The service was great we were given a shuttle ride home because our car was going to be there all day. They even picked us up to go back to get our car. The ride home was nice the driver did a great job.But the one who brought us back to get our car this afternoon was driving faster than he should have on an unfamiliar road and at one point we were completely on the other side of the road on a curve

I have taken a vehicle to Royal Chevy dealership to have the A/C system repaired and they only fixed the front half and came up with excuses as to why they didn't do the rear part. They had it in their hands for 3 weeks and more excuses I've paid them for the work already and this is not the first time it has happened. Won't go back and Won't tell anyone else to use them.

Amber in the body shop was great!! They fixed my car after I hit a deer. So happy to have my car back!
