We just purchased a NuCamp 400 at Hartley s and love it! The customer service from Dustin was the best we ve experienced in years. This place had everything we needed and wanted. The process was very smooth, the product is fantastic, and the service and people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is THE place to get your camper!

So I was lookin for an affordable camper that my Jeep could tow. I also didn t have trailer harness for my Jeep. The team at Hartleys set me up!! There are so many great things I can about this place and they will work with you in every situation! Dustin was able to help me with every question and need that I had. The maintenance department worked great and did professional job installing the trailer harness. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are unsure about any aspect of RV life, go talk to the subject matter expert Dustin. I give him a personal 10 stars.

I would not recommend Hartleys. We recently purchased a teardrop that the salesman refused to let us look inside and he admitted doing this. There was old water damage and when that damage that was there before purchase was mentioned, owner, Steve Hartley called us liars while yelling and refused to apologize to a customer. Please look at another 1 star review by Sean Whitten where Steve Hartley, owner, called that type of behavior "not tolerated" in his establishment. Its a bate snd switch establishment. This was reported to nucamp. We will take our damaged camper else where for repair-we have no trust of these scammers. Keep away. With harleys response below proves they are liars, as this camper was kept in our garage since purchasing. Also, the water stain was old, which nucamp agreed with. We asked muliple times to see the interior and were told it was just like the one we had just looked at. I dont understand how people can live with themselves we they have to lie. KEEP AWAY!The response below is pretty funny, as the camper has NOT been exposed to any weather. When we brought it home, it went right in the garage and has not been out to this date. So you tell me how it got water damage through both side of the rear panel. Nucamp said this was caused by a water leak in either the upper hatch or by the lights and all your campers were outside.And, yes, you both are lying about the damage that just doesnt magically appear in a garage in a new house. It is nice that you support your employees, but you have some work to do on your customers. You descriptions of the interactions with you and the women I spoke with were not entirely accurate. Again, I have lost all trust with you and your establisment and Nucamp is aware that you sold us a damaged camper without disclosing it.

Take pictures of any Uhaul rented from this location and make sure you walk through the truck with them. I dropped a uhaul off, and was told by the employee at the counter that I was all set. Four days later I was charged for a scrape that the truck had when I picked it up. They will find a way to nickel and dime you on every rental!

I recently purchased a Rog rk12 made by Encore, new from Hartley's. Unfortunately, it came from the manufacturer with electrical and plumbing issues....no fault of Hartley's. They have been more than helpful in working through the warranty repairs and replacement of parts. Very disappointed in Encore and the quality control from Encore, but so thankful that I bought it from a place that stands by what they sell! The people that work there and the owner himself are all excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. Great place to do business!!!

An absolute must for all RV and auto parts & repairs. Steve, Dustin, Rich, Marissa and Taylor are polite, very helpful & know their stuff. These people are the nicest and most helpful. Towing available. My 2007 Jeep Liberty had lost all shift gears and Steve had me running in one day!! Prices are great and lots of parts in stock. An absolute must go to for any repairs. Steve and crew have a great amount of new and lightly used campers available. Don't bother with anyone else!! Five star

Dropped off a Uhaul here and the process was smooth and friendly. I have now done 3 Uhaul trucks in the last year and this was by far the smoothest process. Thankful for such a great customer service experience!

When renting a Uhaul a year ago, the truck I picked up was filthy. Upon letting the dealer know, they apparently black listed me BUT they did not even have the guts to notify me that they had a problem with the constructive criticism I provided directly to them.When did I find out? I found out a year later!How did I find out? I had a previous reservation with a different dealer that i needed to reschedule. Uhaul did not provide any alerts to me when on the phone with them around noon. They booked my reservation with this dealer and I was set to pick up at 3. I get there, go to the service desk, hand them my card to pay, and the transaction does not go through because uhaul has what they call an e-alert that requires me to call uhaul. No reason listed. I call and inquire knowing that I've used Uhaul since moving multiple times over the past 10 years with 0 problems/damages/fines. The rep on the phone tells me, "The owner has only said that they no longer wish to do business with you." No other reason was listed. I was sitting in the waiting area as I was on the phone looking at a magazine rack that clearly indicated that I was not welcome in this store.I am the daughter of two veterans who grew up in the segregated south who were sent to war on behalf of this country to uphold it's ideal of all who are created equal and the understanding that we should be treated with dignity and respect. I never thought that in 2023, I'd experience what I experienced yesterday.I don't recommend wasting your dollars with this establishment ever.

Don't take a vehicle to this place. Wanted them to look at my transmission, they didn't even how to diagnose it. Charged me$110. To ride around the corner. Then wanted another $110 just to drain and replace fluid. What a joke. 5min job.

Heads up, they apparently want you to call before showing up. It doesn't say that on their website and I have no idea why, but the guy acted like we should have known to call ahead We drove about 2 hours to come here because of the great prices and selection, but there wasn't anyone there that could show us the campers! There was only one person there and she had to search all over to find the keys (everything was locked) so we struggled to see anything for the first ~30 min. When the sales guy finally got back from doing business at the other location, he did paperwork inside for 15 min while we waited for him. He was willing to answer questions but really didn't seem to want us to be there.We would have been perfectly happy to wander the campers alone while waiting, but every one was immediately relocked. It felt like we were being chaperoned.It was a deeply bizarre and unsatisfying experience.

