We've taken our vehicles to Jim and his crew for years. Responsive, timely and reasonably priced. They always call to let us know what the problem is and how we would like to proceed before ordering parts. Highly recommend.

Family owned business, technicians are great. Friendly service, they explain what service is needed and don't clean out your wallet. I go here for something as simple as an oil change, new tires, to major repairs. Visited again today for an inspection. Love this auto repair shop!

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. The owner of this place is really quite terrible. I have gotten my car inspected here for years. This year, I needed a tie rod replaced to pass inspection. I had the work done by J Tech and a few days after the repair I noticed grease leaking all over my rim. I had my mechanic look and he found a cut in my axle boot. I took my car back to see if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation, and was told that there was no way it was because of the repair they had just done to that area of my car, and that he would not fix it. I will be out another $300 because of damage that was done to my car here. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This is my go to place for all my vehicle needs. The staff is very pleasant and informative. Unlike many of the other automotive places in Cortland I trust these guys.

I did not go in to this place. The woman who answered the phone sounded miserable and was very vague in answering my questions and seemed as if she couldn't care less whether they gained a new client
