Very friendly staff. Helped changed the auxiliary battery in my pacifica. Very professional, even said bring battery back within 1 week to return the battery if not working properly. Will definitely be back for my next car care needs!Update. I tried to bring the battery back and was told that the information I was provided was incorrect.

Lou recently took the time (and it took quite some time) to help me find exactly what was needed for my car. He went above and beyond to assist my daughter and I even checking in to be sure everything worked out as we had hoped it would. A+++ service! Thanks, Lou!

Went to Autozone today after driving a week with one headlight out, Trevor was super helpful had my new light in and all set to go within 5 minutes. I definitely recommendAutozone, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Had an issue with my Chevy Malibu. Luis came out and analyzed it for me. It ended up being the battery. Luis was very helpful and professional. His customer service and satisfaction is top class. Thank you, Luis.

Auto Zone in Cortland, NY has been very helpful to me. Louis was very professional and courteous. He tested my old battery and replaced it with the new one that I purchased. It was very busy at that time, and he made sure to acknowledge the waiting customers and thanked them for their patience. I definitely recommend this Auto Zone!

The guys here are terrific! Martin helped me with the correct headlight upgrade for my vehicle and even did the install. Everyone here is knowledgeable, polite and just great people. Handicap parking, load's of different items and everything is in stock. And better prices than Long Island, NY!! Definitely worth the trip!

Was a great place then they pushed the old manager to far and everyone left with him because he was right. Now the new employees dont know where anything is and talk about stealing going on.

So if you re in the area and you need something for your truck or car definitely quality parts if they have to order it most of it comes the next day so if you re stranded and need a repair and you can do it yourself grab a hotel and get it done. Definitely a must visit great customer service the staffing over the last couple of months has definitely improved 100% if you want quality service and quality parts or tools get in the Zone AutoZone

I would give this Auto Zone 10 stars if I could. We had an issue with our car in the evening, and every place we could possibly think of was closed.As a last ditch effort, we decided to try this Auto Zone, and it was a lifesaver! The employees went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were knowledgeable about our next steps.When browsing the store, everything was neat and organized, and every single costumer was greeted and then helped by an employee. The costumer service was beyond fantastic I highly recommend this location.

U could never get comfortable working there just st felt like u could never satisfy anyone had a Couple good work managers they didn t give enough time to get good an familur ur self with computer system then outher regular workers thought they could boss you around place was a mess parts that was delicious versed daily all over work space area part isles a mess parts hanging an sticking out I tripped over pypes on floor work area . I got osha an a union local lawyer working on it but with Covid in place they did not know if it will get into court to be heard on how I was fired wrongly , never will work there again between them or advance auto Bad work conditions I know many who will never again Eather ! Would not Recommend to younger or adults , ty for letting me voice

I pulled in their parking lot after having an issue with an undetermined no key detected warning light on a car with a push button start. Andy came right out in the freezing cold and tested my battery. Great attitude good advice and determined my battery was basically almost dead. Because of the nature of push button start and key fob he could sell me a battery but not install it in case it interfered with the key fob being recognized. Long story short- smart guy! Appreciated his pleasant demeanor-I got it to a dealership and they replaced it with the Autozone battery and did have to do a reset so the key fob would work. I appreciated Andy s help and for not doing something that could have further given me issue. I have come to AutoZone in Cortland on a few occasions and always was promptly and professionally waited on and always treated respectfully and courteously. Fielding questions and problems for customers on a variety of vehicles has to be a nightmare! But they re my new heroes! Great job Autozone! Great job and thank you Andy! Well done!

Guy behind the desk was nice, but mansplained purchasing coolant to me. I had done mechanics my whole life but talked down to me like I had no idea what was happening. I respect the want to help but it sucks when you are talked down too.

I needed my bulbs for my head lights switched and they were so nice! As a women, you often feel talked down to at auto shops. This place was so sweet, I appreciate them!

Matt P was quickly able to determine whether we needed to recharge or replace our battery. We needed to replace it so he looked up an appropriate battery for our make, model,and year of car. Matt replaced the battery for us and we were soon on our way. I had another question about our wipers which he also answered for me. Matt was knowledgeable, polite, and well spoken. Thank you, Matt for taking good care of us!

I had a nightmare of a situation. Entire exhaust was shot and subsequently rotted off at the catalytic converter and dropped. These guys that work here....saints. One gentleman, Rob I believe, spent a lot of time on the phone with me piecing together an entire exhaust system. One part had to be ordered in, which was there in one day! Got there and Mark went back through and made sure I had everything. I had my 3 year old with me during this visit and he wandered around looking at things. They didn't mind at all. In fact, everyone was very friendly towards him. Great experience all the way around....definitely will be my go to place for parts from now on.

Great service. Had a small problem with a part I purchased, they immediately took what was missing from another part to fix the problem so I wouldn't have to take everything apart again. And their parts guarentee is top notch.

good price on a battery but I had to put it in myself because they claim is a liability!Since I can't reply to the comment below editing review... Tell me why you sell batteries offer a install if bought there but won't do due to a liability.. seems to me you give your staff an out if they don't want to do it.. or the manager is making that decision since that is who it was put on.. but like I said either do it or don't! Reduced rating since even in your below comment gave no explanation or a way to contact you!
