Brooke was very pleasant and on top of it. We got things taken care of quickly. She is very professional yet a comfortable person to talk to and that made the experience less stressful for me personally. I do and will recommend Brooke to anyone in the future.

If I ever need an another car I am coming back to Cortland used cars every one was super nice and really helpful especially with me asking so many questions I am super happy with the car I bought. 10/10 would go there again.

Hands down the most positive car buying experience I have ever had! Cass was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I came from 2 hours away to purchase my Nissan Rogue. Cass assisted me with having everything prepared in advance, including financing, so that upon my arrival, all I had to do was test drive it and sign the papers. I have been looking for a while for a car I wanted with features I needed at a reasonable price. I found it at Cortland Used Cars. I read the reviews of the dealership before I went there and they were all very positive. I couldn't agree more with everything I read and I can't say enough positive things about them. I left feeling very confident with my purchase! I will definitely refer anyone I know who is car shopping to go to Cortland Used Cars and next time I make a vehicle purchase I will be going back there!

Brooke is absolutely amazing! I messaged her on a Wednesday morning and by Friday morning I had a vehicle for my grandma, with ZERO down. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants the process to be fast! I honestly didn t expect to have a vehicle till the following week but I was amazed with how fast they got everything done.

I just bought my first car through Cortland Used Cars and I had an amazing experience. Mark helped me with all of my questions including insurance problems. I have recommend this place to my boyfriend and will continue to recommend. Nothing but good things to say about this place. :)

Ok so i bought a car(2014 silver rav4 on december 27th) car ran great. Noticed an issue with the radio. Next morning they pulled the radio to fix it. In the mean time of that getting fixed, the check engine light came on and exhaust came loose. Again all well handled. Vehicle needed a evap issue fixed. These guys went above and beyond. Very happy i bought from them. Vehicle is sold, very transparent sale, very good team. Picked it up tonight and the owner was waiting for. Even had a loaner for me to use while it was at the shop all week. Very impressed with this car dealer. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Good selection, people friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Cortland Used Cars! The process was so simple, I was able to arrange everything via text and go in straight away for my test drive. After deciding on a car it was a quick process to make it mine! The employees are very knowledgeable and easy going and truly work with you to find the best vehicle for your needs. I love my new (to me) car! I would highly contacting the wonderful employees at Cortland Used Cars if you're looking for a used car at a reasonable price :)

DO NOT BUY HERE!! SCAM ARTISTS!! GRIMY, TRYPICAL RUN OF THE MILL USED CAR SALESMEN. BUY YOUR VEHICLE ANY WHERE ELSE!! Terrible customer service the owner cussed me out when i asked for my recently purchased vehicle to be looked at because it didnt start. Offered for me to drop it off at the shop and then MADE ME PAY FOR DIAGNOSIS! NO MORALS. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DO THE RIGHT THING.
