Honestly, I don't go to O'Shea tire frequently, but every time I have, I am happy with the thorough report of my car on pickup. I have high confidence the mechanics at my local shop are good guys, and the garage overall reminds me of another Ford Dealership Service Center I like that is 2.5 hrs away from me. The big difference is O'Shea is only 10 minutes from my house. Im probably going to be picking up taking my car to these guys, as nowhere else locally seems decent, and those that do book out too far. I never trust those quick in and out shops, maybe I would with a beater car, but not my daily driver.

Best shop around. I have taken my car for several maintenance visits as well as body work and a full engine swap. At every visit the staff is exceedingly professional, helpful, and fast. I am very pleased with the work they have done and will continue to uptake my vehicles to Oshea s. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to see if they had any openings to get an emergency flat tire repaired. Within minutes Andrea was taking my info down and getting me set in the system. The technician Pete was very friendly and had my flat tire repaired in about 10 minutes! I am ecstatic with the exceptional customer service I received as well as a quality repair! I was back on the road in under 20 minutes! A+++ service!!!

Im not one to trust shops ive been ripped off to much. But let me say they have great customer service very friendly n the detailed report of my vehicle when i picked it up was great also. They did a beautiful job on my f150 putting my new tires on and aligning my truck where the other shop i trusted screwed it up. Highly recomend them they put my mind at ease and i will definitely have them do more work in future!

They always give great details for what might be wrong with our vehicle as well as what was done work wise. They do a great job explaining what work they did showing us before and after pictures...great customer service

Been using O Shea for years. Consistent quality of work, great communication. They ve handled tire changes up to major equipment failures, the results are always top notch. Also, no relation, they just have a great name.

I am here on vacation from North Carolina. I have a 2022 honda insight and my lights went off. I had low tire pressures. I went to this facility. I was treated with respect. Most importantly this man checked my tires and was competent. He was on par. When lights go off on my dashboard I am stressed out! I thought of the worse. No charge!

Had an emergency with my car in the morning, called around 9am, they helped me arrange a tow and had my issue resolved by 3pm same day! Truly great service and very friendly and fair. Thank you!

I already brought the car in for the tpms reset. Now, after it was still on when i called, the first words out of your guys mouth was that the other sensors were bad. I'm not going to let your company take advantage of me again

The whole crew is so nice, including Pita the shop dog! Seriously, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service of the counter staff - Larry, Andrea and Herb. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and transmission service...it drove like a brand new vehicle when we left! It's also nice to get a link to the comprehensive photo inspection with notes from the service team. Thanks so much O'Shea tire!

I can't express enough how much I appreciate that they actually care about looking over your car. I had recently had a really frustrating situation at Mr.Tire (went 6 times and they kept letting me go with breaks making horrible sounds claiming it was fine each time). I finally went to Osheas, and in a few hours they figured out what the horrible breaking sound was, saw I had a leak and gave me opinions for the future to fix it, and noticed I had a light out. They sit down and explain everything to you, and take pictures along the way. It's awesome. On top of that, their waiting room is very welcoming. Again, thanks for helping me gain trust in a mechanic again.

I had my car serviced at Shannon Tire and when I picked it up, the engine light was on. I brought it to their attention and they turned it off. I had to return the next day for the same problem. I was told I needed a new O2 sensor and to bring it back. Customer service was very poor and I didn't trust what I was told. I wanted a local auto repair that knew the community and O'Shea reviews were glowing. When I called to explain my problem. I was given an appointment within a few days. They called me to explain I didn't need a new sensor. The other shop had not reconnected my O2 sensor when they finished the work! I spoke with Rich initially and then Larry and Angie when I dropped off my car. They were friendly, smiling and explained everything to me. They texted me pictures of what they worked on, suggestions for future work and actually cared about the customer. Their prices are fair and I left feeling I was taken care of and can trust this local company. I have already shared my story with friends and they will be taking their cars to O'Shea from now on. Thank you for being such a valuable asset to our community.

Very knowledgeable staff who knows how to get the job done and will try to find the most cost-effective way to resolve issues if needed. Most times you do not need appointments for small jobs (oil change) - bigger jobs require appointments. Friendly people all around.

I like that they have switched to appointments only. This makes the work much faster. As always I cannot complain about the service or quality of work.

They were very quick and able to fit me in next day, the service itself only took about a half hour.They completely explained my problem in a very clear manner (I m not a car person at all so I really appreciated this). They also weren t pushy and didn t attempt to upsell me additional things.The price was fair.The waiting room was clean, well lit and well ventilated, and had plenty of seating.Edited to add: Afterward, they emailed me a report that had details of what they did and pictures of my car which was very nice.

They told me battery was good after testing. I took it to NAPA n had tested - had less than 8 volts - I would have been stranded on the road again. I will never go back there.

O'Shea Center has a fantastic staff, very knowledgeable and helpful service advisors and professional technicians who know what they are doing! And, most importantly, I take my cars there because i trust them. I fully trust with their skills and ability to diagnose and repair my car(s) issues, and do it at the right price within the right amount of time. Will highly recommend O'Shea with any kind of car maintenance and repair services.Had my VW Jetta serviced yesterday. Thanks to the appropriate and timely maintenance, the 20-year old car drives like a charm! Thank You Andrea, Larry, Rich and the entire O'Shea crew!

Stellar service from the initial phone call to try and find winter tires through to the installation. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful, thorough, and efficient. I also appreciated the flexibility due to weather/school delay the day of the appointment as well - as usual I was a little too late getting snow tires on. Highly recommend for exceptional customer service as well as competitive pricing.

Simply the BEST auto repair shop in Central New York. Excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. They ve always gone above and beyond to provide great service. Very affordable, they're great at answering any questions or concerns prior to providing service- honest and trustworthy. Really like the detailed car reports with images. Great family atmosphere as well- love the dog! I highly recommend O Shea Tire.

From the moment I walked in the door until I drove away on my new tires. Andrea was amazing and supportive in selecting the right tires for my needs. I love the updates sent to my email with pictures on the work needed to be done and results from diagnostics. Very professional and very customer oriented. Our daughter was in an accident with our car that caused more than $5,000 worth of damage to our car. Thankfully the insurance company didn't scrap the car because we have enjoyed our Prius and hope to get many more years out of it. O'Shea's collision did a terrific job repairing all of the damage- can't tell it was in an accident. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
