They are great bunch of guys. I ordered the parts online. They arrived in the morning as promised. I had started the repair later that day and realized I had ordered the wrong rotors. It was 45 mins. before closing I called to see if they had the right ones in stock. They figured out what I really needed. I explained I had no car. They got the right parts to me in 20 mins. I was over joyed. I feel they went above and beyond for me. I was able to finish the repair that night. Thanks Paul and Mike for taking such good care of me. I have always received good service from the rest of the staff. For me NAPA is my first choice for auto parts. They also gave me a discount for being a AAA member.

This is a privately owned napa that apparently does not install car batteries that they sell despite what the napa website says. I usually install myself but had surgery recently and was unable to.

Very friendly, helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable as well. Ordering online to pick up in store was quick and painless. My items were waiting for me when I arrived. Highly recommend this place over other auto parts stores - you may be more likely to find what you need here.

Always a joy to go in and get parts for my vehicles. They got amazing prices and very knowledgeable staff that work there so I know I'm not being messed with or being sold something that I do not need.

Don't waste your time at any other autopart store besides NAPA. This particular Napa is great, the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.
