We found Aftermarket Effects when we were shopping for a remote start for our daughters car for Christmas. The person on the phone was really helpful and informative. When I stopped in to get the gift certificate, not only did they go above and beyond to determine what we needed to do since she only had one key, researched to see if there were other kits that could be used, and he even made a call to a local dealership to get a quote on the key she would need.Rather than regular gift certificate, I received a voucher for the remote start paid in full and they even sent me home with the empty box for the starter so we could wrap that and put it under the tree. Much nicer than a plain envelope with a gift certificate inside. I appreciated the thoughtfulness behind that. Scheduling was super easy, our daughter dropped off her car that morning and they had it done that afternoon. I would absolutely go back to Aftermarket Effects for any other services they offer.

Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company! I called looking to have a quote on installing some lights on my wrangler, the guy on the phone was super nice gave me and estimate. I came down a few days after I called just to have it looked at talk about what was going to be done, then they got me in a week later. Im very Impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. It honestly couldn t look better. Thank you guys!

It was very professional from the time I walked in the door until I picked up the Jeep. I had a car starter put in and it works great. Now my girlfriend will be warm during the Cold season. Thank you so much.

There is no customer service with the front desk guy. I wish the owner was there to hear how he speaks to customers who have paid. He talks down to you and there was no hello , just rude behavior. Might need lessons inDealing with people period.

Called for some pricing and when asked about a price comparison the guy freaked on me. Scared me right off the phone. Would definitely never do business with a company that treated someone who isn t even a customer yet the way I was treated. Plenty other places to have the work done I need.