Made an appointment to have our coachman clipper 9.0 serviced, as they are a certified warranty repair shop, only to drive one and a half hours to drop it off and then get a call a few days later to come pick it up because they did not want to do the repairs because we did not purchase our camper from them. This was known prior to MAKING THE APPOINTMENT to drop it off. I'm still a little confused why they bothered to make the appointment. Their website states that they do warranty repairs. Not worth the waste of time!! Manufacturer has been made aware of the poor service!!

Arrangements were made for a U-Haul truck rental for 9-6-21, 9AM. No one showed up at the office. No answer to phone calls. Left a voicemail at that time and called the business on the following Wednesday to voice dissatisfaction and make sure I was not being billed. Was told the voicemail had not been checked as yet. Will not deal with this business again. In addition, a young couple was there waiting for their reserved truck for an out of state move. They had to go to another facility, 40 miles away to secure a truck.Regarding the owner's response, no phone call was received, no message received. There is no record of a call on the cell phone. The reservation was made over the phone with a MALE employee (?) Are the employees unaware of national holidays?

Stopped here to look at their teardrop campers. You can look in and around the campers without the high pressure sales at the local box store. The President was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions and gave us tours of each camper. The prices are higher than those I checked online in Albany and Pennsylvania. But they are local for servicing and warranty.

I traveled an hour and half because they had lowest prices around. Dustin the salesman was knowledgeable and straight forward pricing. Give them a try before you purchase a camper elsewhere .

My friends have been using these guys for years, and have always been pleased with the work. Rates are about the going rate for the area: not cheap, but not excessive. Turnaround time was fast. However, they don't seem to be good at returning phone calls, and when I asked them to call me back with details, they went ahead and did work I hadn't reviewed an estimate for yet. Bottom line: these guys are good mechanics, but lousy secretaries. Just go in person. Don't bother trying to schedule an appointment.

UPDATE TO HARTLEY's RESPONSE:I did tell the whole story and I did question the total amount with your receptionist. The "leak" under the bed was part and parcel to the bypass issue as was the "winterization kit" where the kinked line was. The technician took a quarter inch from that line and inserted a $2.50 part. If that took 1.5 hrs then you are either inept, intentionally slow or both.Btw, we took the camper to Old Forge after picking it up and low and behold the potable water tank was still intaking water from the city intake! In other words, Hartley DIDN'T fix the original issue. I got on good ole Google and figured out that the check value off the water pump was open and when I turned it to the closed position the $210 dollar problem was solved. Thanks Hartely, as I said, either inept, intentionally slow or both.If it were possible to give them zero Stars I would have made that choice! As a consumer I can accept a lot of excuses for business failures but a company that is so bold as to rip off their customers doesn t deserve repeat business. In short, I had an issue with my RV s potable water tank filling, instead of being by-passed, from the City Water intake. I figured it was a check value or a leak in the water bladder and in any case I wanted it looked at by a technician. This is a 15-20 minute job at best, a 20-30 minute job at worse.Imagine my surprise when I went to pickup my RV and was told the cost was $210! 1.5 hrs for labor to install a $2.50 plastic part to replace a brass fitting! Oh, and they added a 4% technology charge that was $8.50! That s $6 dollars more than the plastic part they installed!I hope Hartley took a picture of my RV because it s the last time they will see it. Think of this review as a PSA and I will warn anyone and everyone about their overcharging practices. It s hard to find an honest mechanic and Hartley RV proves the point. Save your money and find that honest mechanic and give Hartley ZERO !Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going here for years. Always Happy with service! They go above and beyond. I was in a bad accident and totaled my car- they called to check on me. Then help me find a car (FAST). They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want- I love small businesses for this reason... They know who you are- thats how it should be but rarely see anymore. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't thank you enough! Every town needs businesses like this :)

Great customer service and sales. Steve the owner is a "can do" guy". He makes sure you are well taken care of. Justin (sales) has great knowledge of their RV's and tells you what you can do and what you can't do to ensure you are making the right decision for your needs. Great honestly and integrity from these guys. You can't get this from "???Mart"

Hartleys does not participate in ride sharing threw Uhaul. Can't pick up truck at scheduled time. Very limited trucks available. I noticed you never put your employee complete lack of compassion for not doing her job or for wasting my time and money by having movers show up with no moving truck and having to go back to your shop again ... I also noticed you forgot to mention your employee made it seem like this was an everyday occurrence and bothering her to leave a key in the lock box! It is now in Uhaul hands and I'm sure they will handle it better then your office since you only want to post instead of offering a resolution or refund for wasting my time and my movers time! I still stand by my statement that you have limited trucks available and always get moved into something else!

Awesome place to get auto & RV work done at a fair price. They always strive to determine what is wrong with my vehicles and they never try and find something to fix that isn't there. Very honest people and I will definitely have my all my vehicles serviced at this location.
