I took my car here with lights on the dash for ABS, AWD off, stabilitrak off. I drove it there. Aside from the lights the car drove fine. Went to pick it up, the car wouldn t do over 30mph and was in limp mode. Took to a different shop after paying $150 for my car to sit there for a WEEK. The second shop stated the car wiring was not fixed and the abs speed sensor that was faulty, was not fixed nor touched at all. If I could rate with no star I would!

Absolutely terrible. Not only did they NOT fix my vehicle properly, but they charged me for MULTIPLE parts I did not in fact need, and it did NOT fix the problem. Also left my car unsafe to drive in with 3 children. Wanted to charge me for a wheel bearing that was NOT fixed and/or torqued incorrectly. Also have many NEW problems with my vehicle since I brought it there. Terrible service. Will never use mr.tire for anything ever again and I ve been telling everyone I know about it as well.

WARNINGTHIS PLACE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOUI tried to call this place first to have 2 tires mounted & balanced... that was a mistake... the quoted me ALMOST 150 THAT IS A HUGH RED FLAG AND RIP OFF. I CALL A BETTER COMPANY Mavis tires and they quoted me 60 for them both. This place is very bad NEVER GO HERE.

We were looking to make an appointment the same day and they were able to accommodate. Got us in and out. Staff is always kind. They also looked at something else for me that I mentioned but wasn't the initial reason for the appointment.

AVOID THIS PLACE. We've had terrible experiences bringing our vehicles here. Communication is terrible, to the point that we got incorrect and conflicting information multiple times on when work was done and what work actually got done. The last straw was brake and front end work that was done cheaply and incorrectly. We now have hundreds of dollars in extra repair work elsewhere to fix the work they did/didn't do.

Can't figure out for the life of me how to leave a review for them on their site, so we'll just do it here. On July 4th they managed to sneak both my wife's car and my own to get inspections done, even though we called in the middle of the day and they were already decently busy. Super helpful, very friendly. If I still lived near Cortland I'd go there again for sure

Randomly called to see if they could get me in. I explained my time crunch and they got me in ASAP. Tim, Matt, and Mike are fantastic. Prices are on point and they're honest. They took great care of me. Highly recommend.

I would give Mr. Tire six stars, if possible. On the Sunday before Memorial Day I found myself far from home with a blown tire. Not only did Mr. Tire take time to fit me in to their schedule so I wasn't stranded, they were incredibly polite and honest. I mentioned that, if I needed to replace all tires at this time, I would do that (this being a recently purchased used car)... and they were honest and clear that my tires were in good shape overall. Their good humor got me through a stressful day. In addition, they have an ultra-clean and nice restroom for an auto shop. THANK YOU, Mr. Tire, for helping me and my family get home.

Great service and very fair pricing. My father actually called around and found these guys as they are relatively close to my location. My father was able to source the parts my vw Passat needed and Mr Tire allowed us to bring them in and just charge the labor. They were really nice guys from start to finish, very fair and honest. I will be doing business in the future. Thank you all at Mr Tire.G. Baker

THANK YOU Tim and crew! Came into Courtland last night (3 1/2 hours from home) to visit suny cortland w my son . We got a FLAT a BLOWOUT !! late at night . Thankfully the spare got us to our hotel safely at 3 AM!! Called Tim at 7:30 am . Told me come on over ! Got us right in at 8am out by 9 w a new tire and checked the others for me ! He was also nice enough to let me know if my son were to end up at suny cortland and needed anything , not to hesitate. I Was able to make the college tour on time and drive safely home .. if I lived close i would use this shop for everything ! Thanks Tim for ending our time in cortland on a much needed positive!

Having just moved to the area, I called several Cortland businesses for approximate prices on an oil change & a snow tire change. The person I spoke with at Mr Tire seemed professional and quoted me "around $35 for an oil change and $25 for a tire change" and said they could do same day service. I decided to give them a try and dropped off my car at 8am expecting things to be done by midday or so. I had to call at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm since nobody called me and it was not done. Called again at 8am the following morning and was promised a call back... didn't happen so I called again at 1030 and they had just finished. Went to pick it up, expecting a charge of about what I was quoted (about $60+tax) and instead I was presented with a bill for $182 for an oil change & snow tire change. To say that I was surprised and disappointed is an understatement! Poor customer service & inaccurate pricing are two of the biggest reasons businesses fail in the long run. Instead of gaining a new years long customer, Mr Tire lost our family's business for life. Shame on them and shame on me for choosing them as my first auto experience in town. Buyer beware!

