I called to get my ignition coil and spark plug changed, I was told the price would be 190 for parts and labor. When I went to go pick my car up I was charged 350 dollars

I've had to take my corolla here a few times and they've always been very friendly and helpful and had it fixed within a few hours. they've even made minor fixes without charging me which is very kind.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Super ! Great place to have your vehicle repaired without being knocked over the head with an anastromical repair bill like other garages herein Cortland. They know exactly what they are doing and get you in for repairs fastBeing an older woman, it was refreshing going to Grant Street Repair for my cars brake problems. The staff is friendly ,nice waiting area and a pleasure to patronize our home town merchant's. I'll return here when my car is in need of repairs / inspection !

They guys went the guys went the extra length to make sure my heating/ac was fixed properly, and for the best price. They worked hard to ensure they had it done right and took great care of my older vehicle. Highly satisfied.

My car carrier broke down in 9 degree weather. I managed to get the truck to their shop. They got me in and out pretty quickly. Family owned business. Very very nice people. ...side not the have a beautiful yellow lab :)S

FYI: They will charge you $450 to replace 5 hinges on a 53' Dry Van trailer! "Talking about 3 hours of labor... adjusting the door... not having the parts in stock... and etc..." We operate 60+ units and for sure we won't use them next time. I'd rather travel extra 100 miles to some other shop then going to their' shop.

First I was told my vehicle would be in Wednesday by 2. I called at 4 and they told me it hadn't been in but it would be in first thing in the morning. I called at noon the next day and it still hadn't been in, and the guy I spoke with seemed to be annoyed that I kept calling. I went to the shop around 4 Thursday personally and found out my vehicle had been in and out and they order a starter for it without informing me of any of this. I was a little aggravated but still okay with things at this point. Before I left I asked the gentleman what it would cost and he said around $250. The next day I hadn't received a call about anything on it so I called around 4 again to find out my vehicle had been done for awhile but no one informed me. It gets better from here... They then told me my final bill was $514.67! What happened to the $250?? Well they replaced the battery and battery end without telling me anything was wrong with it. Which means they never got my permission to change these parts, which is illegal based on what I've read up on the laws. They also charged me for 3 hours of labor to replace a starter! In what universe does it take 3 hours to replace a starter? I will NEVER take a vehicle here ever again. I would recommend against anyone else going here. You will be overcharged and they will not keep you informed of anything they are doing to your vehicle. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a vehicle repair shop.

Needed emergency service and they got me right in, turned my truck around quickly because I needed it, and the bottom line was completely reasonable for what they did. Honest and straightforward about the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great guys fantastic repair shop! Be it for big trucks, campers, Buses or even just a car this Garage can and does do it all! If you have a 15 passenger van save yourself time this is the shop for you nobody else in cortland can handle it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!i have a 1997 honda accord and i went here 3 times the past winter for over heat issues. The first 2 times they swore it was fixed up and down but it wasnt. The last time i took it, it didnt overheat unless i went up hills or drove for a long period of time. Recently i took my car to a REAL mechanic and he told me not only did i pay for new hoses and clamps and never recieved them but they also never put some bolts and screws back in. Now both my radiator fans work again....If you want to get ripped off and your car not fixed the right way, come here

Do not go here. Took them 2 weeks to get my truck back and I was stranded in Georgia. They didn t fix everything on my truck and now I have to take it elsewhere to get fixed

Do not go for an inspection, they failed me for windshield wipers which were put in a month aga. (Really windshield wipers)
