items I had need to consider and it was a pleasant journey with no rush involved at all.. I bought a 2017 Subaru and loved it, but it was not a perfect solution. When the option of upgrading it came to my attention Bill, was able to find a car that worked even though it wasn t another Subaru. Bill carefully identified my needs and desires and found a great fit in the Rogue for me.. The dealership is great to work with. The service department is top shelf. Bill is a phenomenal listener and understands and can help with sitting priorities. The entire process of purchasing my new truck was a pleasure. Uncle Bill was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles I test drove he made this the easiest new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.I explained what I was looking for, Uncle Bill lined up 3 vehicles for me to test drive all three had the options I was looking for but the vehicle I chose was a Grand Slam loving it! "Uncle" Bill treated us like his own family. He was very patient and explained everything we needed to know prior to our purchase. We ALWAYS go to see "Uncle" Bill for a purchase of any vehicles. "Uncle" Bill helped us find the perfect vehicle. There were a handful of options that I wanted in my next vehicle and all the options I wanted were in the Subaru Crosstrek. He explained all the buttons and what they do. The purchase experience was smooth. Uncle Bill and the finance person explained everything to us right up front prior to any signatures. My experience with Uncle Bill was pain free. He was informative, precise and and easy sell. No hard sales attitude trying to upgrade me to a car I probably wanted but couldn't afford. My total experience has been great.. He had all my paperwork done and ready in a timely manner. The car was ready for pick up as promised and I drove away a very happy customer. Very professional, easy to work with, fun personality. Both dad and I really enjoyed chatting with Bill and making the deal.Chris the Sales Manager was also professional and responsive in our dealings. Bill wisely responded to an email inquiry where other dealerships ignored or brushed off my inquiry...although I may have started with an email I was serious about purchasing either and Outback or Forester. Another dealership wasn't prepared to let me test drive and Bill did on short notice....Bill sold a car. Excellent, plain and simple.

Everyone is very professional, any problem you may have the Service Dept. gives it their full attention and are very good at communicating with you. Purchasing my last 2 Rogues with Royal has also been easy. I also recently had body work done after an accident and the Body Shop was extremely good at what they do and making my car look like new!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took me on a test drive that wasn't just 5 minutes of city driving. He made buying my new truck a good experience and I would recommend him highly.. He showed me every little feature of the truck and even took the time to explain differences in packages.. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased there and my wife has bought 1 as well. They are knowledgeable, do a complete job, but don't pressure you.

Mostly Hassle and Razzle; but no Dazzle. I feel such a fool to allow myself to be hypnotized by the repeating catch phrase on TV, No hassle, no Razzle Dazzle. I stopped by this dealership to get a quick look at a used truck I saw online. I should know better, I should have visited visit after hours and avoid being baited an hooked. 45 minutes later, they are offering me $31000 for my truck I just bought, with 2400 miles, for over $40,000 (from another unscrupulous dealer) on a trade in for a $36,000 2020 model with 15,000 miles.Repeat: My 2023 truck with 2500 miles - $31,000; Their 2020 truck 15000 miles, $36,000To add insult to injury, they wanted to hike the interest rate on my Nissan loan from 2.9% apr to 7.9%. Not a type-o. Claimed that "All the rates have gone up dramatically in the past few weeks." Really? 5% increase in two weeks?I might have been born on a Tuesday, but not last Tuesday.Please don t be fooled like me. This dealership is like all the rest, with the same high pressure sales tactics, like hiding your keys, and parading out the sales manager when you tell them you want to leave.Thankfully I escaped unscathed.I would warn you all to avoid this dealership altogether, but unfortunately all dealerships are the same. So my only advice is to gird your loins and prepare to go to battle protect yourself from the razzle, dazzle, and hassle.

Bought my new Sentra from there today. Ciara was a total pleasure to work with. She was very friendly, pressure free and very attentive all my questions and needs. Chris the sales manager got me a great number on my trade, and I could tell he wanted to make sure I had a great experience. And Michelle, the business manager was able to save me a lot of time and money on the financing by beating out my banks rate. It was a very quick, friendly, no-nonense, money saving experience!Ask for Ciara if you want to have the best car buying experience!

Always excellent customer service and always an excellent service on my vehicle. They have never tried to upsell me and if my vehicle is in great condition, there me know. It is a huge weight off of my shoulders to actually trust where you take your vehicle. ANNND, they always wash it when its done.