This was the best experience I have had with a car service center. They were able to get the car in the same day, which is almost unheard of these days. They were thorough with communication and followed up with additional costs so there were no surprises. They also communicated a short delay in completion due to due parts. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area, and I will certainly be bringing my other vehicles here after a disappointing service by a different place. To have such a pleasant experience with a vehicle that needed a lot of work was great. Prices were very reasonable which was an added bonus

Service Was good to replace my tire but one technician. Left fingerprints. On my driver's side door I am not thrilled about that I mean come on does he need to leave fingerprints on my door like that was not right when i worked at a tire shop i would get yelled at for leaving fingerprints on customer cars

Went to get my oil changed, they checked out my car and told me everything looked good. Very nice guys work there, definitely will be going back for all my car needs. I appreciate you guys a lot

They did everything possible to assist me when I came in right before close of business. While I had a specialty tire that they didn t have in stock, they tried to do everything possible to assist me. They even helped call a tow company for me to ensure I could secure a ride home (about 2 hours away). They even stayed past close till the tow company showed up. I can t say enough about this team superb customer service and they didn t even get a dime from me. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming to the Route 13 in Cortland location for 15-20 years now. I have remained loyal to this particular store solely on the service, knowledge, honesty and dedication. These folks (Mike Abbeteilo, TIm and all the others on board) are wonderful people.

So the website says they have all time slots available all the time (which obviously isn t true) but it will allow you to schedule an appointment for whatever time you want and says you ve made an appointment and to come at said time then you get there and 1. The appointment was never made or 2. They laugh in your face and say (we are overwhelmingly busy so I can tell you right now you do not have an appointment for today) instead of approaching the matter with even the slightest bit of good customer service. Place is a joke, management or lack of management needs to be addressed and their website needs to be updated.

Jeff and Dylan was very helpful and without them there I don't know what I would have done. They got me two brand new tires and got me out as soon as possible. They cared so much about my car and the safety of my family. I appreciate their great customer service and I will always come back just to see then for my car.

My tire wasn't holding air pressure, so I scheduled an appointment online for 10:30am. Upon arrival I was told "My "tire guy" is out. This could take awhile. I would've told you that on the phone, but you scheduled online and I couldn't see the appointment." I waited for two and a half hours before they were able to service my car. They eventually found a small hole and instead of asking me for a patch or a plug, they just plugged it. Three days later, my tire was leaking air again. So, I took my car to Mavis in Ithaca. They informed me that the plug was sealed incorrectly and I was ripped off. Don't waste your time and money scheduling an appointment at a Mr.Tire with no "tire guy."

This time the check engine light was on and remained on for 2 days. I got an appointment right away. They checked what the problem was, notified me, fixed it: I was on my way within the hour. When I have made appointments in the past for oil / filter changes or tire-related services, I'm always pleased with the promptness and the professional and courteous treatment of their clients. I have been to both Mr. Tires in Cortland, NY. Same great experience.

I will ALWAYS go to this location for all of my vehicle needs!!! Tim, Mike and his crew are so helpful!! They explain everything before they do it-explain the costs and do it all with a smile and a joke or two!! I often find myself waiting in the entry instead of the waiting room because they are so friendly!! Thank you Tim and crew for your amazing (as always) service!!!!

Hundreds of miles from home and starting a new job the following day, I brought my car here concerned about noise coming from the front driver's side suspension (sounded like ball joint issues to me). Tim was kind enough to bring it in immediately, inspect the noise, and clear it as completely safe to drive all for free. I highly recommend this shop as it seems they're run by a man of great character

Everyone who works here is very personable, attentive, and professional. They are always willing to give me extra information about my car and their honest opinion, keeping my costs to a minimum but keeping my car in great condition. I m always impressed that they remember me personally, even when I just call in for an oil change. They are always the busiest auto shop in town, but I ve never felt like they rushed my car through without giving it their fullest attention. I also feel like it is a family-style workplace and that they treat their employees very well, which is also very important and pretty rare to see these days. Five stars

If I could give 0 stars I would went here needing my winter tires switched out to my summer tires. I also asked them to check out my exhaust as it was louder then usual. They ended up having to replace it. I had an appointment at 9am dropped it off and it wasn t done till 4pm. This was on a Friday. Go to pick it up it sounds great. The next day I was walking out of the store with my daughter and noticed the exhaust was basically touching the ground. Brought it back Monday they try to tell me nothing is wrong I told them there is no way it should be sitting that low. They went and looked again and said oh yeah that s the wrong pipe so I had to bring it back the next day drop it off, once again it sat there all day until 4 go to get it and ITS LOUDER THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT THERE. Went back the next day to the one on Clinton Ave and they said that they didn t put the clamp on right and almost ruined the hole new pipe
